Wunderschönes Ferienhaus mit großem Garten in direkter Wasserlage am Kanal mit traumhaften Blick in die ostfriesische Landschaft. Das Haus wurde umfassend saniert und renoviert. Wichtig war uns dabei, den ursprünglichen Charakter beizubehalten und diesen mit heutigem Wohnkomfort zu verbinden. Regionalität, Nachhaltigkeit und Individualität waren unser Kompass. Am Rande des historischen Dorfkerns in ruhiger Lage, nur einen Katzensprung zum Deich, zum Hafen und zur Fähre nach Ditzum.

Dieses idylische und strandnahe Haus bietet Unterkunft für bis zu fünf Gästen. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich der geräumige Flur mit Treppenaufgang zum Obergeschoss. Vom Flur ist auch das Badezimmer zu erreichen. Des Weiteren befinden sich im Erdgeschoss ein Schlafzimmer mit Wandschrank und einem 1,80 x 2,00m großem Bett. Our cozy cottage is located in the south of Bremerhaven (120 square meters plus conservatory) - now also with Wi-Fi. Net and bakeries can be reached on foot. It's 2 minutes to the next bus stop, a 5-minute walk to Wulsdorfer Bahnhof. Bremerhaven city center or the dike can be reached within 10 minutes by car. The state capital Bremen can be reached by train in 45 minutes, even faster by car. The North Sea beaches can be reached in max. 30 minutes.

Sit back and relax in our stylish and brightly decorated holiday home on the Great Sea. Enjoy the beautiful open lake view from all rooms. The property with its own jetty and boat dock is oriented to the south side. In addition to a brick built barbecue, the large garden also offers a cozy place to relax in the hammock. We are pleased that our cottage has been awarded 5 stars by the DTV. A special place to unwind.
