Clarence was a great host. The house is exactly as pictured and including more stocked items for guests and a normal airbnb host. Very response and easy to communicate with. The house was perfect for us and the beds were heaven

Great place to stay! Greg was very responsive. We were within walking distance to restaurants and grocery stores. Overall it was a great location for visiting Washington DC. Not far from the main attractions. We took a short Uber ride to and from the National Mall.

Great spot—spacious and comfortable. James was communicative and flexible about check-in, which we appreciated. We brought our baby and were thankful for the pack n play James provided.

Overall wonderful experience. Nathan is a great host and made sure we had everything we needed. The house was very clean and comfortable and has all the amenities. Great location with some walkable restaurant/bar options. Would definitely recommend.

Very nice house for 2 families (8 people). We took the metro to/from the mall every day (it is a solid 15 min walk to the stop). Online description is very accurate. Was nice to run laundry before traveling to our next location.

Our family of 6 (parents and adult children) had a wonderful stay in this lovely townhouse. We had plenty of space and everything we needed. Julia’s recommendations for places to eat were spot on, and she was very nice about letting us leave our luggage there for a few hours after we checked out. We would definitely stay here again .

This townhouse was a great value for the price. Our stay was for over four months. it was adequately stocked with dishes, utensils, and linens. There is plenty of shopping in the area and fast food. My husband found it an easy commute to Fort Belvoir. We felt right at home and we would stay there again. Linda was a responsive host.

Great place! One of the best airbnb's that I have stayed in. Appreciated how well-stocked the house was and the space itself was very large and comfortable. Host was very responsive and really appreciated how thoughtful he was when it looked like we might get stuck because of the weather. Would definitely stay again.

Italo’s home on the canal is just about perfect. The location itself would justify 5 stars - just off a charming footpath, yet within a block of some of Georgetown’s best restaurants and shopping. When you enter you encounter a modern, stylish, well-appointed home with all the amenities one might need - as well as a large backyard which even during the snowy weather gave the place a great sense of privacy and spaciousness. Highly recommended.

Whether we were heading into DC, Maryland, or Virginia, everything was a quick 15-25 minute drive (depending on traffic). And for those moments when we just wanted to explore on foot, there were plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. From start to finish, Kaleb was a fantastic host with great communication, making sure our stay was smooth and stress-free. We’ve officially found our go-to Airbnb for all future DMV trips. Great place to stay. Very comfortable for a family of 4. Close to Whole Foods, Giant and restaurants. Safe during the day and in the house but felt like we needed to be extra observant when walking on H street at night.

Lots of space to spread out! Very clean. Convenient location. Close to cute downtown Occoquan with shops and restaurants, and also Potomac Mills shopping center. We would definitely stay here again when in the area.

A small group stayed here in order to attend a conference at the Washington Convention Center. And the house was perfect. It was near lots of eating options. We used the three separate bedrooms. We appreciated having the dining room as space to work in the evening. And it was an easy walk to the metro and a quick ride to the convention center. It was just what we needed. Thank you!

We selected this home to have a convenient location to join local family for holiday celebrations. It worked out perfectly. 4 bdrms and 3 full baths gave us plenty of space. Great location inside the beltway. Really clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. It was perfect for our needs.

Beautiful home. Convenient walking distance to great mom and pop restaurants…especially loved the Purple Patch restaurant. Would stay here again. Comfy beds, very modern European feel. Clean and well equipped.

We stayed for a family trip of five days. Elliot’s place was a perfect launching and landing pad just blocks from a metro stop and walkable to the mall. The kitchen was one of the best appointed kitchens of the places I’ve stayed and everything was very clean.

Very clean and cute, didn’t really hear much from upstairs i almost forgot it was connected lol! Very secure and he left goodies in the fridge and some water for us to drink! It gave hotel so much on so little notice! Very disappointed we couldn’t stay another night

This house was great. The location was perfect. It's very close to 495, restaurants and other activities. Parking and getting into the house were a breeze. The house was well stocked with bathroom and kitchen essentials. Gilbert was very responsive to messages before our arrival. Once we were there we didn't need anything from him but he did message to be sure that everything was going ok. Another plus is that there was not a laundry list of things to do before checkout. We would rent this house again in a heartbeat for any future visits.

My family (spouse, toddler and newborn +pets) stayed at Kathryn’s for several months. We felt right at home. The house had lots of toys for my toddler to enjoy and we used the basement room as a dedicated play room. Great living space, comfortable bedrooms and a great location. Kathryn and her husband were both very responsive and helpful. Whether you are staying for a few nights or long-term like my family, I would highly recommend this place for the location and family friendly stay.
