Holiday rentals with breakfast in Washington County

One of our favorite places to stay. Close to the campus and our daughter’s apartment. The kitchen is wonderfully stocked and we love spending time at the house. Will be back again.

Ashley’s place is amazing. The house was spotless and felt homey. The house also had everything we needed. We loved the back deck and the hot tub was really nice. I would highly recommend Ashley’s place to everyone.

A great stay at Dream Crest!

2nd stay at this gorgeous house and hopefully not my last!! Matt is an outstanding host and this house is gorgeous just like the pictures! What you don’t know until you stay is that the neighborhood is peaceful and filled with nature and yet literally right on the edge of campus. So, while you can walk to campus, or even to a few restaurants, you will also see deer (we saw a doe and her two babies), groundhogs, raccoon, and tons of birds. You will hear a symphony of birds all day as a matter of fact. You could totally forget you are in the city! Matt was super flexible and patient with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything and everything we needed!

Beautifully converted garage to AirBNB suite. It was tastefully decorated and you could tell the host put a lot of effort into it. If you are attending an Arkansas football or basketball game, thia location is within 10 minute walk from either facility.

The farm house was perfect for a one-night stay for our family. We were 5 adults and one small child, and we had plenty of space! There were even toys and a kids library in the house! We loved the kitty, Fegaro! It was also fun to have cows right outside. The home was comfortable and clean. We felt right at home! Our host was very responsive.

We were in town for Thanksgiving with family. It was so nice to be close to the family and have an additional home to prepare some of the food for the meal. The kitchen was very well equipped. Julie provides pretty much anything you might need. It was also nice to have access to the garage to store our bikes.

Extremely clean place, beds were comfy, home was in a good location, tv was awesome, and I’ve never been to a bnb with a fish so that was cool! Although it didn’t bother us, please make sure to read the entire description as the whole house is not available. No one else stays on the property with you, but we didn’t realize that it wasn’t the full house until we went back to read the description so we were a bit confused. (our fault) Also there is no stove/oven/kitchen sink. However, there is a full fridge and microwave. Think of it set up more as a hotel suite than a full access house. The property was very nice and the back yard is great for sitting and relaxing. Full coffee bar with a some snacks included is a lovely touch. Detailed instructions posted around the house. Overall, we had a great stay, and it was exactly what we needed to have a great time for our vacation to NWA. There are also a few board games and a nice workspace/office as well. We would stay here again for sure!
