Thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The apartment was exactly like the photos and was very clean. The host was extremely responsive and the instructions were clear and easy to follow. Would highly recommend - well worth the money!

What a lovely place! The apartment is great,lovely furniture,super confortable bed,spotless clean,we couldn’t ask for anything better. Stephen was very responsive and even allowed us to check out a bit later than the official time. Complimentary milk,tea/coffee,lovely cookies and a bottle of wine! The place is also ver quiet so a good sleep is guarantied I will 100% recommend this place to anybody whiling to explore Liverpool and will came back in the future. As a bonus you have the bus stop to go to Lark Lane or to town a minute walk from the place,as I said is a little gem 😊

Enjoyed our two night stay for my birthday. Location in Liverpool is very important to us, and this location was perfect. Everything on your doorstep with a secure car parking space which is also important to us. The bed was very comfortable and it was quiet at night despite being in a central location. I would 100% book again. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The place was as described and as in the photos. Spacious for an English flat! The kitchen seemed well stocked although we barely tried it out. Parking could take a few minutes but we always found something within about 100 meters, sometimes much closer. The most important benefit for us was the little village that the flat was in. Several, restaurants, cafes, bars and coffee shops were within a few dozen meters. There were also a couple of small stores for groceries and other supplies. So, overall, no complaints and lots of compliments.

Laura is an wonderful host! She gave us clear instructions about the apartment, about the parking lot and she responded to all questions that we had. At Laura's place you can feel like you are at home.

We know the area and were returning for a family weekend - everything perfect. Apartment kitted out with everything (and more) that we needed. Perfect location for our family weekend but would be perfect base to stay to explore the area locally or to Liverpool, Chester and North Wales

Very spacious and modern home, very good attention to detail and interior decoration and design was very nice with great amenities. Really enjoyed our stay for 2 couples which was made much more homely with 2 bathrooms and comfortable spaces and bedding. Location was perfect for ferry/cruises and only a short walk to the city centre. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you again!

Gary was very good with communication. We had a problem with the microwave whilst we were there and it was sorted out within the hour. The apartment was very clean and tidy. It was a short walk to the bus. plenty of parking at the weekend too. Thank you Gary, I would highly recommend 👌

Clinton was a perfect host leaving us with clear instructions on how to check in and where to find the property as well as checking we had everything we needed after we checked in. I lived in Liverpool for 3 years prior to this visit and can vouch that the location is the best place to stay in Liverpool. The apartment was spotless and extremely cheap for what you are getting. Clinton even left us out extra heaters as we stayed over a particularly cold time of year. Next time I visit Liverpool I will definitely be staying here again.

This B&b is located directly against the centre of Liverpool. Everything is walkable. Perfect starting point for a city trip! Plus is also the free parking for a car, definitely so close to the center. The B&b itself is a modern apartment with everything you want. In short, recommended. John has very clear instructions for checking in and out independently, therefore went smoothly. John also always responded very quickly and kindly.

Great host! Thank you Andy for all your help during and especially after our stay! Forgot my keys, and Andy responded immediately, personally went and found them and posted them the next day. Communication was impeccable! Also the apartment was perfect, exactly as described, clean, comfortable beds, great shower, and everything needed for the stay. Nice touch too having tasty biscuits, milk, tea and coffee for arrival. Albert quay and the city were a leisurely 15-20 stroll, (or cheap Uber ride away). Check in and check out were simple and convenient. Couldn’t recommend this place more highly. Ten out of ten!

Beautiful apartment, walking distance to liverpoolOne Will definitely stay again

Stayed here for my boyfriends 30th and had a great evening inside the property. There was 15 of us all together and there was so much space. The pictures really don’t do the property justice on how much space there really is. The layout was great for such a social gathering. Rooms were spacious, well heated and comfortable. We didn’t go out so I can’t comment on the location in terms of restaurants, bars, distance to liverpool centre. But if you’re planning on staying in, I would 100% recommend this property. Thank you!

Great little place to stay. Only really used it for a base due to planned activities but used garden space whilst killing a little time, tv set up was brill and easy to use, everything was as listed and communicated. Would recommend and will be back and will use the hot tub next time

Very helpful with questions

The flat was spacious, with two good size double bedrooms with views towards the River Mersey. The location is perfect for events at ACC Liverpool / Exhibition Centre Liverpool and very conveniently located for Royal Albert Dock and the city centre. The beds and bedding were very comfortable, and there were good quality towels and dressing gowns available for use. The lounge area was also comfortable and the whole apartment was quiet and peaceful. Everything was spotlessly clean and in immaculate condition. The kitchen was well-equipped. The Bluetooth entry system for the block worked fine, although this did involve installing an app before arrival.

This was such a lovely stay. It was pristine with everything you need for a staycation. The hot tub was an incredible added touch. Trevor was a very helpful host.

The apartment was great - exactly what we were looking for. It was very clean, with plenty of room. Excellent and clear communications - could not have been more helpful.
