Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Washington County

Tyler's house was very charming. We loved that there were two seating areas and that there were books, games, and magazines. The bedrooms were comfortable and flannel sheets in the winter was a bonus! The windows overlooking the backyard were awesome. This is a cozy yet spacious cape that was perfect for our annual ski trip.

A unique property providing a true Vermont mountain experience. Beautiful views. Very homey with a great family room and well equipped kitchen. We chose to stay in and cook meals. David is a fabulous host - super friendly and goes above and beyond to make the experience the best it can be. A capable vehicle with AWD or 4WD is a must in the winter to access the property without concern but that only adds to the experience!

Karen's place is amazing! We stayed with our 2 pups and they loved having a whole big yard to themselves. When my husband and I were ready to go in, we could leave the doggy door open and the dogs could come in when they were done playing in the snow. Karen had a plow guy come after each snow so the driveway was almost always accessible. We would love to come back!

This was our second stay at Bridget’s home for an annual family ski trip. The space comfortably accommodated 6 adults, and we were happy to stay here again. Bridget was very responsive and communicative and provided plenty of local recommendations. We will definitely come back in the future!

Stayed for a ski vacation at Stowe. Minutes from all the restaurants in Waterbury. Great place to stay.

Incredible space - only complaint is we didn’t rent it for a week! Luxe details - the beds, the towels, even the smallest thoughtful details made it extraordinary. Jen nailed it, 10/10. My family agreed it was one of the most relaxing, comfortable weekends we could’ve experienced. Truly special. Thank you to Jen for taking the time to create such a wonderful space for guests to enjoy.

We stayed at Julie and Mark's place while visiting family in town. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed the woodsy scenery. The street was quiet and there was ample parking. I was most impressed with how clean, organized, and stocked their home was. They had everything we needed and then some. Everything had its place, which made it so easy to find everything. When my 1 yr old nephew visited, we even had a gate and clear space for him to crawl around. The house was cozy and warm, and the basement was a great place for us to play and watch the football game. Overall, I couldn't recommend their place more. I hope to stay there again when visiting.

Susan’s place in Waterbury is perfectly located for a VT visit and the house is beautiful and perfect for a group. Everything you need is available, including fun games and darts in the basement. We had a blast and Susan was so responsive and accommodating. AWD car definitely recommended in the winter, we caught a big storm into VT and needed the AWD. Hope to visit again!

This is our second time staying here to ski Sugarbush. It's a very cozy, warm place that is super close to the mountain. We will be back!

A Cozy and clean apartment in the mountains nearby to skiing. Katelyn gave useful instructions for getting in and the place looked just like the photos. The dishwasher worked great and there were enough pots and utensils for me to cook meals. A few things to keep in mind: It is on a mountain so you need an AWD vehicle during the winter or mud season, but with one I had no problem at all. It is also underneath a house, so you can hear footsteps or voices from upstairs. This didn’t bother me since I live in an apartment building, but something to know if you’re not used to that.

Danielle’s place was super clean and very comfortable. The memory foam bed after a long day at the mountain was perfect and the fireplace made it so cozy. Great location - walking distance to Main Street for morning coffee, restaurants and lower bar for a night cap. Would definitely stay again when back in Stowe.

This place is great! The pictures do not do a justice. This apartment is very open, lots of space! And the views of the mountains are incredible! Chad was very responsive and a great host! Would stay again!

Very nice apartment in a great location and close to Craftsbury outdoor center. We enjoyed access to the local restaurants and coffee shop.

spacious, clean, beautiful, everything you would need to cook , extra blankets , sheets, pillows , extra fans! wi-fi worked awesomely!! host communication was remarkable! very quick response!

Great Location for browsing all of downtown Stowe. Starbucks right below. Easy check in. Comfortable beds. Everything was as described and pictured. I’d stay again without hesitation.

We had a fantastic stay in Karen’s condo at Sugarbush. The condo was perfect, had everything we needed, and the location is fantastic for Sugarbush. Would love to return!

Perfect spect for a weekend trip with family or friends. Enough parking for everyone, close to the mountain and restaurants, and had everything we needed for a few days. Would definitely return!

Perfect place to stay when visiting Sugarbush! 5 min walk to the lifts, awesome bar 1 minute away, and very comfy. Would definitely stay again and recommend!

Cathy’s place is cozy and beds very comfortable! We loved the gas fireplace, plenty of towels, and hot water. Kitchen had what you needed. Recreational center with indoor pool, hot tub, and fitness area are great to visit as well. Close to the mountain and grocery/sandwich shop.

The place was super perfect. The location in Stowe and the immediate surroundings, not to mention its proximity to Smugglers Notch & Mt Mansfield was great. The condo was clean & spacious for 3 women, & had the bare essentials (i.e. salt pepper, coffee ), once we found them. I was disappointed there was no wifi in the condo, but there was good TV choices. Sherri was very nice & responsive (especially since we panicked when i couldn't find the check in instructions in my air bnb- who would have thought-that we should go to the condo offices?). All in all, great stay & highly recommend!

Very comfortable stay - convenient to ski wither Sugarbush or Mad River. Philip sent specific instructions for turning the heat up on arrival. It took a little while to warm up, but individual thermostats in LR and BR worked nicely. Local recommendations for restaurants and such were spot on.

Great space and location. Perfect for groups/families.
