Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Weeki Wachee Gardens

Conny is a friendly, caring host. She tried to think of all the little things to make our trip easier. She personally greeted us at the home to give us the key and left us with a bottle of wine, spaghetti, and sauce in case we needed something for dinner the first night. The home was very clean and beautifully decorated for the Christmas holiday, including a tabletop Christmas tree. There was even a needle and thread available when I thought I was going to have to buy thread to repair a loose seam. Conny also personally stopped as we were leaving to collect the house key and see how our stay was. I would rent from Conny again!

We really enjoyed our stay in this home! The host was very helpful and responsive. The highlight of our stay was definitely the ability to kayak right out the back door - we paddled out into Mud River Springs and saw manatees absolutely everywhere. It was a magical experience! The yard was peaceful and it was relaxing to sit out with coffee on the deck and watch the wildlife (squirrels, birds, fish). Situated in a small quiet neighborhood (but still close to all the activities we came to the area for), we couldn’t have imagined a more peaceful place to spend our week. We really loved this spot and hope to enjoy it again someday!

We loved our stay at Marni's. The house was immaculately clean and had the best equipped kitchen. Every utensil you could need and plenty of pots and pans. The location was perfect for exploring the rivers and creek system. It was quiet, with friendly neighbours. Would definitely recommend.

The place was great, nice and spacious, big TV's, great kitchen. Shane, the host, was responsive with communication. Very quiet subdivision. All around, great place to stay.

Had my wedding here this last weekend! David and everyone was so friendly, helpful and made us feel like family! The property itself is amazing! Horses are friendly and love attention! House was amazing!!! I can’t thank them enough!

There were 6 of us and had plenty of room. The place was super clean, comfortable beds and a nice pool deck. Unfortunately it was too cold for our trip but definitely would have enjoyed sitting outside if warmer. Austin responded quickly to any questions. Highly recommend.

The house was nice and charming. Our kids loved the heate pool. Our baby liked crawling on the turf. We enjoyed hanging out and grilling. Boat dock was very nice and had plenty of cleats to tie your boat up. Nice bumpers all the way around. Neighbors were friendly. Parking was sufficient for two full size trucks and a boat trailer. Plenty of nice throw blankets. The tile shower and tile surround were beautiful. Nice laundry room. All in all the house was very welcoming and clean and a good place for a nice family vacation.

We loved our stay here!! It was quiet, easy to find, peaceful and fun! Us Canadians found a way to enjoy the pool the first week of March. The cats were an awesome bonus, so incredibly sweet. Our hosts were amazing. Home away from home.

Great waterfront view with a dock for fishing or hanging out, kayaks & bikes to use during our visit. lots of stores and restaurants in the city center less than 15 mins away. Super close to the Weeki Wachee spring for a fun family day! Fully stocked kitchen for cooking at the house. And adorably decorated with Mermaid theme!!

Great location, great price. Clean and very confortable spot. Owner is very approachable, clear with instructions. Will reccomend if your staying in New Port Richey.

This condo was beautiful, clean, many pillows & linen & towels, very spacious for us, plenty amenities, everything worked good, pool was nice! The host was very helpful & replyed quickly to us, I recommend staying here & definitely would come back!

I decided to book this duplex for 10 days as it was very close to my daughter's house. The place was pristine! The neighborhood is older but safe. Its location was very convenient to many amenities (grocery, gas, shopping, parks, Gulf of America, movies, etc.). It was private and quiet. I would definitely stay here again when visiting.

Nice Airbnb with friendly and responsive hosts. Allowed me to check in early and helped me deal with an issue where I accidentally locked myself out. Has all the basics in a great area.

Awesome AirBnB in a place with plenty to do and not far from places like Clearwater and Tampa.

My family and I stayed for 11 nights. Ezra greeted me and gave me a tour of the place, she was very concerned about our comfort. The condo was equipped with many amenities that made it feel like home; plenty of dishes, glasses, cups, storage containers, garbage bags, laundry soap. There were many small kitchen appliances, toaster, coffee maker, blenders, lots of extra sheets, blankets, pillows and towels. Having a washer/dryer and dish washer, vacuum, brooms were really helpful. There were some high end finishes in the kitchen and bathrooms. The beds were comfortable. The Lazy-boys in the living room were very comfortable. The property was so pretty and peaceful. The gated community gives a sense of safety. I loved the access to a private patio overlooking the golf course. It’s a shame the pool and recreation facilities are not available for Airbnb guests, but I knew that in advance.

We had a great time. Sandy was very helpful by letting us check in late and helping us get through the community gate and settle in. She was also available during our stay for questions as needed. Unit fit what we needed for our stay and worked out great. As an extra bonus we found the bed very comfortable so that added to the rest and relaxation. Neighbors were great and also made the stay very enjoyable. We will be back and looking forward to working with Sandy in the future.

Fantastic location overlooking the 15th tee. Quiet area with nice sidewalks to walk. The pool was close by and really nice. The condo was cozy and comfortable. We ate only once at the Salamander Grill; had the smash burger and it was very good. The condo is close to Palm Harbor restaurants, Publix, and Walmart. So easy driving around. Timothy answered my questions super-duper fast. And I only had a few since the instructions were very clear. I would recommend this rental.

Enjoyed our stay. Was a little concerned about the size of the place but once there, it was absolutely fine. The bed was also rather comfortable.

The mattress were amazing, quite place, Amazing view of the Bayou. And many restaurants around to eat and very close to everything in Tarpon Springs FL,.

This was a perfect getaway. Fantastic views of the Gulf of Mexico, lots of wildlife, amazing heated pool, and the space was relaxing and chill. We even got in a few games of tennis,

Patti's place was amazing. spotless clean, lots of room, beautiful view of the golf course. Everything you ever needed was there from towels, cleaning supplies, bedding, all kitchen supplies etc. Hope to be back one day and definitely would book Patti's place again. Had a wonderful trip.
