Pet friendly w/doggie door and private section of fenced in yard. Clean and bright. 1 block to Green Mt trails. Private WIFI for guests. Large room which is bedroom and living space together. Kitchen/full bathroom. Washer/dryer. Space is the garden level suite in my home. Private entrance through the garage, you are welcome to store needed items. 5 minute drive to Light Rail. Quiet, friendly neighborhood. Downtown Denver 15 mins away, Golden 10 mins away, Red Rocks 12 mins away.

Enjoy this 1876 Victorian home right in the downtown of Golden. Walk to all Golden has to offer. Just blocks from restaurants, breweries, a Riverwalk, and several hiking trails. 10 min from Red Rocks, ride the light rail to Denver, just an hour from ski resorts and a half hour from casinos. This rental is in a great location with a great price! To keep this affordable price it is a no frills location, it is however very clean, comfortable and convenient.

Beautiful Golden Hideaway

Newly finished basement with private entrance. Back deck and garden with huge trees and a stream. Five minutes into the mountains, five minutes to Light Rail to downtown Denver (20 minutes) and to the A train to DIA (or reverse!) I love welcoming guests from everywhere! It's ski country and this year, the snow conditions are the best! March, our snowiest month, is the time to book!
