This was a beautiful place to stay. Really helpful hosts and easy to find the cottage using What Three Words. Was really private and peaceful, we loved our stay here

Hope Cottage was the perfect base to explore the beautiful North Norfolk coast. We spent 4 nights with our 2 children and had a wonderful holiday. We loved the hot tub and the wood burner as well as all the other essentials provided for a family break during a cold, wet, winter holiday! The cottage is not overlooked and wonderfully peaceful- a real feeling of quiet, space and calm. Amelia was a great host and we would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a great stay!!

Cosy cottage in the heart of Holt, lots to see and do within a few moments walk. Really useful to have the parking space, we loved being such a short drive away from some of our favourite beaches.

The property was in superb condition, spotless and immaculately clean and presented. All fixtures and fittings were of great quality and there was a lovely welcome pack to greet us, containing local cakes, biscuits and so forth. We met Cindy and her husband Mark when they came to service the hot tub and they are delightful people. We spent time chatting during which they recommended restaurants, one of which we used (Buckinghamshire Arms) where we enjoyed Sunday lunch. Overall, a great experience, top notch Airbnb.

Beautiful barn, peaceful setting. The perfect weekend getaway. I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a quiet gets away with a lovely hot tub.

Loved Coral's house - very characterful, surrounded by beautiful countryside but only a short drive to Beccles to pick London family up from the station, and once there, didn't need a car for a long weekend. Two very good pubs within walking distance, fun games room with snooker, table tennis, darts and Woodburner, hot tub, cosy sitting room with plenty of comfortable seating round the other wood burner for games nights - and a large kitchen table for family meals. Beds and linen/pillows were good quality. Would highly recommend for a long weekend away - and for the London crowd, it was easy to get to from St Pancreas after work on Friday night. Our Labrador loved it too! The only reason we haven't given 5 stars all round was that we messaged Coral during our stay and didn't have a response. Couldn't find check out details either - apart from Coral's initial message to say it was 10 am but she'd be in contact the night before if there was no one coming in & didn't hear from her.

Amazing place, lovely garden in the early spring sun, great amenities and very private. The local area was great, with plenty of nice pubs and great access to the wider area. check in process was simple and quick and Liz communicated well from the moment we booked. fully equipped house, everything you could ask for and some lovely touches. The stairs are historically authentic and therefore a challenge for younger children and people who lack physical mobility(as clearly stated and helpfully double checked by Liz herself). Overall wouldbe ideal for a set of couples or a family with slightly older children.

What a lovely, cosy cottage. It was beautifully presented with fresh flowers, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The welcome cake, Prosecco and milk were really thoughtful touches and gratefully received. Communication from our hosts was fantastic and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dog Cottage and can’t wait to visit again.

We had a lovely time at Nick and Liz’s cottage with our kids. It was a great base to explore around Norfolk. The view across the fields was really peaceful. Liz was really helpful with local recommendations for pubs and places to explore.

I could get quite poetic about this pretty little cottage next to the church in the doomed village of Happisburgh. Firstly, the owners (Liz and Robert) have invested time and effort into making this a delightful place to be. Nicely decorated, filled with curios in every room, walls packed with photos and pictures, HUGE amounts of local information. But it's the little touches that have impressed us - scones and jam when we arrived, kitchen with all the equipment you'll need (including sharp knives that actually cut), milk in the fridge, soap shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom - you could spend a weekend just looking around this cottage. Outside, the church is worth a visit and the village itself pretty as you could wish. The local pub is great - great food, great beer, much of which is brewed on site, and lovely patrons. Everyone wants to chat and stroke the dog. All of this comes with the bittersweet knowledge that the coastline here is eroding fast and cannot or will not be save

Just wow! The cosiest, most beautiful cottage, close by to shops and beach we didn’t need to use the car. Went on the Norfolk light express which was magical, then back to put the fire on, feeling very festive. Thankyou Fiona we will be back!

We had a lovely long weekend stay. The cottage was beautiful and very cosy - the fire was perfect for the cold weekend, and the Christmas decorations were a very welcome addition. The location was lovely. Amenities aren’t within walking distance but there was lots of information about how to access things / things to do. We went to Southwold for the day which we really enjoyed. Jacky was a very responsive and proactive host. Thanks very much for a wonderful stay.

Our second visit to Marsh cottage, we had a lovely few days celebrating our 57th wedding anniversary, lots of long walks with Jesse our Bracco, the local farm shop is amazing, we stocked up there before our trip home. Thankyou Pip we hope to return.

100% recommend and I would stay again. The cottage was spotless, had everything we needed and lovely little extra touches. The hosts were friendly, helpful and responsive.

We had a lovely stay at Jasmine Cottage for four days over Valentines's day. It was exactly what we hoped for. The log burner was well stocked which was perfect for the cold snap we had. The location was very private with walks from the front door. Car parking space outside was also very helpful. We have one word that describes it - Delightfull. We would stay again and have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending the property.

We had a lovely night at Jay's Hatch. The location is superb and so peaceful. Although the cottage is attached to the main house it feels incredibly private with its own front door. Inside it is much more spacious than we expected with a large main bathroom but also a second toilet which was a bonus! Everything is really well thought through and of a high standard. The bed was really comfy and it was a joy to wake up to the beautiful field views. Val was on hand to meet us on arrival which was really nice, and we loved the personal touches - the welcome message on the fridge, the chocolates and fresh flowers. There was a great selection of tea, coffee, biscuits and even cereal, along with milk in the fridge which was really helpful so we could have a cuppa on arrival. Val was lovely and made us feel right at home with our little dog - the garden is completely enclosed and there is a huge space which guests at Jay's Hatch can use.

Yvette's house was cosy and just what we were looking for a small dinner party and as a base to explore the Norfolk coast line.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. It was comfortable, clean and warm. We really appreciated having the amenities to make tea and biscuits after a long day of travelling. The bed was really comfortable! Loved the views from the bottom of the garden!
