House holiday rentals in West New York

This house and Niki were both fantastic. Even without the pool in the backyard it would have been perfect for our reunion gathering; with the pool, and the long table for outdoor meals, it was beyond our expectations. Communication with Niki was easy, timely, and super-clear. Fun, even. Our group has no complaints and nothing but praise. If you want your small-to-medium sized group to gather together in the South Orange area, this place is for you!

The property exceeded expectations, presenting even more beautifully than depicted in the photographs. Jeamcarlos's hospitality was exceptional; he was quite accommodating and responded promptly to all inquiries. I highly recommend this property.

This home was perfect for my siblings and their kiddos to meet up for a nice long weekend. Kerry made us feel very welcomed and was super responsive when we had questions. The sunroom was one of my favorite places in the house. The kids enjoyed playing both outdoors and indoors. The neighborhood was quiet and the kitchen was stocked. Just a short drive to the mall and plenty of places to eat. We would gladly stay again.

We were absolutely delighted with this house. Lisa is an amazing host—always very attentive and with excellent communication. She is kind, cheerful, and that truly reflects in her home. Her house is simply beautiful, filled with wonderful details. There are all kinds of different mugs in the kitchen, collected from various places. Masks from all over the world. The house is colorful and full of life. The steam room and sauna worked perfectly. The beds were incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place, and without a doubt, I’ll be coming back soon—because I won’t be choosing any other house

I gave 5 stars because the host was great and the home was beautiful.. clean.. and homey. I will say the upstairs tenant was VERY NOISY.. but we didn't want that to affect our review.

10 out of 10! House was as described and more! We were a family of nine with kids and grandparents visiting the area for the holidays and didn't want to stay in a hotel. We found this place on Airbnb and it was wonderful from start to finish. The house was clean, the beds were comfortable, and it included all amenities as described including lots of activities for kids (e.g., hot tub, ping pong, karaoke, playstation, etc.). The house was very clean, and included extra towels and bedding as needed. We also took advantage of the washer and dryer, which was wonderful! The only thing the house was missing and I'm embarrassed to even mention it was butter knives! The host was absolutely wonderful to deal with and even when we locked ourselves out (from trying the lock too many times), she was very responsive and helpful in getting us back in quickly. The neighborhood is great, very quiet and the parking was plentiful and easy. Would highly recommend and hope to stay again!

Monica’s AirBnB residence was all that my family and I could have asked for. I needed somewhere comfy and spacious enough to host my large family for my birthday dinner. The residence was in a very peaceful area, clean, spacious, nice character and good amenities. Monica was very responsive to my inquiries and provided enough detail up front so I didn’t have to wonder what to expect. Thank you!!

This was our first airbnb experience and it felt like you were at home! Caroline always made us feel very welcome from our late arrival and throughout our stay. She was always very attentive to our needs. Great water pressure in shower and she even had milk, bread and butter in the fridge and coffee and hot chocolate. Super clean and felt very homey with her accessories. Quiet neighborhood. My husband and I would happily stay there again when in the area. Thank you Caroline!!

The apartment met all expectations. I felt very comfortable. The bed was insanely comfortable so I could sleep very well. Of course, the way to Manhattan from Rockaway Beach is not the shortest, but I knew that in advance. Within 75 minutes I was "in the middle" of whether I went by train or boat. Supermarket and the recommended "restaurant" are also within walking distance (5 minutes). Even as a woman traveling alone, I felt safe in the area. The fact that you were on the beach within a few minutes' walk in the most beautiful weather was rounded off.

Great host and great proximity to NYC. Awesome value for 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. Transportation into NY was seamless with the bus stop right across the street and it’s the last stop on the route before entering NYC which was really convenient. Venky was super responsive and provided everything we needed for a great stay (including cereal and milk for breakfasts). Weehawken was clean and safe…short walk to a fantastic park with phenomenal skyline views of the city. Only downside was that there are limited walkable options restaurant wise. Overall great place to stay!

We had a wonderful stay! The area was perfect, safe, quiet, and close to all the main attractions. Irene was incredibly accommodating and flexible throughout our stay. She even went out of her way to personally bring us a playpen when she noticed we had a toddler, without us even asking—that level of thoughtfulness really stood out. The space was exactly as pictured, very clean, well-kept, and the beds were super comfortable. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Patricia was a wonderful host and went above and beyond to help us during our stay. She was extremely quick to respond, very friendly and provided us with great information about the area. Very walkable to go to grocery store, drug store and nearby restaurants. The apartment was exactly what we needed for our extended stay. Very comfortable, clean, great location, nicely furnished and exactly as described. We will definitely stay again!

It was a warm and cozy place, with bus stop around 20 steps, it was really easy to get to NYC PA bus terminal via 127 NJ Transit bus Place was clean and rooms were spacious felt right at home. Also Taco Bell is the nearest fast food restaurant if anyone wants to grab a quick bite. It’s walkable

We had a wonderful stay at Bill’s home. It was spacious and clean and made us feel right at home. Bill was a wonderful host and very responsive!

Perri was a very responsive and accommodating host. The check in process was easy and flexible. The location was quiet and an easy walk to the subway.

We LOVED staying in Jennifer's home. The neighborhood was lovely and great for kids. The home was the most "homey" place I've ever stayed. The kids loved every minute of staying there, and honestly were sad to leave. The beds were comfortable, the linens were plenty, the kitchen was well stocked, the temperature control of the home during the crazy temperature fluctuations between winter and spring which was SO helpful. Bathrooms on every floor was so nice, and the sunroom was the most used room in the house. We even got to see a lot of wildlife, which was really fun! The only random caveat I'd give, and this is not a complaint, and just really a helpful tip if you bring young children. Bring or purchase a fence type gate instead of a typical baby gate. What an incredibly kind person Sophia is. From start to finish she made this process so unbelievably easy. The home was exactly what we needed. The location was absolutely perfect! Having the park close by and everything within walking distance made the time spent there so adventurous and easy. She has thought of everything within the home to make your stay comfortable. The house was absolutely beautiful well cap very clean and organize. I rented this place for Christmas so there was ample items that we found usable to make a beautiful Christmas table presentation. I would highly recommend this place again. Thank you Martha for your hospitality.
