We just had a few days at Coleen's beautiful accommodation with my cockapoo - and we all loved it. It is so close to the seafront in a really nice area (which we know well). As others have said, the bed was extremely comfortable and there are lots of seaside touches that add to the ambience. All in all, we loved it and I would totally recommend.

Christmas was all aglow upon arrival. The fresh flowers were beautiful. The bed is extremely comfortable and linens perfect. The updated kitchen was well provided with all utensils and dishes and pots and pans.

We had a great stay in Steve’s place over new year. The location was very quiet and peaceful and exactly what we wanted. It was really near to lovely beaches and great cafes. We would love to come back another time

Rebecca and Kevin were wonderful hosts - providing essentials like milk, tea, coffee was super helpful but they were extra thoughtful providing croissants, butter and jam! The cottage itself was lovely and very well equipped. It was so cosy in the evenings and garden was very peaceful in the sunshine. Location is great; just a short walk to the coast and Whistable harbour / town centre. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Steven and Tina were very welcoming and greeted us with big warm smiles it made us feel very welcome the place itself is very beautiful and peaceful. Had a lovely stay over the weekend and would definitely book again and recommend anyone else to do so as you will not regret it.

This was perfect for our few days working in Margate. Pre-arrival communication was good which was important as we were arriving late. Good size drive for our van plus well stocked with essentials and more! Would use again and recommend.

What a find! Visiting family who live less than 2 miles away. Extremely clean, comfortable and spacious. Well equipped with lovely extra touches like fresh milk in fridge and chocolates. Communicative and helpful host. Will definitely stay again. Certainly the best accommodation we’ve found in the area - and we’ve been visiting for many years.

We spent Christmas week 2024 at The Lodge. It was very clean, clutter free and in a very peaceful, quiet location. There were mini Christmas trees outside the door and a pretty Christmas tree inside which all gave a lovely festive feel to the accommodation! Jemma also very kindly left us some Christmas treats, a very thoughtful gesture which we really appreciated! The Lodge is nicely decorated and furnished - the bathroom is a good size with a large shower cabinet - there's a fridge freezer and cooker so you can make your own meals if you don't always want to eat out. The bed was very comfortable and we slept very well. There are plenty of shops within easy walking distance (including supermarkets). There are local buses close by and the seafront is approx. 15/20 mins walk away. The Old Town is very nice, plenty of places to eat and lots of interesting shops - there's even a Crab Museum! We really enjoyed our stay and would love to visit again sometime! Thank you :-)

Claire was always friendly and reliable in communicating. The place is spotless and peaceful. Claire kindly allowed us to check out a little later to fit with our schedule and the poor weather. Recommended!

Thank you Angie! A lovely couple days away at Botany Bay. Angie called to see if all was well. Place has everything we needed. A few steps from the beautiful beach. Lots of walks were had. We have also stayed at Angie’s New Forest caravan. So great to have a trusted person with place’s available all over. We’ll definitely be back as this will also be a great place to bring the teen with the boogie boards in the summer.

Would definitely stay again, cosy, clean and perfect for a weekend. Great location & near a very lovely park. Walkable to Margate & Cliftonville, the latter has a fantastic range of eateries. We parked the car when we arrived and didnt use it until we were leaving to head back home. Thanks Roger & it was really nice to meet you!

I was very happy with my stay at Vicky’s place. It was really clean, very tastefully decorated and very comfortable throughout. A great location adjacent to the beach and two restaurants. Vicky is an excellent host. Very easy to communicate with and very responsive. I would thoroughly recommend this accommodation.

We had a lovely stay in Faversham and the accommodation was perfect. Great location on the creek and within easy walking distance of the town centre. The host was also great so all in all a well deserved 5 stars from a very satisfied customer.

We had a great short stay in Allens place! The location is great for discovering the area and coast with cliffs! Everything went smooth and Allen was super friendly! Thank you again!

Really enjoyed my stay! I was in a show at the theatre that week and the accommodation was ideal to come back to after the shows. Cozy and clean, and absolutely beautiful

We were here for the golf and Liz’s annexe was perfect. Very handy for the village and clean, quiet, private and well appointed. Liz was very helpful and had great communication.

Love love love this little gem of a property. Perfect for what I needed wish I had enough time to spend more time. Very comfy & homely. Perfectly situated for walks & views. Ssshh don’t tell everyone. I will be back next time I am across in the spring. Very friendly and also discreet and they are available for you if needed.

GemandChris’s place really was lovely! Cozy and wonderfully positioned, right in the central of town within easy walking distance to the beach and to the shops and restaurants. They were great hosts, always available should you need them! Private parking was definitely a big plus!
