Spotlessly clean and well equipped apartment. Beautiful views of the countryside from the bedroom window. Well located in a very quiet area at the back of the town centre and still only a 10 minute stroll to the high street with its mix of independent shops, restaurants and bars. Quick and easy communication with the hosts. It will be our choice when we return to Marlow.

beautiful apartment and spotlessly clean with really modern and high spec finish. some nice extra touches like breakfast cereals, milk and biscuits and a bowl of sweets provided. The apartment is in quite a rough part of Reading but the security is excellent and the apartment complex is gated so feels very safe. A couple of things that I found strange was being asked to provide copies of ID before arrival and to take out our own rubbish when we left, even though it is listed as a serviced apartment. We were also asked our approx check in time and then told we could not arrive before then (5pm), even though check in as from 2pm in the price. Overall though, it was very good quality and I would recommend.

We had a lovely little stay at Ashbrook Lets. The apartment was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. James, our host communicated well and made us feel right at home.

Have stayed at Karen’s several times we love staying there . Think 5 star hotel , beautiful home, fully furnished,walks on the doorstep , everything you could possibly think off is supplied, can’t wait to stay again 😃

Ben and Frances were wonderful hosts, and the accommodation was absolutely fantastic. The setting was stunning and the accommodation was immaculate. Ben and Frances were both so friendly, welcoming, and understanding and went out of their way to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Would definitely recommend staying here!

I felt very good at Aengus. The house was very pleasant, I found everything I needed and everything was exactly as in the pictures. I really liked the area, close to the canal, with a pleasant view. I communicated very well and quickly with the host. I have found here all the things you need for a longer stay. I recommend with confidence

We had a really comfortable stay at your place! The location was good, the room was clean and cozy. The host was also friendly and responsive, so there was no inconvenience at all during my stay. We had an absolutely fantastic stay here. We booked as 2 friends with 3 children to visit Peppa pig world rather than a hotel, and I’m so glad we did. The annex was set up beautifully with everything we needed, including the bonus of toys for the children to play with. The owners children even knocked and invited our children to play in their garden on the swings and slide. We really couldn’t have asked for more, and highly recommend this Airbnb to all. Thank you again to Johnathan and the children for being so welcoming.

Just what was needed to break the monotony of winter. Gorgeous setting, so quiet and tranquil and enough to do should you want. House was as described , perfect location to explore Cotswolds area. Great recommendation for Thai takeaway on our arrival day given the lateness ! Excellent food. The wood fired hot tub was a wonderful addition and clear instructions on how to start the fire and the wood burner inside also . Definitely would visit again. Rob and James were excellent hosts. Thank you 🙏🏽

What a magical weekend - hosted a group of friends at Samantha’s Mill and Pond House for my birthday this year and had what I can only describe as an incredibly memorable, unique and special experience. The property is a short stroll away from the closest pub (great food!) and sits in the middle of many a public walking path. We had a bit of a giggle as it was very slippery in the mud, but Samantha even left out wellies in the house for us to use so we can only blame ourselves for falling!! Both houses were super well stocked with all kitchen amenities, loads of spices and herbs etc., wood was readily available for a cozy fire and I’ve got to give a shout out to the Pond house’s outdoor shower which was awesome! Everyone had the best time and Samantha truly went above and beyond in providing helpful tips and being so flexible with our time there - thanks Sam!!

This is a really lovely place to stay in a beautiful village. Chris has thought of everything - the attention to detail and the design of the space is spot on for a very comfortable and relaxing stay. Everything you need and a fantastically equipped kitchen. We really loved it and had a great 3 night break welcoming in 2025. Very good and quiet location and the 5 minute walk to The Lamb Inn was icing on the cake. Chris gave us lots of really useful information about local amenities. It’s also a great spot for getting to all the main Cotswolds sights very easily and quickly. Highly recommend

This was our second time here and it was just as good as our first. Fiona was an amazing host and the property is very nicely finished with amazing views and surrounding. We will definitely be coming back.

We stayed here for a month while I was working on a creative project. It very quickly became a home away from home for us: cosy and comfortable, peaceful and pretty, with wonderful sleeping spaces and great temperature control. The house had everything you could think of and then some: the kitchen is SO well-equipped. But for us what made the stay truly outstanding was the host. Fiona communicated brilliantly, was helpful and friendly, very responsive, and all round just a beautiful human being. We were so sad to leave.

We had a wonderful 2-night stay at this beautiful penthouse near the Cotswolds with our family of four. The apartment was spotless, thoughtfully designed, and maintained to a true 5-star international standard. Our host, Jane, was warm, incredibly responsive, extremely flexible & even sent over her husband to help set up the TV so our son could watch the Premier League — such a kind gesture! The apartment was peaceful, private, and perfect for a family escape from city. With a fully equipped kitchen with unlimited cooking pots, cutlery and appliances more than you need, made cooking together a fun family activity. The attention to detail was impressive and her clear instructions when required made it a smooth sailing for us. The location was also great — quiet yet convenient for day trips to Bath and South Wales, which we explored during our stay. We left relaxed, recharged and happy. Highly recommended for both the property and Jane's impeccable hospitality.

We stayed here as a base for our trip to legoland. It was perfect. We have children aged 3 and 8. The apartment was well stocked, clean, spacious and quiet surroundings. A great location for visiting Windsor castle and legoland. Would recommend .

We stayed at Viktor’s apartment for a month while our house was being renovated. It’s a beautiful place, clean and well equipped. The view from the balcony is stunning and if you like green spaces this is ideal and so peaceful. Viktor is a lovely man, very friendly and incredibly helpful and available for any issue you may have. I found myself wishing the house would take longer as I really didn’t want to leave!!! Thoroughly recommend staying here 😊

Perfect stay in a really good location. Trip was last minute but Matt sorted everything quickly. Lovely clean annex and bed was comfy. Great price and would highly recommend
