We had a great stay in Rincón! The house was quaint, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The air conditioning worked perfectly, which was much appreciated after long days in the sun. While the pool was a bit smaller than expected, it was absolutely perfect during the hottest parts of the day. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short walk to the beach and a quick drive to downtown, great restaurants, and nearby excursions. Having a rental car was definitely helpful for exploring the area and checking out other local beaches. Would definitely recommend!

Lynn’s Key Lime Cottage felt like home away from home! Her residential neighborhood was quiet and accessible to many shops/restaurants/business nearby. Upon arriving to her residence, the instructions were clear and easy to enter. The great thing about staying with Lynn is that she is close by with having a built in apartment/ensuite built into the back of the home to make sure she can personally meet and assist her guest during their stay. I loved the personal touch of meeting our host and I now feel like I left meeting a new friendly face to revisit 😁 I can’t wait to use Lynn’s home for my next Sarasota stay!

Wonderful location, right across the street from one of the most amazing beaches on the island (Eagle Beach)! The condo was beautiful with so much room, huge bathrooms and lots of storage. It was very well stocked with everything needed for the beach and pool. Nice balcony overlooking the pool and a great view of the beach. Maryana was a wonderful host and very responsive to messages. She even arranged to have the ice maker repaired shortly after we arrived, which was super convenient.

It was as per description, I had a family of 5 and it was very comfortable. Parking is a little tight if you have a “big” car ( we rent a minivan) but he gives you options to park in another place. Clear instructions about hot water, as I have small kids and I was pending for them not to get burn.

Wow. Just wow. The pictures do not quite do it justice. The near 180 degree view from the large living room looking out over the water is something to behold. The sunrise alone could make your jaw drop. There’s too much to mention everything we loved about it. Just do yourself a favor and book it. You’re welcome ☺️

The cottage was beautiful. Unfortunately, we did not get to meet Raymond because he was out of town. However, he stayed in touch with us at all times to make sure that everything was fine. We very much appreciated that. The beds had fresh linen, the bathrooms were spotless, the kitchen and living/dining room area was very tidy. Plenty of natural light. The neighborhood is very quiet and lovely. Felt very safe there day and night. Supermarket and commercial shops are in walking distance. We unfortunately did not have time to try out the outdoor amenities but both barbecue grill and hot-tub were covered. Raymond, thank you so much for letting us stay at your beautiful cottage. We hope to stay there in the future. All the best!!

The Azalea house was wonderful ! Ray & Rebecca were the best hosts! They were responsive & it was obvious they care about their guests . All the extras were great ! There were 2 types of coffee pots & the kitchen was stocked with all the needed items & more! There were beach chairs & bikes ! Having access to a washer / dryer was appreciated. The home was extremely clean & well-kept . The fabulous pool was the cherry on top ! We will definitely stay at this home again !

place was clean, comfortable, somewhat crowded in bedroom with king size bed but it worked. pleanty of extras. Bikes , grill, beach bag with towels for our use. we struggled to find the place . Our gps took us to some non discript stretch of Summerlin drive. I think the sign in the front of the community showed a different name than what we were given, but we found the place. If you go to Bunche Beach wear bug spray, the no see ums chewed us up the first time. WE drove to Sannibel Island 2 days to enjoy light house beach. easier parking crown ds were not as big as on Ft Meyer Beach. This was our first time in a senior community. Our only complaint was that we missed our kids and 8 grandkids. We are not used to all the peace and quite.
