Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Washington Parish

I recently stayed at a charming tiny home in Franklinton, Louisiana, and it was an incredible experience. The home was beautifully designed, making the most of its compact space with smart and efficient use of every inch. The decor was cozy and inviting, creating a perfect blend of modern amenities and rustic charm. The location was peaceful and serene, offering a great escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Surrounded by nature, it was a perfect spot for relaxation and unwinding. The hosts were extremely welcoming and helpful, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Our family of 7 stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at Louisiana Castle. We had plenty of room for hair and make-up and spending time together before the wedding. The kitchen is great for cooking. I recommend to anyone physically fit enough to climb stairs.

This cabin is awesome clean quiet with fast internet. It’s the perfect get away and way nicer than any hotel within 50 miles. It’s by far the nicest fish camp I’ve ever stayed at. Very simple nothing over the top just a nice place to stay. I’ll definitely be staying here again if it doesn’t stay booked up. Host are very friendly as well.

This was my second trip to Katherine's yurts this month. I love it out in the country...it's incredibly peaceful. I always arrive by 4:00 so that I can get the bonfire lit before sundown at 5:00. The barn space has a refrigerator which is very handy.

This was our second time staying at The Lily Pad and it won't be our last! The inside of the house is so thoughtfully designed with beautiful live-edge wood features and other thoughtfully placed pieces. All of the small details did not go unnoticed and make this a stand-out rental. This time of year made for stunning growth in the meadows surrounding the property, with walking paths made to the on-site trails. We enjoyed getting to explore the property at a different time of year than the last. This truly is the perfect place for a peaceful weekend away in South Louisiana!

Wow! So happy we decided to stay in the Peace of Soul Treehouse. Amazing location very close to town and Bogue Chitto State Park. A great space to disconnect from the city and reconnect with nature. A little chilly in the winter but it creates a great opportunity to light a fire or cozy up to the one you love. Katherine is a great host and responded timely to any questions that arose. Would definitely stay again.

Nice secluded location. Very reasonably priced and spacious. The host, Dustin, was very nice unto my family and me. He was also very accommodating to us. What Dustin did for my family while we were there has no words. Thanks can never be enough. If you choose Dustin’s house then know that you have an excellent host and you chose a good place to stay.

Only problem was I wasn’t able to stay longer!
