Great value. Host had 2 books with recommendations for the area. Quiet, upscale location of the property, yet within walking distance of downtown Chiang Rai!

This spot was absolute perfection! The location was great -- very easy to find and steps away from a 7-11, a gorgeous temple and all sorts of restaurants and shops. Our son had suggested we book a place close to the Clock Tower and we are so glad that we did! The apartment was wonderfully designed and beautifully appointed. A very nice kitchen, cute dishes and lots of seasonings, snacks and drinks. The sofa and beds were comfy, lots of linens, and it was great to have two bathrooms. The four of us had tons of space and it would have easily slept three more, with a big dining table, comfy set up for lounging around, and all sorts of extras -- speakers, a nice smart TV, lots of games, even markers for kids, a high chair, etc. An exceptional find!

House located in a convenient and quiet community. Jirapa is fast and responsive. Recommend her house:)

we booked Darakorn villa at the very last minute and Isara was very flexible and helpful to make us feel very at ease, just like at home. darakorn villa is amazing. nested in a huge botanical park and along a river stream. so peaceful. Mrs Chan was there to welcome us. we went to buy food so she can cook a thai diner for us. we had great fun cooking with her. we managed to communite well. we lit a fire at night in the chimney as nights are fresh and relaxing best host and best local experience so far! thank you so much for having made this stop possible. see you in Mauritius hopefully one day Isara. best regards

One of the best places I’ve stayed in Thailand! The property is peaceful, spacious, and truly feels like home. The perfect getaway for anyone looking for comfort and tranquility. I will definitely come back again soon! Highly recommended!

The place is beautiful, cared for in every detail. Getting to the sunset gives beautiful colors. We ordered dinner and breakfast for the next day and everything was punctual and matched our requests. 1000 Stars is a perfect name for this beautiful place!

Our stay here was absolutely fantastic. After a few days in Bangkok and Chiang Mai, the tranquility in the mountains was a welcome change. The beautiful view from our side terrace was only surpassed by the hospitality and service on site. The extensive breakfast was brought to the terrace at the desired time in the morning. Molibiltät was also never a problem, as a "bolt" was always available, which picked us up and to Chiang Rai it is also just under 15 minutes by taxi.
