Great location for a golf trip. We slept seven comfortably and the house had plenty of space to lounge and relax. Pool was amazing. Host very responsive when the grill ran out of LP. Would stay again

Perfect place for a family visit. Spacious living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen. Perfect for pool parties and watching the game. A quiet neighborhood that is so peaceful. And bradley the host is super responsive!

Really great place to stay especially with small kids. It had a crib, high chair, booster chair and pretty much anything you needed. Made our lives so much easier. Overall really great stay

Evelyn’s home is in a wonderful community with lots of places to walk and enjoy the community. Her home is beautiful and very warm! The backyard is great! We highly recommend her home to anyone looking for a home in the area.

We loved our stay here, the house was a perfect fit for our family and not having to worry about bringing baby gear was awesome. The heated pool and hot tub were a hit, and the provided pool toys & floats were great. Ashley had thoughtful little touches upon arrival from a welcome basket on the counter, fruit and drinks in the fridge and thoughtful face masks & makeup remover wipes. Almost everything I could of possibly forgotten to bring with us Ashley had provided.

The home was very spacious and well appointed. The views were great with the lake out back and it was a nice touch having bikes and fishing poles.

The place was beautiful and very clean. Will definitely stay here again if ever back in Phoenix.

Shanie and Billy’s place is one of the cleanest and cutest places we’ve stayed! There were clear instructions on everything. They had a binder full of information on the area. We felt right at home and can’t wait to go back in July. We usually visit Fountain Hills once a month and hope that in the future we can stay here more and more. Thank you Shanie and Billy.

This was the perfect place for a week-long stay over the holidays with my pup. I have family nearby in Surprise, but we needed some extra space for the holiday week. William was friendly and responsive, and his home is spacious and well-appointed (with some recent updates like new flooring and paint). It would be great for a short or long-term stay. This location was perfect for my needs - close to family, with peaceful and quiet streets for walking my dog (and a great little walking/biking trail nearby - the Javelina Trail!). If you are not familiar with Phoenix, you may find it to be a little too far on the "outskirts" of town, but it is a perfect location for the West Valley. I will definitely check to see if this home is available the next time I am in town visiting family!

They were very helpful when I had any questions and were always quick to respond. The home was very nice and relaxing and would definitely book again!

This is a spacious, beautiful home in a quiet and gorgeous neighborhood with Safeway, several restaurants, casinos and shopping nearby. The large backyard, putting green and hot tub were very nice. It was a bit too cool to get in the pool in January but would be great in warm weather. We filled the hummingbird feeder and watched them all month. There's also a nice gas bbq grill that we used several times. The four bedrooms are great for having friends visit or families and the large tub in the master bath was nice for a relaxing soak. Having access to the entire garage was a welcome bonus. Both John and Marisol were so welcoming, helpful and responded to any questions we had immediately. We would definitely book this property again.

Robert and Shelly were very responsive. I appreciated their quick answers and concern for us having a great time. First time to Scottsdale and it was great. Highly recommend this location. It was close to everything.

Very responsive host, easy check-in, really nice quality for the amenities (appliances, couches, TV etc). Kitchen had one of everything you would want. Easy to control temperature for the house. Nice backyard area to lounge. Compared to similar houses in the area it was a good price. As a clean person I don’t agree with large cleaning fees ($180 for 5 nights), however even with the cleaning fee the overall price was still reasonable for what we got. Would definitely rent here again if I’m back to ‘Zona.

Emilee’s house was lovely, pristinely clean and well cared for. We had a very relaxing stay.

Ths was a great house for two families with kids to stay in. We loved the neighborhood and the location was great. The kids enjoyed the heated pool. Communication with the host was great. The house had great amenities and was well stocked with supplies.

Dale was great and house was perfect for our families and close to ballpark for spring training games.
