Cabin holiday rentals in Wasatch County

Great place. Not exactly ski in/out but we overcame that. Never seen so much snow in my life. Had the total Utah ski vacation

We had a great stay at the Rustic Cabin! Fit all of us comfortably, Jill/Matt were very helpful and responsive. Very walkable to Brighton resort which helped miss all the traffic/parking which was nice.

This cabin was prepared and very accommodating. When we got in the house wood was stacked in the fireplace and fire pit with plenty of extra around, but also had a furnace if you don't feel like lighting a fireplace. All the bathrooms and hot tub were clean and nice. The worst part about the cabin was low water pressure, but it is a cabin so it was expected. On the other hand they have a tankless water heater, so there is always unlimited hot water. Great value for a winter cabin, and close to the city if you need something.

We loved the local (1 mile to Solitude & 3 miles to Brighton). Quiet Neighbrhd (good & Bad). The place is great & Andrew is a proactive communicator! he had a sledding hill on the side of the house with sleds on the porch. He even got us a reservation for road parking because I didn't reserve parking at the ski resorts (requird on weeknds! Think ahead, FYI). we will absolutely stay there again! It's important to "know yourself" with this place though. If you want dining options, you have to drive 14 miles down to town OR go to the local estblshmnt (SilverFork Lodge). this place is right out of the 60's / 70's and should be visited but don't expect fine dining..it is what it is.. it's close. IF you want to sit out at the hot tub with a group of friends, listening to music and enjoying, this is NOT the place for you! The neighbor, to our understanding is a real pain. we never saw him. BUT, there are signs everywhere that complaints could lead to cancelling your reservation.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. The host was extremely responsive and made sure I felt welcome from the moment I arrived. The location was perfect—close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax. The bed was super comfortable, and all the amenities were top-notch. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fantastic place to stay. Unmatched service and unbeatable location! Emily and Alex are first-rate hosts. We appreciated their swift communication and proactive thoughts. For example, we received nine inches of snow the morning we left their house. They offered to come up to clear the driveway so we could get out easily. The location is unreal...right along the main road into Big Cottonwood Canyon. Yes, you can walk to/from the lifts at Brighton (and we did), though we also found it easy to drive the short distance up the hill with our three kids (during the week only - don't attempt this Fri-Sun!). Solitude is an easy drive from the house, best part is you're driving opposite the main flow of traffic. Make sure to have ALL of your groceries before entering the canyon - very slim options in the canyon. We found the home to be super cozy, comfortable beds, extremely well-stocked kitchen, and arguably the best hot tub we've ever experienced. All in all...a GREAT experience and we look forward to returning.

A cozy and convenient base camp for the serious skier (and selected family members). Two convenient lifts, restaurants, a delightful bar scene, pizza and a small grocery store — all within easy walking distance.

This is a beautiful and cozy cabin in Sundance. It is private and quiet and a great place for a relaxing stay. The cabin was clean, spacious, and well-stocked. I highly recommend booking with Stewart Mountain Lodging!

We were impressed with the feel of the cabin! Very cozy and had beautiful views, especially since it had just snowed the day we got there. There were plenty of entertaining options for adults and kids. It's a 15-20 minute drive if you want to go out to eat or need to go to a store, just FYI, but we planned for that and it wasn't a problem as we wanted to go somewhere remote and just relax in place. Would visit again!

We had such a fun, peaceful time during our mini-winter getaway! Our kiddos absolutely loved the outdoor treehouse and swing, and had a blast exploring the outdoor area and looming over into the creek. The house was well equipped with anything we needed, and the beds were comfy cozy. There were additional heaters / fans for our groups individual needs, and plenty of space for all of us to sleep and feel comfortable. Thank you for the wonderful memories! We hope to be able to visit again someday.

Beautiful cabin by the river. A great horned owl hung out on a branch while we were enjoying the jacuzzi. Very cozy cabin with wood provided for the wood burning stove. Will definitely book again!

This was the perfect cozy cabin for our family trip. It was spacious enough for all of our kids, had a fully stocked kitchen AND wood burning stove. Wildlife sightings were so magical and it’s so fun to feel like you were in your own secluded hideaway. While you feel far away from everything, this cabin is close to so many fun things to do. Overall such a great family stay.

I had the most amazing stay. I went solo and took my motorcycle and had no problems. It was so secluded and quiet which was exactly what I needed. The cabin was completely updated, clean and beautiful. It made me want to cook, read, and do all the things I was hoping to do while there. The walk up to the river was enchanting. I moved a chair to the rivers edge and read. Bunnies and squirrels hopped around and I felt like I was in a fairytale! Jamie was responsive prior to booking and afterward. There were a few things I didn't pack and they cabin had them which was really nice. I want to come back in the winter when the snow is falling. I love the mountains and being at the base was so pretty and healed a piece of me.

Was a great place to stay close to Provo but not in it. Close enough to run out for dinner groceries etc. Probably 15 minutes to BYU campus and all the action. Cute home on a creek, what a treat to site by the creek and enjoy a canyon home. I would go back for sure. We enjoyed the cabin very much

Alice is a great host! She was very responsive and sent clear messages back within 5 minutes. Lots of things were done that weren't necessary but enriched our experiences, such as shovels available at the front door and provided salt for the driveway. The area is very pretty, and the cabin was very clean and looked exactly like its pictures. Would recommend!

Wow, this cabin was awesome! We stayed there with our four little kids and grandparents and had a wonderful time. We had planned to go into town a couple times during our stay, but the kids had so much fun sledding in the backyard and down the super long street out front, that we just stayed at the cabin the whole time! The theater room was great each night and we loved playing foosball! The place was well stocked and we want to make it an annual trip going there!

Wow our stay was amazing . The cabin was perfect it was decorated so thoughtfully with so many interesting details. It was a perfect weekend get away for our anniversary there was also a kind note and some peach cider left on the table for us to toast. We had the best stay and plan on returning as soon as we can. Loved it so much here quiet and peaceful.

The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable. So much space for families. Attention to detail in decor and comfort. It IS true you need a 4Wheek Drive to get in and out if it snows.
