Pleasant stay! Highly recommended

Considering the language difference the communication was very good via AirBnb messages and Whats App. House was easy to find and it had a very homely feeling to it with plenty of space and a nice garden for some fresh air. Only 20 mins drive to centre of Brussels so was perfect for our break

The accommodation is well located, and perfectly matched our family stay. The location is very peaceful, conducive to rest in a very well-maintained country retreat. The beds are comfortable and the house very well arranged. Serge is very friendly and attentive, he made himself available, always with great attention. Our stay was perfect. We very much hope to be able to come back some day. Thanks again 👍

Amazing house just outside of Brussels city center. The hosts were amazing and so kind; sweet bread, some drinks, firewood cut, all on our arrival. Above and beyond as hosts. Was a perfect house for two families to share the space. Very spacious kitchen and living areas, bedrooms were perfect for two set of adults and 4 kids. A quick train ride into Brussels christmas markets. It was perfect. Amazing Italian restaurant around the corner too. Our families had so much fun. Would def recommend.

This house is fantastic! Geraldine is an amazing host who is very helpful and incredibly quick to respond to any query you may have! I love this house and I highly recommnend it. The place is so clean and nicely furnished. It will make you feel home! The location is perfect. It is removed from the traffic and so close to all the shop and restaurants. There is a lovely garden. The house have everything you need to have a very comfortable stay with a "home like" feeling. Every time I go to Belgium I stay at this house and I am NEVER disappointed.

A perfect place a stone's throw from Brussels, a small bubble out of time. A pleasure to soak up the sun in the living room while playing a few piano notes. We'll be happy to come back and warm up by the fire and recharge for a few days

The best place we've been to in Belgium. The owners are very responsive. The territory is huge. There are children's entertainment. There is an area around with horses and a field. If you rent this property, you will be very lucky. Free parking nearby. Very safe and quiet place. In addition to all the attractions, there is also a barbecue

A fairytale beautiful house that deserves the name "mansion". Located a little higher so you have a nice view. Cozy, luxurious decor with all the necessities. Large jacuzzi that is 37 degrees hot so even at the end of October good to use. Bedrooms with good beds and own bathroom and toilet. There is also a spacious bbq cabin . Not to mention: the area is very beautiful and quiet. Ideal for hikers. A top stay! We'll be back.

We felt so at home here that this turned into our second home in Belgium. Really enjoyed and had a great time. If there was anything we were wondering about, Julien responded to us right away. We hope to come back here!

We had a great week with our family in the beautiful property of Priscilla and Arnaud. Truly a little paradise with beautiful nature, swimming pool, tennis court and lots of space for the kids to run and play. The house is very well laid out, the terrace a great place to sit and eat/read/talk, and the games rooms and cinema room are nice bonuses. The friendly and helpful support of Sylvain during our stay was much appreciated. All in all highly recommended.

We stayed at Anthony's villa with 6 adults, a child and a dog. As described, it is a well-equipped property with some additional amenities, such as the built-in fully automatic coffee machine, which leaves nothing to be desired or the fridge that supplies the ice cubes for the drinks. Absolute highlight is the pool, whose water temperature also allows morning swimming. Anthony and Bea are very helpful, easily accessible hosts and kindly allowed us a late checkout. This allowed us to approach the last day of vacation in peace. Worth seeing in the area are Waterloo (10 min drive) and Brussels (40 min drive). All in all we had a very nice time at Anthony and Beas villa. Thank you very much for that!

Beautiful house, really secluded in the forest, fifty shades of green.

The house is lovely & neighborhood was quiet. It has all the necessary amenities in the house. Caroline was super responsive & accomodating. The outdoor space need a freshen up but it was winter for us so it didnt bother us. But I am sure she will handle that for summer stays. The outdoor space is so lovely for summer with all the seating areas & pool. The house is lovely with kids there is a little swing & play area. A tree house. The only struggle was the missing garage key as we had to run to get the door open from inside to open the automatic door as the remote was missing. But it was not their fault previous tenant took it. We will go back to this house & recommend it.

The place is perfect for group of friends The vila is massive and divided in very clever way. you can choose to be in one of many comunaal areas or just go to your room and have some privacy There are very cool games which made the stay very fun I'll def recomand

Great stay at Julie's place! His house is a real gem. The interior is spacious, well appointed and decorated with a sense of detail that creates a warm and welcoming atmosphere. We loved cooking in her well-equipped kitchen. In addition, the outside is a pure wonder, with a swimming pool where you could relax and enjoy the beautiful weather, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Communication with Julie was excellent, she was attentive and available, greatly facilitating our arrival and departure. In short, a stay that far exceeded our expectations. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a slice of paradise. Thanks Julie for a great experience!

Nicolas is an excellent host The house is beautiful and spacious and with all the extras mentioned and more - pool, trampoline, garden games and games in the house. It was simply a pleasure for an amazing landing in Belgium. There is no problem getting along around the property also on foot and by public transport if not in a hurry

We recently had a great family trip to Belgium, where we decided to stay at Les Avelines. The house is very spacious and modern, with plenty of room for our family of six. Everyone had their own room, and the property was spotless and well-maintained, which made it feel very comfortable. There is plenty of parking, and the local area was peaceful and quiet. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond, answering any questions we had. We would definitely recommend Les Avelines to families looking for a comfortable place to stay in Belgium.
