Holiday houses in White Gum Valley

Would highly recommend!!! Helen and Ron’s property is the perfect little stay for yourself, a couple or a family. Despite being attached to the house, it is completely private and quiet and we felt at home for our stay. The location is great! Lots of things near by including a wonderful cafe with yummy food that is very reasonably priced as well as a golf course, swimming pool, lake, train station and playgrounds. Not far to other places around too if you’re wanting to venture out. Helen and Ron gave really clear and easy instructions and were super friendly and accommodating especially with our little one also offering us recommendations. The place is exactly as described. The bed was very comfy, the pressure in the shower was great! and the kitchen has lots of utensils and options if you’re wanting to do some easy cooking. Overall, it was exactly what we needed, a nice place to crash while visiting family, however, you could easily make more use of all the wonderful amenities.

Thank you Ray and Sandy for having us, we really enjoyed our stay. The place is amazing, it has everything you need, comfy beds, nice shower, washing machine, etc and soo close to the beach. I highly recommend it.

Excellent host and great communication. It was peaceful and beautiful. Definitely recommend this place as it was beautiful presented and all the necessary amenities. I will definitely stay there again.

This was a great area with the 2 bedrooms, good sized bathroom and washing machine in the kitchen. I think the stand out for me was the front and back verandah.

Great place. Just what we needed. Lots of space. Lovely living space and even had some toys ans a small carton of milk for our two year old. Would stay again and recommend to friends and family

Great place to stay. Fully equipped kitchen, and rooms and beds were very comfortable. Extraordinary view of the ocean and nearby islands. Walking distance to the Penguin Island Ferry. There was a temporary problem with the internet, but Michelle came over to help fix it as soon as she could. The extra room/studio up top is lovely, but we didn't spend as much time up there because it is a separate entry from outside. Some aspects of the house are a bit dated, and could use some shampoo/conditioner, but otherwise it was a very lovely stay!

“The location was great—just a short drive to the sea, and the parking was really convenient. However, only 2 out of the 5 bedrooms had air conditioning, which was a big downside given the scorching 42°C Perth heat. It made for some uncomfortable nights in the uncooled rooms. If air conditioning was installed in all the bedrooms, it would make a huge difference to the overall comfort of the stay.”

We had a wonderful stay at Pei’s place. Just a short 10 minute walk from beautiful Scarborough Beach and close to other beaches such as Trigg and North Beach. The apartment itself had everything we needed and was extremely spacious! It felt very homely inside but with a beautiful beachy vibe! Also close to a bus stop which is great if you don’t have a car with you! The aircon was wonderful as our stay consisted of multiple 40+ degree days. The one thing I would say is the rooms do get quite hot on a night, however the fans do help this a little - this obviously can’t be helped during a heatwave! Pei was responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay again if in the area.
