Apartment holiday rentals in Wellington

We had a late check in, which wasn’t a problem. While small, the apartment was exactly what we required for two nights. Central location.

We had a great stay at Janine place, thoroughly enjoyed it. Its super clean, central to most of popular attractions. would definitely stay again!

Design was lovely as well as functional, great view over the bay and great to have a kitchen to spend some nice cozy time there

Absolutely beautiful place: well designed, spotless, and comfortable, with a stunning view over Wellington harbor. The funicular access adds a bit of magic to the experience. Lovely, simple breakfast left for us. The location is perfect—a short walk from Wellington’s central business district. Loved our stay here.

Couldnt fault anything.

We as 2 couples have just spent a way too short 2 nights at Jason’s 2 bedroom apartment in Wellington. Situated on the 13 th floor, a short walk from downtown and harbour, we really enjoyed Jason’s place. It was a good size apartment with easy to use kitchen, nice sitting area, 2 very comfortable bedrooms and 1 bathroom with bidet toilet including heated seat. A little deck to enjoy the sunshine. We paid for parking at the last minute which was very convenient. Plenty of restaurants around to pick up a take away . The waterfront area near the museum (must do)provided an extensive array of what looked like very good restaurants and bars and was only a 15-20 minute walk away. Would certainly recommend Jason’s apartment if you are in Wellington and looking for a self contained unit… he also has a studio apartment next door

Great stay at Alex’s and the laundry was a such a plus!

Great apartment very close to the beach. Spacious and very clean, and the added extras (eggs, bread, milk, butter and chocolate) were much appreciated. We'd stay again!

fantastic place to stay very handy to the city

Rachel’s apartment is an absolute gem! Meticulously clean & comfortable, it is well appointed for short or long stays. The location is super handy & an easy flat walk to Jackson St. Location was very quiet & we didn’t hear a peep of anything all night long, though maybe the supremely comfortable bed had something to do with that! Our stay was short as were in the region for one specific reason, & I was very happy to have found such a beautifully presented, convenient & fairly priced property that were happy to accept short stays. If you enjoy great beer, head into Abandoned microbrewery for a fun vibe & delicious brews 👍🏻😉🍺 Thanks Rachel, we couldn’t have been more delighted!

Shelley's Airbnb was perfect for me and my family. We were close to the city able to go out and eat be home freshen up and out again everyday. Shelley was more than helpful and we enjoyed our welcome note chocolate and beverages on arrival. Thanks so much we will use again one-day it's so close to the vibe of the city Cuba street and more.. Fantastic accomodation. We’ve been coming to Martinborough for years and this was the best we’ve stayed in. Spacious, comfortable, private. Would definitely stay again and happily recommend to others.

Your delightfully compact studio is so convenient for the city centre. We would recommend it to any couple who want a cosy city haven.

The stay with Murray and Nina was made very easy! Beautiful place and surroundings. Amazing communication with fast responses. Had a specific request that they happily were able to accommodate us for. Would recommend.

Fabulous location in Cuba Street. We stayed a week and really enjoyed ourselves. The apartment provided everything we needed for that time. Communication with Richard was great. Would happily stay there again

Was a really good place to stay highly recommended, only thing that was a let down was the spa wasn't in working condition which is the only reason I wanted to stay there. other than this our stay was very great loved it, Rhys is a very good host reliable and easy to contact hope to stay again sometime soon

Lovely stay. Perfect pit stop after the ferry. Very dog friendly and the beach right on the door step.

Stayed here for 4 nights as a solo traveler. The location is good for getting to the city centre either by bus from the road near the house or about 25 minutes walk steep hill then level walk most of the way. Feng is very helpful. There is a great view from the living room/dining room. The access to the property is down some fairly steep steps which have a hand rail at the side. Was very comfortable here and would stay again.

We had the most beautiful time . The accommodation was so beautiful for a couples get away , private and comfortable. Loved meeting the Katie and her husband we will be back 💯

The best air bnb we ever stayed in. Perfectly equipped with everything you can think of: laundry, dryer, kitchen utensils… Amazing views, directly at the beach, quiet and lots of privacy.

If I could give 6 stars I would. Can not explain how beautiful everything about the place and the host is. Loved our stay. 💜

This apartment is spacious and very well located in Wellington. The parking is included and this saves a lot of hassle and cost. We made use of the included amenities; tennis then a swim.
