Such a beautiful peaceful area to stay, very clean, it had all the things that we needed for a comfortable stay and also had great air conditioning inside for the amazing weather. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone that’s looking for a nice place just to get away, to enjoy the peaceful ness of Tauranga. Nice and Cosy. Loved this house 💙

This is a great place to stay, and Jan is a great hostess. The location is brilliant, close to the beach and to cafes.

Leanne’s place was so perfect for our family holiday. We staying during the busy new year period but the location is perfect it’s close to omanu surf club which isn’t as busy as the main part of the mount which we loved. The place itself is lovely and Leanne was so great - she left us a load of kombucha which our kids loved! It’s really close to the mount and Bayfair shops and there are a few coffee places around the omanu surf club - including a new cafe surf road. This place was perfect for our family of 4.

We had a great time at this little house! We enjoyed the equipped kitchen and the small exterior. It is a very quiet area and with lots to discover in the area. A car is strongly recommended. The hosts were particularly kind and we even loaned our son a scooter.

Beautiful place with peaceful moments. Nice location with beach, restaurants, cafes and markets. All the thing is better than expected.

Such an awesome stay! The shower was one of the best we’ve experienced on our trip—perfect for refreshing after the beach! The A/C was excellent, and the rooms were beautifully decorated with an artistic touch. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable, and the peaceful, quiet area made for a relaxing stay. Lots of natural light and airflow too. The beach access is just a short walk away, and we loved having access to boogie boards and the washer/dryer. While we had some internet issues (not the hosts’ fault), they were very prompt and communicative on the issue and even dropped off a special treat as an apology. The oven is older and took a bit to preheat, but the well stocked kitchen makes up for it! Overall, it was a lovely time at a fantastic spot! Would recommend to any future guests.

3 of us stayed at Kate & Nick’s place - home away from home, fully furnished including full kitchen. Property is right next to the beach where we spend most of our time. Great views from the deck. We enjoyed the unexpected treats from Kate. :-) Would love to stay again!

We had an amazing stay! House was beautiful. Beach right across the road. So close to the mount centre with other shops near by. Highly recommend.

Jenni was a fabulous host, very responsive and great to communicate with. The house has lovely views out over the beach and was more than suitable to the needs of our large group. The location was superb, 2min walk to the beach, dairy and takeaways within a couple of minutes in either direction. There’s also a local skate park, pump track and playground for the kids near Gordon Spratt reserve plus some lovely walks. Comfortable beds and kitchen very well equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again next year. Thank you Jenni & Chris :)
