Would give this stay six stars if we could! Abby's Lookout is in a private, peaceful spot and also just a few minutes away from town. We got cupcakes and snacks in a space that was just the right size for our group of 4. The hot tub was perfect for cold, snowy nights. And the plow was prompt, as we left the morning after a snowstorm. One of the best Airbnb experiences ever.

Claudia’s home was absolutely lovely for our weekend getaway to Berkeley Springs. Claudia was so kind to leave fruit & a bottle of wine as a welcome gift. The perfect touch to kick off Grandpa’s birthday weekend. We immediately felt at home! The floor plan was great for our family with the grandparents in the primary room on one side of the house & us in the two rooms on the other. Claudia has thought of everything. In the bathroom, you will find travel sized toiletries. In the dining room, she offers a “cash bar” if you choose to partake. The kitchen was equipped with all the necessary tools. I loved the fact that she has a fire blanket within reach. There are magazines & local brochures throughout the home. It snowed the weekend we were there. Our FWD SUV had some difficulty getting up the driveway as the house is on a hill so just be mindful of weather/time of year. Highly recommend this home. Claudia was fantastic to communicate with. We look forward to returning soon!

Pleasant stay not far off of Route 81. perfect for an overnight during a multi-state trip. very quiet and comfy. host is very organized and communicative through messages and signage in the unit.

Absolutely perfect place for a family to unwind and enjoy quality time together. The house was everything listed and more. The people close by were extremely welcoming and Dave checked in to make sure our stay was perfect. The personalization and welcoming nature of Dave and the neighbors made this peaceful retreat better than I could have imagined. I’ve already recommended this to other people.

We stayed 1 night the weekend before Christmas, a quick visit with my son and daughter in-law, Linda was thoughtful enough to have a lighted Christmas 🎄 wine and snacks for our enjoyment. We would definitely stay again and recommend Linda's beautiful home.

With limited options to stay in Sharpsburg, this hideaway was perfect! Can’t beat a hot tub with a beautiful view.

Conner was very communicative, comprehensive and just overall a great host. Very kind before, during and after our stay. I absolutely loved my stay at the cabin. The cabin itself was very organized and cozy. Very quiet to relax and enjoy its comfort. I would definitely recommend this cabin to friends and family. A place I’d come back to in the near future.

WOW! What an amazing air bnb and property! Dawn was a great host and very attentive to our needs and great to talk with. We had dogs with us and were able to use the trails around the property to run them. I cannot wait to come back!

This was our second stay at Janel's place and it was just as enjoyable as the first time. We loved the fireplace and views from the A frame windows. The hot tub wasn't working unfortunately, but things happen and Janel was communicative about it. Had a great weekend regardless. Also love that Janel is accommodating of dogs. Our fur babies were happy to join us on our getaway.

This cabin was just what we wanted for a weekend getaway from DC. The cabin had plenty of comfortable seating for our group of 8, spacious dining room and kitchen, and extra space to hang downstairs. We got 6” of snow in the middle of our weekend and Amy ensured we could safely get in and out of the driveway. The hot tub was perfect for the snowy weather. I’d definitely stay there again!

I can't say enough nice things about this property and the hosts! I've been to Airbnb's that looked and sounded great online, only to be disappointed by the actual accommodations. This is NOT one of those places! It completely lived up to its photos and description, it was spotless upon arrival, everything was in good working order, the kitchen and appliances/cookware were great, and the attention to detail in the decorations and other amenities were terrific. It exceeded my expectations. Plus, the hosts were very friendly and responsive. They clearly care about both the property and their guests. The area itself also is great. Plenty of things to do within a reasonably short drive, and the grocery store we visited on our way to the property (Martin's) has everything anyone could possibly need. My family and I will definitely be returning in 2025!

If you're looking for a place that's dog-friendly, and large enough for the family to relax and spread out, in the middle of the woods, far away from the hustle and bustle of life, then this is the place for you! My husband and I were looking for a place we could call home while visiting nearby family. WE FOUND IT! Emily and Darragh have a beautiful cabin. The scenery is majestic, and the area is peaceful and quiet. Sitting on the back deck, watching the wildlife, and breathing in the fresh air was the highlight of my time there. The furniture and the beds were comfortable, we had everything we needed to cook our meals and watch some of our favorite shows. Snacks, coffee, and tea were provided, along with just about anything you may need to make your stay comfortable. We visit family every year and we're considering renting from Emily and Darragh again.

Great little location in WV. We didn’t get to use the resorts but had a good time relaxing and enjoying the fireplace. Amenities were practical and clean. Host was very flexible, we had to adjust the dates and they did it with ease even refunded us some money because it was cheaper for the new dates! Highly recommend just for the customer service alone!

Fenced in backyard was perfect for our pups. We really enjoyed the hot tub. Great location and excellent hosts!

Wonderful cabin, exceeding expectations, hopefully we'll be back! Heather was super helpful and flexible with check in and check out as we were worried about weather and getting in okay. Once we arrived, it was an ideal setting to make a fire and watch the snow fall. Plenty of wood and the stove provides a lot of heat for a very cold (outside) few days. Just bring a little kindling/fire starters. Nearby Berkeley Springs had great spa services, got a facial and massage. Sports center at the cabins was also great, peloton and pool! Coffee station at house was also a nice unexpected bonus. Best part was dog friendly! Our "city dog" got to experience the county for a few days. Enclosed balcony/porch was great for our little pug to experience the snow for a bit and then run right back inside.

I really enjoyed my stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful and tucked away but also close to everything and quick access to the highway. I felt like everything was a quick 5-10 minutes away if I wanted to go out and do something, try a restaurant, etc. The room was so comfortable, inviting and clean. I also loved the personal touches Gyasi takes for his guests. It made the stay that more memorable. He was very responsive and very accommodating. I would absolutely book there again when I am in the area. I would recommend this place if you are in the area. It was great.

An absolute gem, the type you hate to review well because you don't want others discovering it. We stayed over a weekend that got a bunch of snow, Jeff was proactive with snow removal, made sure we had everything we needed, and even offered to help us down the driveway with our stuff when we left (it's steep!). I don't think I can put it more simply than to say that we booked our next stay here before we left, it's perfect.

Peaceful and cozy retreat! We celebrated New Years and my husbands birthday with our two pups. We drove to Hancock and ordered a dozen steamed blue crabs from Jimmy Joys and had a feast! The location was easy to find, and felt very private. It’s close to downtown Berkeley Springs where you can hit up some cute shops and snag a drink at the Cardinal! The views are phenomenal - Gods country for sure.

Brittany’s place is a wonderful retreat. Very peaceful place to find solitude. Super clean with amenities nearby! Very responsive and helpful host. Thankyou All the best, Jeff
