John was as helpful as you will receive from an AirBnB host. He helped me with my bags, helped me with any concerns, and most of importantly greeted me with hospitality. The listing was clean, friendly, and safe. I highly recommend staying at this AirBnB because my stay was satisfactory.

We had a nice, peaceful two-night stay. We were very comfortable. I would definitely stay again when I come to the area. It was very cozy and comfy. Parking was very easy on the street too.

Great host for first booking on Airbnb. The room is clean and warm and the kitchen is really convenient. Host brought bread and milk for our first arrival. Also there are many warm regards and tips. Well prepared towel in bathroom. Recommend to try!

If your looking for an airbnb in the Tri-state area, be sure to choose Nancy's Place. First, the price is incredibly affordably. For the value, street parking was always available. In the evening, motion lighting illuminates the path to the entry door. The apartment is spacious, including a comfortable living room, ample eat in kitchen, lovely bedroom with closet and dresser, always convenient to use bath and a half and to top it off, laundry room. Gwen and Nancy make the airbnb experience everything you would hope for. If your communicating with them, or enjoying the apartment, they are equally as kind and considerate of your needs. My wife and I liked Paul's airnb. The area is very quiet and there are grocery stores nearby. We liked the fact that the accomodation was exactly as in the photos, very clean and the little positive words in the interior decoration. Clean and Functional apartment. Very nice TV projector in bedroom, comfortable bed. Host is very responsive.

The place had everything I needed. Kitchen was great. I had fried egg sandwich every morning. Coffee maker was so helpful. They even had a Brita water filter. Emirjeta and Arjete were so responsive to any questions This Airbnb took care of my basic comforts and allowed me to focus on my business that brought me t Yonkers. Also great nearby mall with restaurants and groceries Parking was easy!

Yasmin’s apartment was the perfect location for our visit to Long Island. It was clean and the bed and pull-out sofa were comfortable. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals.

As I was in town for a sad event, Lucy was very accommodating re check in/out timing. Though this is a basement apartment, I didn’t hear any noise from the house. Very clean, lots of lighting, big shower, and comfy bed. I would definitely stay here again. One note: there are ten steps leading to the door.

Kathi's place is an absolute GEM. My husband and I visit long island frequently with our dog to see family, and this will be the only airbnb I will stay at from now on. The place was super cute and homey. It was local to lots of stuff, and also private! Kathi had lots of snacks and coffee available along with bananas and different toiletry options. That was such a nice surprise. She was very quick with her response time and answered every question I had! 11/10 would recommend.

I looooove this spot. It’s my second time staying, but the first time as the person booking the Airbnb, and it was exactly the same as last year. So well-maintained, with a gorgeous private back yard and perfectly hot hot tub! Just a 7-8 minute walk to the Ferry, 2 minute walk to the beach, and a 20 minute walk to the middle of the Pines. The couch in the living room pulls out into a bed, which was perfect for rainy-day movie time! Verrrry cold AC, soft comfy beds, and extra sheets. Also love the outdoor shower that gets hot incredibly quickly. We had an issue with a broken appliance and the hosts responded to our message within literally a minute. So lovely to chat with, so helpful and friendly! I hope I get the chance to stay a third time!

I have stayed at Firefly multiple times and always come back for the same reasons: the home is cozy, clean, great location, all the supplies and amenities you need in a special community. The hosts are responsive and easy to coordinate with. I love this charming beach home.

Our family had a wonderful time at Stephen and Ericka's apartment. It has a nice floorplan using the space well with a lot of natural light. The town is very charming and very close to the train station for easy access into NYC. Stephen and Ericka communicated well and made sure we had all the information we needed before, during and after our trip. Will look to stay again when we are in the area.

Very quiet and peaceful apartment. We stayed for a week and we felt very much at home. Lots to watch on the tv, the loveseat is very comfortable, great shower and had all the amenities as described. Perfect for 2 people. Will definitely stay again next time we’re in town.

Vince and Olva were beyond helpful and quick at responding to our messages. The air b n b was STUNNING and so peaceful. It was exactly what we were looking for. The amenities were plenty and there were things to do to keep busy which was really nice. Vince and Olva felt very welcoming and so did the space. We also felt very safe :) and the bed was so so comfortable. We loved the reclining chair as well and the desk space was really nice to have. The hot tub was fantastic and the shower pressure was great. Overall it was an 11/10 and a really lovely time and we hope to be back soon! :) truly the best air b n b we have ever stayed at.

The apartment is lovely, and we loved being able to use the backyard. Verona is an incredible host and I highly recommend this location if you need to get away for a weekend.

I had the best time I’ve ever had at Fire Island Pines, thanks to Alan and Ethan and their beautiful home. We loved the Poolhouse - it was incredibly comfortable, well-looked after, had beautiful amenities, and had the flexibility of being both a place to gather and a place of rest and privacy. Great kitchen and bathroom, comfortable bedroom. Alan and Ethan were welcoming, generous and charming hosts, who made us feel very special and part of the family. I can’t wait to go back!
