Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Great place to stay! Greg was very responsive. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a great location for visiting Washington DC. Not far from the main attractions. We took a short Uber ride to and from the National Mall.

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

My family and I loved our time in DC and Nathan’s home was a perfect retreat after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was tidy & beautifully decorated! Nathan was a gracious host that made sure we had everything we needed! Thank you! Until next time… 💛

Gladys place was perfect for our group's school trip. We traveled in a group of 6 people and it was more than enough room to accommodate everyone. We used public transportation daily and it was easy to navigate. Approximately 20-25 minute drive towards Capitol Hill and approximately 45 minutes to an hour for the public transportation route. The home looks just like the pictures and was very clean. Gladys was quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.

Enjoyed our stay. Very walkable, few blocks to the Metro, and great restaurants.

This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

Kaleab's home was truly exceptional. Every detail, from the tasteful decor to the immaculate bathroom finishes, was thoughtfully curated and impressive. Our children thoroughly enjoyed the variety of board and card games available, making our family time together even more enjoyable. The home was spotless, which was greatly appreciated. Kaleab was incredibly gracious, and communication was seamless throughout our stay. Without a doubt, this was the finest accommodation we've ever experienced. Leaving was a challenge, and we wholeheartedly recommend this property. We look forward to returning in the future.​

We had a wonderful stay and the house was peaceful in a great location which meant for short Uber trips to get to the main attractions. The house had two full bathrooms and good size bedrooms each with a television. Our host AJ was responsive and helpful with any questions or requests. We felt right at home and enjoyed that the place has character and had a homely feel and not just a sterile house. Would strongly recommend this is a place to stay in Washington DC.

Nursat was an excellent host—very responsive, warm, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. We felt truly welcomed. I would absolutely rent this place again. You’ll love it!

Great place, great location. Stayed here with my husb and 2 kids, and the place had everything we needed. Walkable to the sights and to a metro station. With the craziness of the cherry blossom/spring break crowds, we were super happy to have stayed at such a great location. Place was clean and quiet!

Great stay! The descriptions were accurate, and clear instructions were provided. Inner street parallel parking was not an issue. Each area is appropriately accessorized.

Stayed 3 days and it was the best three days I’ve ever spent at a bnb, space is beautiful and squeaky clean it’s right value for your money

My family (spouse, toddler and newborn +pets) stayed at Kathryn’s for several months. We felt right at home. The house had lots of toys for my toddler to enjoy and we used the basement room as a dedicated play room. Great living space, comfortable bedrooms and a great location. Kathryn and her husband were both very responsive and helpful. Whether you are staying for a few nights or long-term like my family, I would highly recommend this place for the location and family friendly stay.

Stayed with kids for almost a week while visiting DC and it worked out perfectly. Most places look good in the pictures and can be disappointing but the townhome was as good as advertised. Great to be able to fit a full size SUV (Ford Expedition EL) into the garage and easily walk to the metro. There is a park right across the street for the kids to get the last of their energy out before heading back. Comfortable neighborhood and walk to the metro. Even though we did not use all of it, the unit is stocked as good or better than a hotel. Someone could easily come with nothing but a bag and stay the weekend. When the metro was closed in the morning, I was able to take a Lime scooter to the National Mall with ease. Generally just a good option with or without kids if you want something more than a hotel but close to DC.
