Excellent in every respect. Superb quality of fittings. Garden perfect for dogs.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Peleview Cottage with our two dogs. The cottage is great, spotlessly clean, and the location is incredible — right beside miles of golden sandy beach! (Sea view from the back of the cottage) Nigel’s communications were great — super friendly & helpful host! Also had left a lovely welcome pack for us, including a chocolate cake, locally produced jam and some milk…all waiting for you upon your arrival at the cottage. Highly recommend a stay at Peleview Cottage. I recommend bringing lots of extra logs with you for a winter stay! (An initial basket full of logs would have been appreciated, but the fire was prepared and ready to light with a few logs to get you started) Could also only find one toilet roll & no shower gel, so be sure to bring your own with you, enough for the duration of your planned stay. All-in-all…you will not be disappointed…this cottage is a great find, in a superb beach front location. Highly recommended!!

Lovely little house in a very quiet cul de sac. Very easy to find and to get in. It was lovely to arrive with the heating and a light on. A lovely welcome basket of treat for myself and husband and a lovely jar of treats for our cocker spaniel she loved being included 💞 so Jo’s place is extremely dog friendly not dog tolerated like some :-)) Hot water was plentiful and a good shower. Own parking space. Jo was extremely kind as she gave us an early check in and then a lovely surprise to offer us a late check out - thank you so much 😊 It’s a perfect location for visiting Durham but also for a peaceful retreat just for relaxing 😌 We would certainly recommend and would love to stay again if in the area :-))) xx

A smart, stylish, well appointed, immaculate and very comfortable house in which to stay with plentiful heating, hot water and splendid view across the beach of Newbiggin. Nancy was keen to ensure that our stay was enjoyable and provided all that we needed.

Apartment was as shown on the website. Very clean and tidy Towels and bed linen were spotless. Being mid February when we stayed we needed the central heating on and it proved adequate John was in touch regularly to see if we had any problems Sybil, our dog loved the outside space and the walks in the nearby Roker Park and onto the beach. A very enjoyable stay

Another wonderful long weekend. Victoria's caravan has become a firm favourite for us. This was our third visit and we had another lovely time away, enjoying some peace and quiet by the sea.

We had a relaxing stay at Pebbles. Situated in a very picturesque park overlooking the sea and the wind turbines which I felt were quite mesmerising! The park itself has everything you need from entertainment, pool and restaurants. The beach was fabulous and we thoroughly enjoyed the rock pools and scenery. Lots to do in the area especially if you like castles and history. We would recommend a stay at Pebbles.

Absolutely gorgeous caravan . The lock box for the key isn't the easiest place to access if you have trouble bending or if the ground is wet This caravan is beautiful, fantastic location, parking space and its at the quieter end of the park. I would highly recommend anyone to book with Christopher, he is a fantastic host and I would definitely stay again. Thanks Christopher

Myself, Mum and 5 year old son just stayed for 3 nights and had a lovely break! David is a responsive and thoughtful host, replying quickly, arranging for the heating to be on for arrival and even leaving lovely treats for us to enjoy! The place is absolutely spotless, super clean and well organised, it has everything you'd need for a short stay. Would definitely recommend! We ventured to Cresswell Beach and White House Farm in Morpeth which is a must if you have little ones. Lovely memories made... as well as some sand castles!

Superb location, beautiful sea views and stunning sun rises both days of our stay! Immaculately clean with everything we could need, and really well stocked! The heating system was fantastic which is a must in the winter months! Would definitely stay here again during the summer time the kids absolutely loved it!

Wow what can you say about Signal House I stayed with 5 friends for my Birthday and as soon as we opened the door we knew this place was something special and we were right ...all of us were totally blown away !! I have stayed is some lovely airbnb places before but this was the best by far . Everything about it screams Luxury fixtures ,fittings ,furniture , bedding they have thought of everything . Its location was amazing on a clifftop overlooking the sea , in summer it must be sublime . Easy walk into Amble to find fabulous cafes and restaurants try Jaspers Bistro amazing. Would I recommend hell yes 1000% . Thankyou for the homemade cake and all the other goodies you left us . The owners deserve all the praise they get first class hosts ......I could go on and on but just book it and see for yourself x

we just came back from our 3 nights stay at Simon's place and it was fantastic we took our 2 kids,my MIL and my Mother with us and they all loved this caravan. we spent most our time sitting outside in the verandah watching sunsets and sunrise ,the views were beautiful from our caravan we would love to stay at Simon's place again

This was our second visit and once again it was everything we needed. Great location, great communication, wonderfully warm( we arrived on a very wet and windy day), attention to detail is excellent and the equipment provided is astonishing. I've had the best night's sleep I've had in a long time and everyone said the same! Thanks to Zoe who checked that everything was ok for us and made sure our stay was everything we hoped it would be.

We had a lovely stay here, great location right next to the sea and near lots of good cafes. Easily walkable to Tynemouth. The property itself was decorated to a lovely standard and it was very clean.

Helen and Peter were friendly hosts. When the weather got chilly Helen quickly turned up the heating. Views were amazing. Private off street parking definitely a bonus. Comfortable beds.

The house is a warm and spacious so fitted our needs perfectly for a weekend visiting family. Great location and easily walkable to the beach and town centre. During the evening the area was quiet which was ideal having a few month old with us. The hosts were very responsive and gave clear detailed instructions on the property, would happily return and recommend to others. Thanks

Great place to stay with family. Really conveniently located with all that you need within walking distance - even the local swimming pool. Lovely property - home from home when we were there and the kids and dog loved it. We were there over Christmas and it suited us perfectly. We even had a lovely Christmas tree and decorations.
