Susanne made us feel so welcome and the stay was incredible! The place was peaceful and the farm was incredibly clean and pristine. The home itself was cosy and friendly, and made us feel at home immediately. Susanne was flexible and responsive to messages and the little baked treats were an unexpected added bonus! What a beautiful apartment !!! With views over the swan River Enjoying breakfast on the balcony Andrew the host met the four of us to explain access ,Amazing location ! Close to shops and restaurants ! Short walk to the Bell tower. The apartment was equipt with everything we needed . our trip was so special and think the apartment made helped to make lovely memories this was a friends reunion Two from the uk one from Perth one from Melbourne . Evelyn the host also gave us complimentary late check out till 11am Which was much appreciated My husband booked this for us as we live in Perth . We'd definitely recommend it to Others and would stay ourself too Thank you to the hosts My husband found this superb apartment Would recommend it

A fantastic home in the South West's quietest location. Marmaduke House had every amenity you could ask for and the view from the balcony is amazing. We will definitely be back

I had a comfortable stay for 3 nights and 4 days. I liked the private feeling because I parked comfortably right in front of the house and surrounded by a lawn garden full of flowers. The bathtub I was expecting was big enough for two people to lie down, and there was also an outdoor shower that you can use when you come back from the beach, so it was easy to wash off the sand. You can snorkel and watch the sunset on the beach within a 10-minute walk. The kitchen is small, but it has all the basics, and there are both tables and a dining table in the living room, so it's easy to rest or eat. There was a gas barbecue grill in the yard, so I grilled meat deliciously. There was no laundry detergent, but we brought capsule detergent and didn't have to worry about laundry! However, the washing machine is in a warehouse-like place, so it's a little scary at night, but there is a flashlight. The bedroom and bedding were clean and comfortable. I was happy that the birds flew around through the flower trees in the morning and woke me up. There was also a Coles 15 minutes away by car, so it was easy to shop. I want to come longer, swim more, drink more wine, and go:) Lovely to stay and our only wish is to stay longer!!

This house was a perfect getaway for 3 couples. Great location very very clean and well equipped with all appliances and utensils. The outside area with that fantastic river view was so inviting. Lovely comfy beds and linen. Easy drive to river mouth and beach and great walks, wineries and restaurants near by. Hosts very responsive. All in all a fantastic time!

We had a great time at Wilderness by the Sea, huge house with plenty of space for 3 couples plus children. The activities/games were well used ie. ping pong, darts, pool competitions and spa was a treat. Everything clean and tidy. Place close to Margaret river and 5 mins to beaches for sunsets! Would recommend the house for big groups,

Excellent place to unwind and relax. The home made bread, eggs and butter were unexpected to receicve, but well enjoyed. The spa is an extra welcome feature, and was well used by both my son and I. Their dogs were beautful when welcoming us each day/morning which added to the wonderful and peaceful landscape of the place. Lots of coffee provided for caffeine addicts, like me. The washing machine and dryer worked well, in helping to clean clothing before my arrival back home. The bathroom was clean, safe shower base, a lot of towells and the bed was magnificent to sleep on, after a busy day. The selection of dvds at the entertainment unit were great to have, leather couches and seating poofs added to make each night a complete snoozing fest (!) and we felt at home; coming from eastern state to western state. Lovely to meet both hosts Belinda and Dinesh in person, as they lived on the next property alongside where we stayed for 6 days. Thanks to hosts for a lovely stay in WA.

Westies was absolutely beautiful to stay in. Lovely and clean. Had all the amenities we needed, nothing was forgotten about. Clean linen and clean space. Bonus that you can bring the doggies down! Location is perfect and close to everything. The guidebook the hosts provided was fantastic and gave us so much useful information that helped us during our stay. Would highly recommend giving it a read and utilizing it! We would recommend this property and Sally and Gary as hosts again and again. We would love to (and hope to) return to Westies. Thanks again!

We had a great stay. Middleton Beach is stunning and the large backyard is great for kids (or pets if you have them)! Easy to walk down to the beachfront and for coffee. Clean, tidy & good amenities.

absolutely beautiful place, it was so peaceful and had visits some lovely birds. was super clean and cosy inside. my favourite air b&b I've stayed in was so relaxing and in a lovely location close to beach. highly recommended for anyone who wants a beach weekend away or just some peace and relaxation

Lovely stay with family. So much space and hang out areas so as a group of ten we never felt crammed. Quiet location, easy walk to the beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Charlotte was so helpful, even when we had a change of plans she was so accommodating. Highly recommend, especially for a longer stay where you need to look after yourself and can do a shop for food. Great kitchen.

Great location! Everything we needed was within 10 minute driving distance, close to the beach and lovely area. Evelyn was very welcoming, yet kept discreet distance. We enjoyed our stay and felt that it was reasonably priced too.

place was brilliant the backyard was huge and the pool was deep and a stunning blue colour it was picturesque. if shade cloths could be added for summer that might make it even better just cause we hit a bit of a slight heatwave at the end of the stay and the ground from the door to the pool was blistering hot

Had the best stay at Deborah’s lovely house in Fremantle. My husband and I had our private vows in the garden and couldn’t have asked for a better place for our bridal party to get ready. She communicated promptly and made us feel very welcome!

Home from home for my business trip, so much better than an hotel Very quiet, clean and everything I needed and next time maybe even use the welcoming pool. Will happily book and stay next again time

Jo and Gavin were excellent hosts. They provided clear instructions, were very responsive with all communication and helpful with any requests. The property was good value and a great little spot that had everything we needed.
