Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Washington County

We had such a great stay at Brookwood Manor! Sylvia and Ryan were helpful and responsive in advance, and even checking in Christmas Day was a breeze. The house was beautiful, just as the pictures show, and it was the perfect place to host a larger group. The extra-large dining room, well-equipped kitchen, and tons of space made hosting our family holiday celebration really convenient. Highly recommend - if we're back in the area, we'll absolutely stay here again!

Excellent place wonderful home

Ahmad and his co-host were friendly, helpful & communicative throughout our stay. The house was spacious & very comfortable. We were impressed with how well stocked everything was, especially the linens closet and the kitchen (lots of spices & cooking basics, we really appreciated that!!) I also want to commend our hosts for their communication & thoughtfulness: the only thing that came up during our stay was that 1 of the showers wasn't usable (due to an unforeseen repair delay, I believe). But they informed us before we arrived & offered us a discount on our stay as a result. As well as a few other options, e.x. coordinating a repair person to come out to fix it during our stay. But they emphasized wanting us to have a comfortable stay & that we could choose what we'd prefer, which we thought was really courteous of them. Thankfully, our group didn't mind taking turns w/ the other shower & bath, so everything worked out. :) All in all great stay, would recommend for sure!

We enjoyed staying at Rick's place and appreciated it's location as it was convenient to great dining options and the Convention Center. It was also easy to access the MAX station to get into Portland. The bathroom, bedrooms and living area were all very clean and the beds were really comfortable! We look forward to staying in the future!

Staying at Bo’s place was a joy. We arrived past midnight at this safe neighborhood and it was so comforting to get in and find everything clean and ready for our stay. She was very concerned about us because of the snow to come, knowing we were coming from Florida. She kept communicating and checking we didn’t need anything. The house is fully equipped. Lots of coffee and tea, water in the fridge, plenty of good towels, utensils to cook and the basic food. She also accommodated our need to extend our stay for another 3 days. Perfect stay. Surely recommend and will be back when visiting my son who just relocated to Beaverton. Thank you so much Bo ! You were wonderful and so was your lovely house !

The Cozy Cottage was the perfect home for an extended stay. The location was excellent, and the home was clean, spacious, and pet-friendly. While there was some street noise, it was barely noticeable. Jillian was easy to communicate with and quickly answered my questions. Overall, it was an excellent stay, and I look forward to returning. Thank you, Jillian!

Had a wonderful stay. Beautiful surroundings, close to shops, grocery stores, and Washington Square Mall. The bed was very comfortable and as an added plus Ryan has an EV charger. I would love to stay again when I’m in town.

Val’s well-designed studio had all I needed for a week’s stay near family. I could easily, safely walk to all the great restaurants and coffee shops I needed in St John’s. Val is a very responsive host and her studio reflects her upbeat nature. I would certainly stay here again.

Everything about Keith's home was Exactly as advertised ... spacious, comfortable, extremely peaceful setting. The kitchen is super well stocked. Cleaning requirements were extremely minimal & everything about my visit was easy.

The space is beautiful and so thoughtfully appointed. Petra and Darius have added so many nice touches like beautiful quality linens, fresh flowers, great coffee and tea options, and even a small welcome snack! It feels like a luxurious stay, and it is always squeaky clean.

We really enjoyed our stay with Jared and Stephanie. Great accommodations and helpful responsive host and hostess. We will be back.

We spent a month at Lillians condo while waiting for our home to be available. The condos design has one of the best use of spaces I have seen. It has a very open floor plan , two fairly large rooms and a very well stocked kitchen. Also loved the location...walkable to Market of choice and some great restaurants close by. Lillian was a gracious and responsive host all through the rental.

Matt & Kerry’s place was perfect for my wife and I. We felt at home and enjoyed morning coffee and evening wine on the deck. We also enjoyed the farmers market across the street on Sunday. We would definitely stay here again!

Literally not a bad word to say about this wonderful Airbnb in Beaverton! It was within walking distance to wonderful local coffee shops and cute restaurants. A convenient drive into downtown Portland was the cherry on top! Thank you to Jenny and Luke for their quick response time regardless of the hour. Will absolutely be staying again on our next trip to Portland!

Roli was fantastic, my schedule changed almost daily, Roli allowed me a same day booking and was flexible and accommodating as my trip changed almost daily.

This loft was wonderful. Had everything we needed for our week long stay. Pro tip: skip making your coffee and grab one at Tour Les Jours downstairs. Tasty treats and great coffee. Matt and Kerry were wonderful hosts. Will definitely stay here again when we’re in town.

The place was nice and big enough for us. We visited in the summer so it was really hot and there is no AC so we brought out the fans that were in the rooms to help circulate cool air. The location is convenient and near restaurants and stores. Nancy was helpful and clear with instructions on how to access the place. I would recommend this place :)

This was my second time staying at Artin and Nava’s, and it has begun to feel like my home away from home. It was a rainy week in Oregon, but that wasn’t a bad thing. The large windows overlooking beautiful trees combined with the gentle rain that Oregon is known for made their place feel like a sanctuary. The bed was comfortable, the shower was hot, the kitchen was clean, and the thermostat was easy to operate. Having New Seasons natural grocery store below made it easy for me to get food and other necessities at a moment’s notice. I also appreciated being able to plug in my electric vehicle in the parking lot. All in all, it was a wonderful stay. I highly recommend choosing this place as your home away from home!

Due to a last-minute flight cancellation, I booked this listing late in the evening, and the host graciously allowed us to check in immediately with clear instructions. This is truly one of the best places I’ve ever stayed! The lighting was bright, the entire space was spotless, and the kitchen was fully equipped. The heating was warm and comfortable, and parking was very convenient. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future!
