We highly recommend this property and Albina's communication, as well as relaxed check-in and check-out. We stayed again from Hamburg for 2 nights in Bad Harzburg for my husband's birthday over the weekend to enjoy nature and tranquility and were lucky enough to be able to book here at very short notice. My big compliment from a small 1-room apartment to design a comfortable modern sparkling clean little oasis in the middle of the "city", where nothing is missing. The apartment is super nice and quiet right around the corner from the Elfenstein. If you want to eat something quickly in the evening, the situation is not so well suited, but the apartment is well equipped to provide for yourself - even with a dishwasher in the kitchenette. The apartment is beautifully large for two (+pet) and offers a wonderful view from the large living room windows. Communication with the hosts was super straightforward with clear and helpful information about flexible check-in with a lockbox. Definitely a recommendation for those who want to have their peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of the forest!

We were on site as a group of four for a weekend in Wernigerode/Schierke and were directly enthusiastic about the accommodation. The host always responded to our questions the same day and was very accommodating with the last minute rebooking of our visit, due to a private emergency. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your reliability and goodwill! The accommodation itself was clean, furnished as described (as a small info: instead of an oven there is a microwave with oven function, which also worked well) and prepared the beds for us according to our wishes. However, most importantly - we felt right at home there! The location of the accommodation was good according to our requirements, shopping and coming to the bakery in the morning was very easy. All in all we had an excellent and relaxing stay and would book Villa Charlotte next time too!
