Manuel was very attentive and responsive to questions we had on check in and during our stay. We had issues with the Wi-Fi, and Manuel was on top of getting it connected for us. There is plenty of room and the place is clean and comfortable. We had to take our daughter to breakfast in the morning, so we missed out on his offer to bring breakfast. I would definitely stay at Manuels place the next time we are in Fayetteville.

We were in Fayetteville supporting our son who was playing baseball against University of Arkansas. First off, the location was perfect for our needs and was an easy, beautiful 10 minute walk along a public trail. There’s not much in the immediate area as far as restaurants and the like, but a quick 10 minute drive gets you to anyplace you can imagine. Marcy was so helpful prior to and during our stay. We’d stay again.

Ashley’s place is amazing. The house was spotless and felt homey. The house also had everything we needed. We loved the back deck and the hot tub was really nice. I would highly recommend Ashley’s place to everyone.

2nd stay at this gorgeous house and hopefully not my last!! Matt is an outstanding host and this house is gorgeous just like the pictures! What you don’t know until you stay is that the neighborhood is peaceful and filled with nature and yet literally right on the edge of campus. So, while you can walk to campus, or even to a few restaurants, you will also see deer (we saw a doe and her two babies), groundhogs, raccoon, and tons of birds. You will hear a symphony of birds all day as a matter of fact. You could totally forget you are in the city! Matt was super flexible and patient with us throughout our stay and helped us with anything and everything we needed!

What a sweet and comfortable spot! Suzanne has thoroughly thought of everything you may need when visiting. She was a wonderful host that even left me an extra heater in case I got chilly! It was 5 degrees in Fayetteville with snow. So very thankful to have a spot to rest for mom’s weekend at the university! I would highly recommend her Airbnb to others needing a place to stay while visiting.

The farm house was perfect for a one-night stay for our family. We were 5 adults and one small child, and we had plenty of space! There were even toys and a kids library in the house! We loved the kitty, Fegaro! It was also fun to have cows right outside. The home was comfortable and clean. We felt right at home! Our host was very responsive.

We love staying at Julie’s home. This was our second time staying and it is by far one of my favorite places to stay. It’s very comfortable and cozy, there’s a lovely park behind the house, the house is spotless and she has wonderful little extras everywhere. We’ll stay again the next time we come down to visit our family. Highly recommend! And Julie is a kind, friendly and responsive host!

This place is fantastic! The weather was cold, but we were not! There's a space heater that looks like a fireplace and keeps the place nice and cozy (in addition to regular heating). Even back in the bedroom, we never felt cold. Leigh left us lots and lots of snacks, including milk and juices in the fridge! The place was clean and warm and we felt right at home. The next time I need a place to stay in Siloam, I will check here first. Thanks, Leigh!

Extremely clean place, beds were comfy, home was in a good location, tv was awesome, and I’ve never been to a bnb with a fish so that was cool! Although it didn’t bother us, please make sure to read the entire description as the whole house is not available. No one else stays on the property with you, but we didn’t realize that it wasn’t the full house until we went back to read the description so we were a bit confused. (our fault) Also there is no stove/oven/kitchen sink. However, there is a full fridge and microwave. Think of it set up more as a hotel suite than a full access house. The property was very nice and the back yard is great for sitting and relaxing. Full coffee bar with a some snacks included is a lovely touch. Detailed instructions posted around the house. Overall, we had a great stay, and it was exactly what we needed to have a great time for our vacation to NWA. There are also a few board games and a nice workspace/office as well. We would stay here again for sure!

Joseph’s place was welcoming. It has 3 air bnb bedrooms and he lives in the home. My roommates were nice. The bed was comfy. This street has limited parking due to the overflow of neighbor’s vehicles. There is driveway parking but you have to work it out with everyone living inside as people leave at different times for work. Overall I really enjoyed myself and appreciate Joseph. He was always helpful and it felt like we were just one big family.

One of my favorite airbnbs I have ever stayed in!! Chelsea and her family were great hosts. We were welcomed with a box of Rick’s razorback cookies at check-in, the house was perfectly equipped for our large group, and it was less than a 15 minute drive to the stadium and Dickson St. Not to mention the BEAUTIFUL backyard and patio! 10/10 would recommend to anyone going to Fayetteville for a game weekend or just a fun getaway! We can’t wait to come back and stay again!!

We originally booked our stay for parents weekend at UArk but ended up moving to Fayetteville a few months before that. Kim was very flexible and let us reschedule our dates so we could enjoy a Valentine’s Day Staycation. She is an excellent cook and we enjoyed the beautiful views and comfortable and spacious room. It’s a beautiful home and we plan to visit again!

Beautiful home. Convenient location. Every amenity we could ask for. in the kitchen. Rene generously provided lots of breakfast foods. Huge bed in the primary suite with a GORGEOUS primary bath. Would definitely stay at Rene's home again and we highly recommend it to others.

We had such a wonderful stay! John is so accommodating and made sure everything was perfect for us during our daughter’s graduation weekend. What an absolutely beautiful place to stay! Not luxurious but who needs that when you have the Ozarks off your porch, the friendliest hosts, and a delicious, plentiful breakfast? The bed was comfortable, the towels changed whenever you need (we didn’t need) and there was so much space!! We would definitely recommend staying at Sky-Vue Lodge.
