Cabin was very warm and peaceful. we had a very relaxing stay! The hot tub was perfect. There is plenty of places to shop around the cabin. We would definitely stay again!

I very much enjoyed my stay at Daniel's lake house. The screened-in porch and outdoor seating on the lower level were great. The lake was great for paddle boarding and his neighbors were all very friendly. I plan to rent again next summer.

Holley's place fit the description and photos exactly as presented. We were looking for a place that was relatively close to Notre Dame, and that allowed us to bring our dog. This place fit the bill. It was easy to find, clean, and as I said, fit the description and photos exactly. It was also a nice area to walk our dog. We were here in December and so we could not take advantage of the lake, but if you are here in summer, it's just a stone's throw away, and I imagine very nice. When you think about how much hotels in South Bend and even Elkhart charge on game days this was a no brainer. The price was solid and it was a relatively fast and easy drive from ND. I would definitely stay here again on another game weekend. Thank you Holley!

This cabin was a perfect remote, relaxing and quiet getaway...yet had so many great amenities like volleyball, paddle boards, a kayak, canoe and fishing rods. The kitchen was well appointed and the beds and bedding were very comfortable. Perfect getaway for a group that wants a non-touristy private lake, but still have the option for tons of fun together! On top of all that, Lisa was incredibly helpful, responsive and provided the perfect balance of communication (prior to and during our stay). It was obvious that she takes great pride in her cabin and property. We can't wait to go back!

The house was exactly what we needed. It was relaxing and quiet, and the views of the lake were wonderful. We enjoyed beautiful sunsets and sunrises. The house was spacious and everyone had a space to themselves. We enjoyed playing some games, sitting on the porch (even in December), and watching movies. We look forward to visiting again in the summer to take advantage of the lake and an outdoor fire.

We loved this romantic getaway! The home is cozy, comfortable, and really relaxing! The hot tub is wonderful for a winter getaway and we even spent the nights stargazing!

A bunch of old college friends and I picked this place as a middle ground to all get together for a weekend. We adored the size of the cottage and the closeness it afforded us, while still having more private spaces to wind down. We ate in for the whole weekend and were so glad to have all we needed to cook all our meals. The view of the lake in the morning was perfect and so peaceful. The sleeping arrangements worked out great for 6 of us — we all felt rested and comfortable. We’re all thrilled with our stay and would definitely do it again!

I have to say that this was one of the greatest experiences we’ve ever had. Let me 1st say that the host Josh is absolutely amazing. He responds quickly to any questions or concerns. We absolutely loved our stay! House was clean and perfect for us, had everything we needed. The water was clear and we loved the sandy beach, We will be back again!

I would stay here again in a heartbeat. It couldn't have been better. We stayed here and friends stayed in another home on the property, and it was nice to have our own place but be within walking distance to friends. Pickleball was SO FUN, and we fell like we were back in our 1990s teenage camping trips in the sports court (its open air, but we didn't care about that...totally gets the job done and was my favorite part. We had cold weather so didn't take advantage of the hiking, but it looked like a perfect hiking loop. Can't say enough positive about this place. There was no TV, which was clearly stated in the listing; at first I thought it would be a drawback, but it was nice to not have that option. I highly recommend and would stay again. Beautiful, comfortable, squeaky clean home. Thank you.

We were very happy to find Lindsey's listing. The cabin was beautiful. Once we arrived we really didn't want to leave. Mike had a wonderful Christmas light display in the living area which he shared with us. We really hope to stay here in the future. Wonderful place to stay and wonderful and gracious hosts. We spent a weekend at the cabin and loved every minute of it! Great location and so peaceful right on the water, the inside was spotless and well kept! We’ll be back!

Everything about this place was even better than expected. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the apartment was very spacious and peaceful. The wifi was super fast, so this is a great option for anyone who, like me, is looking to have a combination of work and vacation. JoLisa provided very clear instructions on finding the place and responded very quickly when I managed to miss the clearly posted wifi login info. Everything about my stay was easy and enjoyable.

My wife and I rented this cabin for our anniversary weekend. Absolutely loved the privacy and setting in the woods! Dave/Karyn paid attention to the little details that made our stay extra special. Plenty of wood and supplies for the fire pit, Alexa speaker, plenty of towels and linens, YoutubeTV. They also delivered flowers to the cabin that I sent to their home. There are tons of things to do in the area. 15 minutes from Lake Michigan. This property is a great value!

Julie’s place was a quiet getaway. It was very quiet and close to the water with a public access less than 5 minutes away.
