Holiday rentals with a patio in Wien

A wonderful apartment and Mario was a great host. It was exactly what we needed for our trip. Everything was as described. The roof terrace was beautiful and the location is excellent only a short walk from both a tram stop and U-Bahn.

Amazing place and amazing host! The place was very clean and looked just like the photos. The host is very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. The apartment is in walkable distance from the city center and Mariahilferstraße which is a great street with many shops and restaurants. I highly recommend!

We had a very enjoyable, quiet stay. The apartment is well connected with the public transport and supermarkets, so you can quickly get into the city center. It was all as seen in the photos and we felt very comfortable. Definitely a recommended for stays in Vienna.

Stefan’s place was wonderful, we felt right at home. Easily got around with public transport. The space is even more beautiful than the photos and communication with Stefan was very easy. Looking forward to being back!

Staying at the AirBnb was wonderful! The location is top within a few minutes at the U3. Billa directly at the front as well as parking if something is free directly on the street otherwise just around the corner is an inexpensive alternative. I would always book the AirBnb again!

The apartment is in an excellent location with plenty of shops and restaurants near by and easy transport into the city centre. It's a big and very stylish apartment, the balcony is huge and a sun trap in the afternoon. The hosts were especially helpful with providing detailed access information and the building and apartment were ideal for me as a wheelchair user. I'd definitely stay again.

We were very nicely received by Silvie. She showed us the room and roof terrace. The room was very clean and had everything you could need. Also, the view was great. Absolutely recommend, I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect if you want to be away from the busier parts of Vienna. You’re about 20-30 mins by public transport from the main stuff but you’re close to all buses and metros. More of a family neighborhood near a park. Very cute spacious apartment with comfy bed, nice big couch, washer included and nice porch. Space was clean, but if you’re scared of spiders there were a number sharing the space. Things to note, no AC so it does get hot in the summer but fans were provided and you’re going up 3 flights on a spiral staircase so if you’re someone who struggles with stairs take note.

Every things was perfect except I recommend it

We had a wonderful stay at Silvia and Kurt’s house. They are kind and attentive hosts who made us feel welcome. The house is very comfortable and equipped with everything you might need for a pleasant stay. The area is quiet and peaceful, with a beautiful view of the Vienna Forest. It’s also very convenient for trips to Vienna, making it an excellent choice for a relaxing getaway. Highly recommended!

We were received in a very friendly manner. If there were minor issues,such as a broken lamp, a replacement would be immediately provided. Schara always had an open ear. Thank you for a wonderful stay

The place is easy to find. Murat gave clear instructions and check in was smooth and easy. Dedicated parking lot for this unit. The accommodation was spacious and very clean. Bathroom is clean as well. Kitchen is filled with sufficient utensils, along with working oven, microwave and dishwasher. My family love the place alot and wish we could stay longer. Murat was also very responsive. I highlighted an issue on the first night and he came over within 10mins and help to fix the issue. Very much appreciated.

We stayed for 4 nights. The apartment has far exceeded expectations, very nice places and equipped with everything you need. The parking spot was always available. In all the premises, the cleanliness was impeccable. Also, Angela was very helpful and friendly! I highly recommend it!!

Nadine is very friendly and flexible, I really liked to stay in her cozy apartment😊 The place was easy to find and the communication with owner was quite fast. The underground is quite close and convenient, close to the house is the nice embankment, where we could go for a walk with our dogs. Also, I really liked, that all the rules that she thought important were written in the ad and that this part of the city was quite quiet.

Great place, spacious, functional and comfortable. Very friendly host and always available to help us or answer our questions. Great location, less than 20 minutes from Vienna city center by metro! I recommend it without hesitation:)

Patrick's place is amazing - gorgeous and spacious! Patrick is also a great communicator. Only caveat is that it's a bit far from the city center; though public transportation is convenient, easy, and cheap, there is not a lot to recommend the actual neighborhood as a tourist. But we learned the U-system very easily.

Claudia’s place in Vienna was perfect for us to explore the main sites! Very close to public transport but out of the hustle and bustle made for a very homely stay. Claudia’s space is clean and has all the necessary items for a comfortable, homely stay. If we come back to Vienna we would most certainly stay again. Thank you Claudia for being such a warm and inviting host.

Our stay in Vienna was wonderful at Delia's and Michael's apartment, we felt right at home. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything (including a washer - dryer, and an impeccable shower (hard to find in a lot of places in Europe in my experience)). The house was very clean and we loved the thought that the hosts put into prepping the house (for example leaving complimentary toiletries, wine, sparkling water, chocolate and milk) which we appreciated a lot! The apartment is very well connected (1 min away from the tram) and we had a wonderful time making our way to the centre from there. Delia was super responsive, left clear instructions and was very helpful in whatever we needed. Overall, it was an 11/10 experience for us to stay here and definitely recommend it.

I absolutely loved this apartment! I would’ve loved to stay even longer. It had me considering changing my trip to extend my stay. The location is perfect, with easy transportation and great shops and restaurants around. I love to stay in places that feel like someone really lives there, and not surrounded by a lot of chain businesses. The apartment has a beautiful view, is comfortable and beautiful, and the pillows are so comfortable!! I don’t think enough hosts think to provide such a comfortable place to sleep. It was just lovely!! Absolutely would recommend and stay here again. The check in and check out were simple and no had no extra steps or hoops to jump through.

My wife and I spent the turn of the year in Vienna. Although Villa Bellevue is located in the far southwestern district, it is easily accessible by public transport. We never missed our car. We found the apartment to be pleasant, plenty of space for two people but also suitable for a family with two children. The nearby main street did not bother us. We met Edit and Dieter as very kind and helpful hosts. They provided us with recommendations for our stay in Vienna before the trip. Dieter took a lot of time on the day of arrival to show us everything and answer our questions about the survey. An apartment for Vienna vacationers who are looking for the special flair, away from the tourist hubs of the city.

An excellent apartment to stay at with all the touristy things located at a close radius. The building was excellent, the instructions provided by Andie was spot and she was a pleasure to communicate with. Everything needed in an apartment to make living comfortable (especially with a toddler) was provided. The views from the apartment was amazing. Highly recommend Andie and the apartment.
