My wife and I stayed here over Christmas. The house was beautifully decorated. The kitchen had plenty of cookware if you wanted to cook a meal. The bathroom had plenty of towels.I recommend this property and would stay here again.

Ave Union is our home in NJ. We always stay here whenever we come to NJ and it has always been the best and still is the best! Everything stated on the descriptions are true and even way better. Nicole has been very attentive and kind to us, including every staff there. I didn't get everyone's names but they all have been the best. We love staying at Ave, it's a very safe location where you could also stroll or jog at the same time, perfect train access right outside the place. Going to NYC has been so easy! We are proud to say that we always will choose Ave, it's got all the things you need and the entire place is so cozy. We are so grateful for everyone's kindness and appreciate you all. I definately recommend this to anyone coming to NJ or NYC. It has always felt like a home and you can even hangout downstairs for some hot drinks. Good place to stay with all amenities included, super connected to NYC buses to go and tile.

Candy and Will were great hosts.. Responsive and informative about the apartment. The apartment was as described -clean- comfortable- easily accessible and warm. ( January weather!) The neighborhood was great for a morning walk.. The bed was incredibly comfortable.. just what I needed after a 4 hour drive.. And a comfortable room with a cozy gas fireplace! Would happily return.. Our family of 5 stayed here for a New York weekend getaway. The place was great for a our crew and the views are breathtaking. Parking was available just across the street. One needs to take a tram to the Path train station, but the tram stop is right in front of the house. In our experience the quality that this place offers is much better (more spacius, cleaner and better views) than what one can get in NYC for the same money. We would come again.

We get the right place, comfortable and quiet, relax, we just loved our time in New Jersey with this Airbnb, we also requested to stay a little long after the check out and Julian was so nice to give us the permission. Thank you Julian definitely we will be back to your place

We were traveling in the area for work and this space was absolutely perfect for our stay.

We're so happy to stay at Ying's place. It's way more beautiful and cozier than what the pictures show. Everything is new/remodeled and clean. It takes just a couple minutes to walk to the bus stop near the traffic light to NYC. Parking can be tricky but Ying's clear instructions make us at ease. Overall I'd highly recommend this place for family trip.

the views from this castle is spectacular! The space is so airy and bright😇 with good ferries right to Manhattan. The host was very responsive, accommodating and even left us stay a few extra hours! We enjoyed our stay and we will definitely be back😁

The house is wonderful! We rented it for two nights to celebrate a special event with a group of ladies, and everything worked perfectly. Coordination with the management was seamless, including details like ensuring a comfortable temperature in the house and arranging check-in times. The house is tastefully decorated with unique details and beautiful furniture. We transformed it into a true celebration palace with some added decorations, flowers, candles, a fireplace, and great music! Everyone had an amazing time. Chingi was a very accommodating host and easy to communicate with. He had some rules that it seems like others struggled with but for our stay the rules were clear and fair
