Holiday houses in Westminster

Our family has been going to VT in the fall for 25+ years. The usual house we stay in was unavailable and lead us to find this home. Upon arrival we were stunned at the view, it is incredible in person! We had 5 adults and two children o this trip and this home offered us so much space and activities. My father even noted how everyone had their own space to dow whatever they wanted at any point in the day. We utilized the amenities every day and my kids were thrilled to have all the games to play inside as well as a beautiful lawn to run around and play on. Just a short drive down the driveway you reach the water which we also utilized mulitple times a day. Overall it was very peaceful and felt like a retreat and now my kids prefer this house over the old one! Definitely hoping to come back soon! Also, the hosts were very communicative and responsive before and during our stay, we very much enjoyed our time.

Would highly recommend this beautiful spot!!! We loved the peaceful location and space for our entire family with the comforts of home in each room. Lots of extra pillows, towels, blankets, etc. fully stocked kitchen too. My kids wanted to stay longer, they had a great time. We will certainly come back!!

Me and my boyfriend returned to stay at this listing to go snowboarding at Mount Snow. We decided to come back to Edgar and Nina’s place because it is kept clean, we feel safe and it is in the perfect location. It’s walking distance to all restaurants and only a 13 minute drive to the mountain. We love going to Dots for breakfast which is right in town. Parking is also great it is right across the street so you don’t have to worry about having to find a spot. We will definitely be returning to their place once again when we go to mount snow.

Our stay at Grapevine Getaway was nothing short of amazing— our whole family got to enjoy this gorgeous home! The space is excellent for large families, or in our case, two families that were joined as one! We shared our vows in the Great Room and had a lovely family dinner afterwards to celebrate. The listing is truthful, there really is *everything* you need to prepare a family meal! Then everyone got to stay overnight and have breakfast together the next morning! The hosts were incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely cared about our stay. The house was spotless, cozy, and there was plenty of space to enjoy. I’m so glad that we were able to share the happiest moment of our lives in this beautiful home— it will remain a part of our love story forever. Oh… and we will DEFINITELY be visiting again in the summer when we can use the pool!! If I could give this place 11 stars, I would!

A great spot. Very comfortable. Exactly as described in the listing. Easily accessible to the base by either a 10-15 minute walk or a frequent shuttle that leaves from the garage in the building. Very clean. Well appointed kitchen (we cooked all our meals in). Very helpful building staff. Would definitely stay again.

If you are looking for an idyllic lake house experience, this is it! We could have spent our entire trip just sitting on the porches—upstairs, downstairs, one screened-in porch, and the lovely dock. We used the kayaks and the paddle boat multiple times. The house was perfect for us because we are a close family of three, but if you need privacy from other guests, this wouldn’t be the ideal house as one bedroom opens into the other. The beds are soft and comfortable as is the sofa. Paula and Tim were extremely responsive and helpful. We would absolutely return to this house. It was difficult to leave the gorgeous leaves.

This stay was an absolute gem! The host’s charming old house radiates character and warmth, with every detail carefully curated to make you feel at home. Her hospitality was unmatched—gracious, attentive, and genuine. Clear directions were thoughtfully placed everywhere, making the stay seamless and stress-free.

I’m grateful that Peggy and Harry were willing to rent to us at the last minute. Our family needed a quiet respite to be together during a difficult time of loss. The solitude of the lake and woods was calming and we had plenty of room to be together. I only wish we could have stayed longer!

Great place- exactly like the photos! The house is a perfect air bnb as there is no clutter, lots of space, almost everything you need- firewood, starter logs, tons of extra blankets, games, first aid kit, etc. Great hot tub! Perfect after skiing. 10-15 minutes to Mt Snow.

I had an excellent time staying in Williams’ place. It was easy to find easy to get into and very convenient. Would highly recommend.

Megan was great! We needed a little bit of extra time to get another ski day in Sunday and she kindly accommodated us. Great communicator and quick to respond! Minutes from restaurants and Okemo mountain. Beautiful home with rustic Vermont charm.
