Holiday rentals with a hot tub in Westminster

Wow. This place was the perfect winter retreat for our family. Amenities like the steam shower, sauna, hot tub were ready-to-go and easy to use with clear instructions. The location/views are incredible. Pictures don’t do it justice. Plenty of space. Highly recommended

We had a great stay. Place was cozy and had everything we needed. Hot tub and cold plunge were wonderful! We really appreciated that the place was pet friendly and close to multiple parks. We would be happy to stay there again!

Very clean! The doors were a bit hard to open and close but they seem to be older so it’s not a big surprise. Overall it was great and would use it again!!

Chris was super flexible and allowed us to check in early when we had to leave our Vail Airbnb earlier than anticipated. He was very responsive and answered all my questions very quickly. The house was in a great location in a suburb that is within driving distance of downtown and some really great restaurants and bars. The hot tub felt great after a week of skiing and the memory foam mattresses were a dream! The house was extremely clean and had a ton of space for our group of 12. I definitely recommend this property for your next stay in Denver!

From the time we booked and throughout the stay, Kerry was communicative and responsive. The place is located within walking distance to the local grocery store as well as a few other stores and restaurant. We are a family of 5 and there is ample room for us to spread out in the lovely, clean, uncluttered and well decorated space with a TV screen in every room (7 altogether). In addition the bean bag in the bunk beds room was comfortable and lots of games for little kids. The kitchen was fully equipped with clean, unstained pots and pans, full set of mugs, glasses and cutlery. We had a fantastic time exploring what with the map of the different hikes that Kerry left for her guests. Definitely a place that we will come back to the next time we are in Colorado. I loved this cabin so much!! It was so cozy and clean. The scenery was gorgeous as well! I must’ve gone at a slow time because I was the only one there. But I loved having the hot tub and sauna to myself :) I want to go back!!

Excellent location and friendly check-in! You do have to check-in at a certain time (between 4-6) so not as flexible as some other options. Adorable place and adorable amenities! There were quite a few rules but didn’t harp on our time! I appreciated the 11 am check out and minimal check-out to-do items to complete! Thanks for a great stay!

The cabin was clean and comfortable. Close and easy to get into downtown Evergreen / Kittredge so there was plenty to do. The cabin was a nice oasis away from home. We’ll deff come back again!!

We had a great stay at this property! It was a nice getaway for New Years (: We enjoyed the hot tub & playing games in the cabin.

Amazing property with gorgeous view. The city at night is special. You don't really notice the city until the lights are on after dark. Until then it feels like you are in the mountains with nice trees all around. Everything worked as described. The hot tub was warm on arrival.
