We had a really lovely weekend stay. The apartment is very modern, warm, spotlessly clean and beautifully furnished. We were lucky with the weather and made the most of sitting on the terrace in the sunshine. Carolyn is easy to contact and very responsive to messages. The apartment is private and in a peaceful area. Easy to get to both Schliersee and Tegernsee and there are supermarkets nearby. Highly recommend and we would love to come back.

The apartment is incredibly spacious and beautifully decorated. We felt incredibly comfortable. Everything was really thought of. We were also particularly pleased that there was even a lot in the pantry what you need in everyday life. Also in the bathroom there were many utensils that delighted us. We highly recommend everyone to book Mike's place. 1A with asterisk. We will definitely be back at the next fair. Since we rent out cottages in Croatia ourselves, I can say from host to host: Mike you're doing everything right!

The accommodation is very suitable for 2-4 people, is perfectly equipped incl. Bedding and towels, dish towels, spices in the kitchen, filter paper, oil and vinegar, laundry detergent and dishwashing detergent. Anton is a very reliable host who takes care of the well-being of his guests at any time of day and fulfills all wishes. I'd love to come back;-)

Our stay has been more than pleasant. I felt like home, having close contact with the host felt comfortable like we could ask for anything if needed. We stayed with Stefan for 2 nights and enjoyed the stay very much. Stefan was very friendly and helpful and we were able to explore the beautiful surroundings in bright sunshine. With a visit to the Tyrolean Festival in Erl. Highly recommended in all. If our son plays in Erl again in the summer, we would love to stay with Stefan and Moni again!

We were completely well satisfied! Super lovely hosts, Katharina also gave us great tips for eating out and hiking tours. Also the breakfast you can book was very tasty and with many homemade things. We will be happy to come back!

We had a short but very nice stay at Klaudie's place. The apartment was as described or corresponds to the photos :-) The decor in the living and dining room is not particularly modern, but still very comfortable. The apartment was neat and clean and everything was there. The communication with Klaudie was quick and friendly :-)

Great place to stay in a typical Munich suburb, has the feel of neighborhood, a great locally owned bakery for Breakfast within 2 min walk, walking path, friendly people in the streets, a nice 10 min walk to U station and in Marienplatz in less than 10 min. We had an awesome experience staying here!

Frank's Place offers an exceptional family-friendly experience, particularly for those with young children. Our three-night stay with two toddlers and an infant was delightful, featuring beautiful surroundings, daily fresh bakery options, and a wealth of entertainment for kids including outdoor games, toys, and books. Despite language limitations, communication was smooth. Frank's personal touch, bringing treats for the children each evening, added to the magical atmosphere.
