Spent the weekend celebrating a birthday with family, had a wonderful stay. Quiet and private with incredible views. Close to the beach which was easy to walk to, but up hill on the return. Would recommend a car if you wish to visit vineyards or town, or arrange for driver service. Enjoyed our stay thoroughly.

Lisa’s home is amazing! So well appointed, room for a large family group and the pool and spa were very welcome additions. Lisa was an amazing host, friendly and responsive. We were greeted with a box of chocolates which was just one of the small touches that made the stay such a great one. Highly recommend this as a place to stay in the greater Auckland area. Very comfortable and perfect for our stay, where we needed to be in Hobsonville. Kristen was friendly and responded quickly. The house is very clean and neat; and being able to do our washing was very helpful.

Lovely stay for a relaxing girls weekend away. Close to the water, with a lovely stroll to shops in the Village. Close to winery’s and across the road from friendly Bowls club.

Private locations, but very close to shops and amenities. Immaculately clean with all necessary things in the kitchen and bathroom. The only minor flaw was poor reception and internet connection. Grace is a friendly and helpful host. Highly recommend.

Can’t say enough about this wonderful accommodation. We were in a very difficult situation on Thursday afternoon. The original accommodation we had booked elsewhere was dreadful and we agreed to vacate. That left us with nowhere to stay. We saw this place and requested it. Harvey answered immediately and was really concerned and helpful. On arrival we cried in delight. The house is fabulous - spacious, comfortable, spotless and really well equipped. It’s in a great location with everything nearby, and was perfect for our weekend. All the rooms are well appointed. Kitchen has everything, lounge is really comfortable, beds are great - there’s even a wine fridge! The icing on the cake for my 2 adult children was the ping pong table. Everything was delightful. Phew and thank you.

Our team travelled for work and we were thoroughly appreciative of this accommodation. It was perfect for our team. The house itself was immaculate and extremely comfortable. We would be very keen to stay here again. Great host and a great place.

Great experience staying at Richard’s place. It’s located in the heart of Albany that is easy to access motorway, bus station, shopping mall and restaurants. This place is cozy and has everything we needed. Richard is super responsive too! Would highly recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for an Airbnb in this area.

We only stayed one night, but Bianca and Hendrik's place would also work well for much longer stays. The bedroom, living area and kitchen/dinette are all separate rooms, there's a private entrance, convenient onsite parking, excellent internet connectivity, lots to see and do within walking distance, geez we could live there indefinitely! :-) A lot of thoughtful design went into this place. While the kitchen is small, it is so well organized it still works well. The bathroom is like something from a magazine, with a huge soaker tub, separate shower, mirror feature that runs the length of an entire wall, and modern and easy to use fixtures. We slept very well because it was very quiet and comfortable. There were so many extra amenities! Milk, beer(!), snacks, and the bathroom is stocked with anything you might have forgotten at home. Bianca was away, but her husband Hendrik took care of us. He was so friendly and helpful, very responsive to our questions. We had a great stay!

Quite a great little place for 2 people for a couple days. I'd recommend this stay just for a short couple days as there is no oven, but that did not affect our stay as we had quite an effective BBQ which made up for it. I would like to come back again in the future. Everything was clean and pristine and up to standard. A lovely thank you to our hosts.🙂

Lovely modern, fresh and clean accommodation. Karen was very friendly and helpful and booked a local restaurant for us too. In a suburban area so you would need a car but walking distance to a restaurant. Just 10 minutes drive from the Howick Historical Village which is a great spot to spend a couple of hours.

We had a lovely few nights in Auckland, staying here at Roger’s place. We were truly impressed by all the very special and thoughtful touches. We would not have had the same experience at a random hotel in the city! Check-in was very easy, and there was champagne and grapes awaiting us which was delightful. I also appreciated the other treats such as the cold drinks in the fridge. The use of the space is very clever, with the mini kitchen and an espresso machine which got me going every morning! Roger was also very friendly and helpful. I found myself wanting to spend more time chilling than exploring the city (although we obviously still did, but note that it is a good distance from the CBD so ideally hire a car. Ubers back and forth daily proved costly!) It was such a lovely space, with elements of luxury throughout. You can tell that Roger has thought of everything possible to make for the best, and most enjoyable experience. Thank you so much Roger for being such a wonderful host!

We absolutely loved our stay at Mary Ann’s house, Ara Station! Mary Ann was incredibly kind and welcoming, and we thoroughly enjoyed her delicious homemade breakfast. She even provided some toys for our 5-year-old daughter, which she absolutely loved! The house itself is beautiful, filled with natural light, and offers an amazing view. It’s so peaceful and quiet—falling asleep to the sounds of birds and the ocean was perfect. We enjoyed walking to the lake and even further to the waterfall. The lake is wonderful for swimming, and Mary Ann’s recommendation to visit Fairy Falls was spot on—it was absolutely stunning. After a long journey, this was the perfect place to arrive and unwind. We highly recommend staying here!

Great place in a great location, was exactly what we needed for a short stay in Auckland. Gila was also very friendly.

Sky Blue is a great place to stay. The condo is bright, extremely spacious, and spotless. The beds are comfortable. The water pressure and hot water are great. The blow dryer works great. The kitchen is fully stocked with beautiful dishes. There’s an espresso machine and French press, we used both. The location is fantastic right down the street from the beach and in the heart of Takapuna Beach full of restaurants and shops. We loved waking up and coming home to sit and relax on the enclosed lanai. The washer and dryer worked fine but are on the small side. The TV works good too. The condo is upstairs but you enter on the ground floor and walk up a set of stairs once inside. We highly recommend Sky Blue.

Great location for sea swimming at the end of a day’s sightseeing. Easy to get into town centre. Apartment very quiet.

We loved staying here! We were able to communicate with the hosts with ease. The Airbnb is within walking distance of restaurants, grocery stores and everything in between. Irene is really accomodating and had come down to check on us to see if we needed anything which was nice. The facilities were great. Personally, the pictures don’t do the property justice! We were pleasantly surprised at how spacious and homely it was. Most definitely would stay here again if I’m in the area next time😊

Great place to stay clean and tidy close to Main Street - restaurants and brewery. Shed to lock our bikes. Lovely chocolates, croissants and toast/toppings for breakfast ! Comfortable bed.

Gary’s place was even better than the photos. Two turns off the motorway and you’re there. Fantastic corner views across Auckland, including the sky tower and the sea. Everything we needed, and a great walkable location, highly recommended.

Nicola was a fabulous host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. The apartment felt comfortable, relaxing and was extremely clean. The views from the balcony were spectacular. Parking was easy and our car was very safe. The restaurant on-site offered great tasting, fresh food and excellent service at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Nicola as a host and her apartment for a relaxing stay. One word of caution, the resort is steep in places. Most people will be fine, but anyone with mobility issues may struggle.
