The flat was exactly as advertised, clean tidy with everything we needed. Yvette was great and communicated well throughout. We booked very last minute as we were let down by another Airbnb - she made everything very easy for us. Would highly recommend

Great location right on the beach with access directly from the shared garden (no view of the beach from the apartment). Lovely area with lots of pubs, bars and restaurants in easy walking distance and lots of choice of beaches to walk/run along. The property is only accessible on foot and with quite a lot of stairs but that was clear in the listing (but I would consider how much luggage you need!) and didn’t bother us. A lovely place to stay and I would recommend Broadstairs and the apartment.

The flat was lovely, just what we were looking for out of our long weekend in Margate. Having coffee on the balcony in the sun was a particular highlight! Lisa was a great hostess, with clear instructions, attentive to our needs, and leaving little treats around the place. I look forward to staying again in the future.

Absolutely first class accommodation. Didn't meet the owners as we had everything we needed and our stay was perfect. Had messages to check we were happy with everything and the instrucions fir arrival were easy and clear. The location is fabulous and we enjoyed walks along the coast path and to Westgate for great restaurants. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Would love to stay again on our next visit to our daughter in Margate.

I had an absolutely perfect weekend away at the Well with my husband and our dog. Everything was just amazing: the view, the bed, the armchairs, the selection of teas, and the lovely local products in the bathroom. I especially loved that it was actually warm in the house (I find it’s rare thing in a UK home!). The location is great and very close to all the great cafes and shops (and of course the seafood stall on the beach). Hannah is very responsive and attentive. Would love to come again.

Wonderful stay in Margate thanks to Nancy and her spacious and thoughtfully decorated apartment. It has all the amenities you could wish for and we were cozy and comfortable for all of our stay over Christmas. Another thing I appreciated were the softer lighting options, as well as overhead lights, which add to the relaxation and ambience. We had a little issue with getting the heating on when we arrived and some noise from other guests in an apartment above us, but Nancy was incredibly responsive and caring and helped us resolve these quickly. We will stay again!

Layla was a very nice host and her place was great, just a short walk to her Leas which you could never get tired of. And very close to local shops and restaurants. If I needed anything Layla was a quick responder and always helped out. Would highly recommend for a great location in Folkestone!

this was a rgetaway for a few days at the coast, lovely first floor apartment with a balcony to sit out and watch the sunrise and sunset over the sea.. Quiet location even with the early morning joggers and beach lovers. Groceries left for us was a nice touch along with the blankets for the chilly evenings outside

Lovely place to wake up to coastal views and a walk away from the town. Felt homely and clean and Agatha made sure we had all the information we needed to make the most of our short stay. There are lots of stairs to the top floor so pack lightly :)

Perfect location near town centre / top quality apartment

Ala and Mario's place is absolutely charming - the whole top floor of a grand Victorian house which has been decorated and furnished in a luxurious gothic-chic style. The bed was huge and comfy, and all the little details like bathrobes, whimsical books and posh teabags made it such a pleasureable stay. The 'parlour' was a lovely place to sit and have a cup of tea or glass or wine. Ala and Mario were also really helpful with lots of suggestions about where to eat in the area. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay at Nicola’s. The flat has a cool style and is well equipped for a longer stay. Close to explore all that Margate has to offer. Nicola was super responsive. Would definitely return.

Large private space in a stunningly tranquil location - being down a road warning "unsuitable for motors" says it all. With a wonderful breakfast hamper, complete with personal touches, and a well stocked wood pile to keep the burner going, it's difficult to think what more you could want

Lovely 2 night stay with my family (and dog) the surroundings are peaceful and lovely. The hot tub was a winner for the children. Would recommend staying here. Absolutely lovely.

Had a great stay at the lodge - the listing is exactly as it is in real life and the photos are completely accurate. The owner was extremely helpful and even spent a fair amount of time making a fire for the hot tub to be ready for us. Would recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful break

Channel View Airbnb exceeded all expectations! From the moment we arrived, the accommodating host gave us a warm and friendly welcome, making us feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully modern, and thoughtfully designed with everything you could need for a comfortable one-night stay. The views were absolutely stunning, stretching for miles and adding a serene backdrop to our visit. The highlight, though, was the private hot tub-an incredible touch that made our stay extra special. It was the perfect spot to relax and unwind, especially as a couple. If you're looking for a peaceful, well-appointed retreat with unbeatable views and an inviting atmosphere, Channel View is a perfect choice. Highly recommend!

Lovely apartment, clean and spacious, jacuzzi was so relaxing. Robert was very helpful and responsive when needed. Overall a great place to stay, we will definitely return in the future!!

What can we say....what a little gem Helen's place is, perfect for a Mums getaway. From start to finish, Helen has been super accommodating for our needs. The face masks were a little treat for us tired Mums that needed a night away. We opted for the hot tub which was AMAMZING. Check in was super easy, her home is B.E.A.U.T.I.F.U.L, it has everything we needed. We used the oven to cook out meal, needed the heating on as it turned a little chilly & both were easy to opposite. The shower was excellent, so handy not having to bring shampoo etc, the pool sliders were a lovely touch also. Thank you for having us, we will be back. B x

Chloe was a fantastic host, she explained everything really well and then left us to enjoy the place. Great location near nice restaurants
