Ryan and Bryan’s house by the locks is a wonderful place for families. Great open room for games and large table for eating. The bedrooms are nice with quilts and beautiful antique furniture. Large kitchen with everything you need . Great location close to Arrowhead for winter sports. We stayed over Christmas and the place was nicely decorated with light over the fireplace. We spent some time at Arrowhead which is about fifteen min away and went hiking and cross country skiing. The place was large enough to accommodate the five of us four adults and one child. Huntsville is close to pick up small items at the grocery store or to go out to eat at a local restaurant.

Paula made our stay amazing again! The fire was going and the place was toasty warm. We were lucky enough to be there while the goats were having their babies and Paula let all 5 kids stay out with her for hours. We all had an amazing peaceful weekend. Highly recommend!

We had a cozy and comfortable time at Ryan’s conveniently central home. It was well-equipped with lots of room to spread out while visiting. Beds and linens were comfortable and cozy. Kitchen had everything we were looking for! Thank you for a wonderful stay! :)

Staying at this Airbnb for new years was such a great experience ! Instructions were very clear, check in super easy and felt like home away from home. We brought our dog with us as we knew there’s beautiful hikes just a 7 minute drive away from arrowhead provincial park, our favourite place to explore in the summer! Downtown Huntsville was also super sweet to explore with all the holiday lights. Thanks for a great stay! Will come back soon!

We came in from Alberta for a wedding in the area, and stayed at Tara’s place. It was much larger than we had imagined, and the property was just gorgeous! We would absolutely book with Tara again if we were back in the area.

Lisa and Bill are absolute gems, making every detail feel effortless and cared for. We adore it here and can’t wait to come back again. Very easy check in, and wonderfully responsive host! The house itself is bigger even than expected which was great, had enough bedrooms to fit all 12 of the people that stayed with no one feeling cramped at all, and very nicely decorated. The doggy door and fenced backyard was also a huge plus. Snow removal was also done before we got there, which is essential for Bracebridge! 😂 The hot tub in the back is also lovely, and there was a clear path shovelled for easy access. We would stay again in a heartbeat!!

Had an amazing Thanksgiving weekend thanks to Amanda. She was incredible, making a trek out to help us when I stupidly blew a fuse. Our family absolutely loved their cottage. Will definitely come back.

My family had a great time at Mark & Betty’s cottage. It was spotless clean, tastefully decorated, ideally located overlooking a valley and a lake, and fully equipped with amenities, bath towels, fireplace logs , and books and toys for kids. Everyone has something they liked, to name a few, enjoying sunrise in bed, watching birds feeding from the bird feeder, reading by the window overlooking the valley and sleighing on the ski slopes. Mark and Betty were super responsive and friendly, they provided clear instructions and suggestions on things to do locally. Everything went perfectly, this will be an unforgettable Christmas for us!

My family had an amazing time in Bracebridge. The property is exactly as described and photographed and is in very good shape. The pool and hot tub were a perfect way to relax, not to mention the huge tv (with all the streaming services) and an incredibly comfortable couch. The kitchen was big and open and everything was easy to use and worked well. Lots of hot water for showers and good pressure, and super comfortable beds. The home office overlooking the pool was such a nice addition and the wifi service is excellent. The location is easy to find, quiet, and really close to anything you need, and 20 minutes to Port Carling. Absolutely recommend and am so happy we found it!

We absolutely loved our weekend away at Abduls. It was so peaceful and beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, kitchen had everything we needed. Already looking at weekends to return!

Justin was a super responsive and helpful host even for messages after midnight. Very spacious place. Felt like a home!

There aren’t words to describe how incredible our stay at your family cottage in Dorset was. This is our 17th year doing family cottage getaways and I can honestly say that this was by far the best. Nobody wanted the trip to end…From the gorgeous and blissful lake to the new dock filled with Muskoka chairs and enough kayaks that we went on our first ever family kayak expedition, to the neat little fire pit, to the indoor pool and the multitude of games and even a karaoke machine which was great for evenings and rainy days. The cottage was prepared with everything and anything we could have needed including the much appreciated extras like duck food for the kids to feed the duck family that frequented the dock. The cottage was spacious with enough room for everyone to sleep and live comfortably, and beautifully decorated and we truly felt that it was a home away from home. The Gerbers are hosts extraordinaire and we hope that we can return again for another wonderful family vacation!

I would definitely stay here again! 3. Beautiful views in the morning with the windows of the backyard when eating breakfast with a nice cup of coffee.

We had a great stay at Marilyn's place. Every room was completely spotless and it was just as described in the listing. The cottage was a very comfortable size for four people, with lots of parking, and we enjoyed the fire pit out in the back. The kitchen was fully stocked and clean. We also really appreciated Marilyn's flexibility with our check-in and check-out time. Overall, Marilyn was very responsive and a pleasure to speak to!

Had a fabulous fall weekend at Richard's beautiful cottage in Baysville! The pictures on Airrbnb were totally accurate, this cottage is gorgeous! It has everything you could possibly need for cooking meals, very well appointed kitchen. Cozy living room with ample comfy couches around a gorgeous fireplace. The views of the lake are so pretty... perfect setting! We hioe to return! Thanks Richard!

The view is really impressive! The fact that the fire pit is right next to the lake made the atmosphere even more pleasant! There is a canoe and a kayak there, which guaranteed our fun even on a cold autumn day. In the afternoon we had a barbecue and then enjoyed a hot tub, which guaranteed relaxation at the end of the day! The house is beautiful inside, the rooms are simple but with comfortable mattresses, only the pillow was a little too firm, but nothing that kept us awake at night! In the kitchen we had all the utensils, except that some were stored dirty. The stove works but is a little weak, if you are planning on cooking there, just be patient and everything will be ready! Just one point, but this is the house rule and we already knew it, check-in is very late, only at 4pm and check-out has to be exactly at 11am. Consider getting up early. Overall we had a great stay, we enjoyed nature, watched the stars at night and left there refreshed to face the city routine again! Thanks!!

Beautiful place! My partner and I stayed a weekend for our anniversary, along with our 2 large dogs. The place is cozy and private, but there is still lots to do. The host is very nice, and even had the fire going for us when we got in after our long drive. Check in and check out were easy, and there is a little book inside the cottage that has local businesses and things you can do. We hope to be back soon:)

Nicole was very responsive. She made sure our check-in went well and asked if we had any questions at the start of our stay. The house is large and nicely decorated. The outdoor fire pit was so relaxing, and fun for all of us (firewood, and toasting forks provided for marshmallows!) The kitchen is large and very well stocked. It is close to many hiking trails, and breweries. The near-by lake beach is a great place to watch the sun set. I highly recommend staying here.

Although our stay was short, it simply could not have gone any better. Ron is a very kind and considerate host, and goes out of his way to make his guests feel comfortable. He even offered to show us nearby trails (which are breathtaking by the way). I loved hearing his stories and can tell he is obviously a genuine person. Property is well-maintained, quaint and idyllic. Definitely recommending him to my friends.

My husband, 3&1/2 year old daughter, two dogs and I just returned from the most incredible cottage stay in Bracebridge, Muskoka, and we’re already counting down the days until we can go back! The host, James, was truly exceptional - responsive, organized, and went above and beyond to make our stay feel like a home away from home. From the moment we walked in, we were blown away by the thoughtful touches and extra details that made our stay so special. The Christmas tree was beautifully decorated with different lighting options, and the abundance of board games and video games kept us entertained for hours, regardless of the weather outside. The hot tub was immaculately clean and the perfect spot to relax and unwind, and the home itself was spotless and tidy. It's clear that James takes great pride in his property and goes to great lengths to ensure guests have an unforgettable stay. I'm so grateful to have found this little slice of heaven in Muskoka! Highly recommend!
