Holiday rentals with a patio in West Runton

The flat is beautifully and newly decorated. It's extremely comfortable, spotlessly clean, very spacious and has everything you need. Great location in the centre of Cromer and near the seafront. The outdoor space was a bonus with a view of the church. We really enjoyed our stay.

Was very helpful with helping finding the local attractions and was open to help if we needed anything extra.

Modern chalet with everything we needed. So many little touches that we weren't expecting, a very nice welcome pack, lots of tea and coffee, salt and pepper loo rolls, etc. It was cold and wet for most of the time we were there but the chalet was warm and cosy. Big enclosed decking area for our dogs. Will be looking to book again.

This place was perfect for mine & my partner’s time away, very modern and easy to find. The location was perfect and had beautiful surroundings the pub next door very friendly. The parking was a tight squeeze to get down to and the shower was quite small but apart from that I couldn’t fault anything else, thank you for accommodating us we would definitely stay again!

It was the perfect antedote to a busy couple of months and a great way to help my partner celebrate his 50th birthday. Everything was just as described and photographed. We felt so cosy and at home as soon as we arrived. Thanks for the bubbles and chocolates, the option to arrive early and all your wonderful recommendations. Can't fault the location, the property and the warm welcome.

This is a lovely 1st floor spacious apartment with a huge kitchen and a particularly lovely front bedroom which is light and airy. Bigger than the photos imply. The kitchen was well kitted out and we were able to get Sky TV so everyone was happy! It was also a good base for walks through the golf club and onto the cliff path into Cromer itself - approx 20 mins. Michelle was super helpful and Mark did a good job of meeting us, showing us round and recommendations. Would definitely re-book if we are down that way again!

The cottage is in a quiet location, with extensive views from the dining-room over fields. The house is spotlessly clean, excellently equipped and extremely comfortable. The house is even more spacious than the photographs suggest, and it made a superb base from which we explored north Norfolk. There is a lot to do near by as well as some great restaurants. Within walking distance is a good Thai restaurant (the Crawfish Inn), and at Letheringsett, just a mile west of Holt, is the excellent King's Head pub, where the food is top notch. We would strongly recommend Julia's fabulous cottage. Thank you, Julia, for making our stay so comfortable.

Property is a mixture of architectural and decorative styles with an interesting, quirky character. Good heating and overall facilities with well-equipped kitchen. Only downside with the kitchen was that the oven hadn’t been completely cleaned of grease after previous residents. There are two en-suite bathrooms but no downstairs toilet, so the 3rd bedroom guest will have to use one of the en-suites. Towels and bedding were clean and comfortable. Christmas trees were a nice, seasonal touch. There is a general stores and good cafe just 20m away and an excellent pub/restaurant around the corner. Parking is on-street but not difficult to find a space nearby. There are good walks around the minor roads, farmland and village common nearby. The castle can be accessed with a key obtainable from the stores. We enjoyed our stay.

Lou could not have been more helpful in terms of making this booking happen. There was a hiccup, but she managed it clearly and promptly, and it was all sorted well in advance. She's a great communicator, and the house itself is a gem. We basically spent a week staring at the sea in awe, walking down to it, bobbing up and down in it, sitting at the bottom of the garden watching it, eating dinner looking at it, and hearing it lull us to sleep at night. If you like a sea view this is one of the best places for it I've ever been. We did eat out, once, but otherwise made every other meal at the house because the kitchen is well-equipped for large-scale cooking. My wife said it was one of her top ten holidays ever, and I can only endorse that. We had a blast.

We've just spent 5 days at La Capanna over Christmas - and wow, what a lovely relaxing place! Everything was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy & the whole place very quickly felt like home. It was so peaceful too. We loved the proximity to the beach - less than a 5 minute walk away. Our dog loved his daily walk on the beach, as did we. We didn't use the car the whole time we were there - 2 local pubs ( dog friendly), a fish & chip shop & local shop were all within walking distance. Thank you Tommy & Naomi for an amazing stay!

Lee was an excellent host - everything was just right although should mention that some ceilings doorways are low so if a tall person (which we are) be careful.

We arrived on Christmas Day after a long travel day with our infant. Travel cot and highchair were great. Tobias left us snacks, basic foods and drinks which was greatly appreciated with everywhere closed on arrival. Location is perfect, easily walkable to shops and restaurants. The owners even offered to put up xmas decorations which was very kind. Huge plus is a private parking spot and not having to worry about street parking. Very clean. Everything you need in the kitchen. Highly recommend. Would definitely stay again!

Second stay in this well situated house. Useful to have private parking right outside the front door. Lovely comfortable beds.

Beautiful, calming stay. The apartment was perfect in everyway. Extremely comfortable bed, lounge was cosy with on demand TV. The highlight was the sauna which was super easy to use and so therapeutic. The decking a perfect spot to relax with a coffee watching life on the river was so idyllic. Verity was the perfect host, even though it was brief, I feel blessed to have met her.

Everything was great from start to finish. Mark and Tanya were very accommodating to change a few things for my partners health issues. Spotless and practical apartment. Would definitely recommend

Fran and David were wonderful hosts. They left treats on arrival (wine, delicious cookies, bread, eggs and milk!), responded immediately to messages and were so attentive and thoughtful. We had a brilliant stay and absolutely loved Cromer and the apartment. Thank you so much!

This is a lovely well maintained apartment in a beautiful area. We will look forward to coming back again at some stage.

The Little Workshop was just what was described and we felt very relaxed as soon as we arrived. Very comfortable sofa and bed and a great rainfall shower. Nikki was very helpful in recommending the nearby Village Inn, within walking distance, where we had a tasty dinner. It’s a busy restaurant so good advice to book. Our main reason for being in the area was to go to the Thursford Christmas Spectacular and we were pleased that it was an easy half hours drive from The Little Workshop. I highly recommend staying at this little gem.

The apartment was spotless and beautifully furnished with style. The location is great with amenities on the doorstep. It was perfect for us and our 2 young children.
