Condo holiday rentals in Waterloo

I stayed here for 5 nights with 4 adults, 1 toddler and 1 baby and it had everything we needed. A super lovely communal space, a bathroom each and air con in every room. The apartment is also right near the metro, Coles and loads of restaurants and eateries. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Just a beautiful location so quiet at night . The bed was very comfy. Paddington is a fantastic suburb loads of amazing restaurants bars great vibe . Incredibley easy to get into Sydney. We had a really special time

I agree this apartment is all about the VIEW !! It is absolutely STUNNING. The apartment is so close to the waters edge , you feel like you could be on a cruise liner :) The apartment is 900 m away with a direct view of the Opera House and Harbour bridge to the right . We loved seeing all the boats and ferries pass back and forth throughout the day . Sunsets there are also amazing as are the night lights of the Opera house and Circular quay . I agree that the apartment could do with an update but it was very clean and tidy and the photos depict it accurately . We had lovely hot showers with good water pressure , white linen and towels provided on the beds . The kitchen is well stocked with kitchen utensils ,crockery and glassware . We were very pleased with our stay and a bit sad to leave the view when we checked out to be honest .

Great location within 10 minutes of beach and close to great restaurants. Easy to find and very comfortable. Good communication. Would recommend.

I really enjoyed my stay at Chris and Nancy's apartment in Parramatta. They were excellent hosts, providing a pedestal fan to help with my heat intolerance and ensuring my needs were met. :) The apartment was well equipped with Free 2 Air TV and smart TV options. It has secure underground parking. Its location was perfect, with Westfield Parramatta and public transport nearby. A highlight was the 40th floor rooftop area, offering beautiful city views at night. It was peaceful and calming. I highly recommend Chris and Nancy's apartment for its comfort, convenience, and being great hosts. I look forward to staying here again. :)

Of all our many, many stays at Olympic Park, Thomas & Nicks place is BY FAR THE MOST AMAZING! We had a host cancel <24hrs before arrival, as sadly, happens too often here. Am now thankful as we had the most AMAZING luxury stay at Thomas & Nicks. Can't wait to return! Ticks all the boxes in all regards! JUST PERFECT! Thank you 💙

Waterside Airbnb is ideally located near shops and amenities, but also close to Olympic Park facilities. I was requiring a 2 bedroom suite that hotels in the area couldn't do, this was absolutely perfectly suiting my needs. Very clean, easy to get to, and easy to get into. Flexible check-in and check-out times. Another pleasant aspect of this area is that it's devoid of American brand fast food outlets, which I hope remains that way (visual pollution, bad food & litter). The construction in the area can't be heard from inside the apartment, the balcony is fully enclosed and I couldn't hear any neighbours from inside our rooms. Very quiet. Would definitely stay here again. Thanks for hosting.

Nice, quiet apartment in handy location. One minute walk to light rail stop (L1 line), Paddy's/Market City, Chinatown and Darling Square. Lots of eating options in Little Hay Street and nearby. Sunny was very responsive and helpful. Things that might be useful for future guests to know - the second bedroom has a window in the door so it might not suit some people for sleeping (there is a partial curtain), and there is only one key available for guests. Very convenient, and would be happy to stay again. Thanks for having us.

Nice place to stay with easy access to metro

Host first class, gave us great suggestions of what to do as it was our first time visiting manly. Having stayed in the Fullerton 3 days before, we found this apartment far better. Would definitely recommend.

We had a great stay at Wei’s apartment. It is a beautiful place, immaculately clean and a brilliant location- walking distance to train station . I would book again. Wei was great at communicating with us and checked if we were OK during our stay & assisted with instructions for PMV. We enjoyed the complimentary goods provided as well.Highly recommended

Angeline’s place was a great for my family and I (4 adults and 1 infant) visiting family in Sydney for the first time. It was spacious and comfortable. The location is slightly up north but conveniently located along a highway which connects to most major roads. There is also a mall nearby (5min drive). Angeline is a great host! Very responsive and helpful. Will definitely look to stay at her place again when visiting north Sydney.

Duncan’s apartment was perfect for us with all amenities we needed for a 10 day stay, in a secure complex. Lovely decor, super comfortable bed and sofa, well equipped kitchen. Location convenient to Kings Cross train station and buses. Restaurants abound in this charming neighbourhood. A short walk to the city, harbour and many tourist attractions. Duncan was a considerate and proactive host.

The perfect home for me! This accommodation is in the perfect location—close to the airport, city, newtown, and even the beach. Woolworths is also nearby. The house is fully equipped with everything you might need. I loved that the floors were wooden without any carpets. Communication was flawless, and the neighbors were very kind as well. If you have children, you must choose this house! There are utensils for kids,a lots of books, and most importantly, it’s safe. I already miss this house!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean & very well stocked. The location is amazing within a very walkable neighbourhood. Super comfy bed. We loved the balcony too. Malcolm was friendly, informative & provided some groceries. He answered any questions quickly. We will definitely stay there again

The apartment was exactly as expected with Brendan's communication for check in and any other info excellent. We were 2 adults, 2 children and the place didn't feel crowded. Arcade machines kept me out of the misuses hair once the kids were in bed. Would recommend and stay again as location is great for city access and Tumbalong Park is close which has everything the kids needed. (waterplay and playground)

Place was great! So accessible and in the middle of everything you need to get to. There’s a walkway to Macquarie Centre which I thought was super convenient. Host was responsive and helpful.

A perfect spot for our week in Sydney. Loved the daily walk to town through the Botanical Gardens as well as the local restaurants and theatre. Highly recommend.

A great spot for access to all things Sydney. Fantastic for walking everywhere and having a swim in the harbour next to the garden area. A memorable stay.
