Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Watkins Glen

This air bnb was beautiful and looked even better than the photos. We stayed at this location because of its proximity to Cascades Indoor Water Park. We enjoyed the location, it was close to many different restaurants! We brought our 10 month old daughter. Do take note that there is no TV in the home; also if you are bringing a baby there are no gates for the stairs or outlet covers over the outlets. That being said it was in pristine condition without as much as a crumb on the floor.

Amazing location. Beautiful home next to all of the local winereies and breweries. Highly recommend staying.

The blue house was build in 1925, so don’t expect a modern interior or an open floor space. The house was easy to find clean and was a great location for our two days of excursions into the Great Lakes area. Be aware that the house is at a street and cars can be heard during the night in the bedroom. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything was as decided. There is only one bathroom, which is located upstairs. We missed a little bit some picture or other art on the walls, but for the time we stayed the house was great. We had our two dogs with us and both enjoyed the many available parks in the area. Dennis was a great communicator and always answered questions in a very short time.

It was a perfect spot for us commuting between family and the vineyards, breweries and cideries. The cottage has great character and beautiful waterfront with a nice, relaxed vibe. The morning sunrise can’t be beat! Going during the off season made it so quiet! We loved it!

Thanks so much, Merry for letting us stay at this place. The house is amazing, it's clean and peaceful and has everything you would need to make the stay wonderful. We had our 10 month old baby with us, and Merry made sure there's a high chair and a pack n play for the baby. The house could use a refill on some coffee and some bath essentials, but overall I would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for an accessible and beautiful place to stay near the finger lakes! Would definitely stay here again if I am visiting finger lakes, thanks again for hosting us!

If you like lake life, this is a great spot for you. We are cooks and the kitchen was everything we needed it to be. With each bedroom full having two common areas was nice. The view made us feel at home. Looking forward to future visits if the stars align.

Very comfortable beds, it was the perfect place for a lot of friends to gather for a weekend away. The backyard is beautiful and the firepit felt very special. Pool table was a HUGE plus. We saw turkeys!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Deanna’s! The house was fully equipped, nicely decorated for the holidays, and very cozy and warm. It was even better in real life than in the pictures. Both the kitchen and bathroom were conveniently stocked with everything we needed, including soap, shampoo, plenty of towels, and utensils. Our two bedrooms upstairs were super comfy and had lots of storage room. Parking was no problem for us when we stayed during winter break. The Ithaca Commons aren’t even five minutes away with plenty of restaurants and little local shops. We felt very welcome and at home during our time in Ithaca and would love to come back!

What a wonderful Holiday House, so very festive!! A lovely Victorian home experience, loved staying here. Everything we needed plus a comfortable bed, working fireplace, in home entertainment center in a fantastic parlor. The Nutcracker collection was tops. It was great to have stayed here and then explore the Chemung Historical Museum the next day—felt we experienced a slice of the “Langdon” home .

Very clean apartment and wonderful communication with host. Plenty of space and seating. Parking space assignment letters are hard to see arriving in the dark. There are street parking ordinances in winter months (odd/even day/side parking). Apartment satisfied our needs and would definitely stay again.

Julia's place was clean and comfortable. I would stay there anytime I was in Geneva. The neighborhood is full of character and convenient to many places in town, especially Monaco's, a wonderful coffee shop. And the public library is just a few blocks down the road.

We visited Ithaca for my daughter's Cornell Family Weekend. Had great time during our stay. The apartment is super clean and comfortable - the nice details everywhere makes it feel just like home. Mary is very friendly and responsive - the best host one can ask for. We will certainly come back again.

We spent a long weekend in Shelley’s loft apartment and it was just perfect. The apartment was impeccably clean, cozy and had the everything we needed. It felt like Shelley thought of everything from cozy slippers and robes, tissues and makeup towels in the bathroom to reading glasses on the coffee table. We immediately felt right at home! The location is so convenient for walking downtown or along the water.

We stayed here for a sisters' weekend and couldn't have been happier with our choice! Check-in was seamless, and the apartment was adorable, cozy with beautifully blended old-world charm and modern updates.. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet with just a short drive from great restaurants, cafes and shops. We absolutely loved our stay and would happily return in the future!

Branka was very attentive since the moment I requested the booking. Her response time and thoroughness was exceptional. Branka’s place was comfortable and cozy, the kitchen cabinet was very well stocked and overall the place was clean. The two best features in the bnb were the jacuzzi and the old timey heater inside the house. It snowed a bit during my stay and these two features, in addition to the hot chocolate packets she provides, made the bnb a much cozier place. 10/10 would recommend staying at Branka’s bnb.

Michael is a great host. The house is ideally close to Cornell.

Dean and his place are great, our stay was peaceful without any hiccups or surprises, everything was as described and pictures mimiced the listing to a T. We will absolutely return!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family! Annie was amazing at arranging everything last minute for us to stay during Christmas week after a bad previous Airbnb experience. The house is beautiful (better than the pics!). It accommodated our big family and had everything we needed to cook Christmas dinner. It also had everything we needed for our 2 year old son (pack and play, high chair, toys). If this house is stunning during the winter, I can’t imagine in the summer. We’ll be back for sure!

This accommodation was exactly what we needed for our busy family of five to be together and relax and rejuvenate. The house was the perfect size for our needs, allowing for personal and common gathering spaces. We felt at home from the moment we arrived with the thoughtful Christmas decor setting a wonderful tone to our settling in. There was something for everyone to enjoy and while we were mostly indoors by the fireplace, some of us took advantage of being able to take leisurely walks and relax in the hot tub. We appreciate the owners' attentiveness to questions that came up during our stay. It's truly a lovely home with beautiful views and we could not have asked for a better winter getaway.
