Nick is a great host - very welcoming and helpful with recommendations on things to do and places to eat. The accomodation was really clean, well-equipped, and imaginatively designed to make the best use of the space available. The location was perfect - it's a five minute walk to the beach and a short drive to Margate and Broadstairs. Would highly recommend and we hope to be back.

A first-class experience in a first-class home with a first-class host. We were three families with five kids and found the layout more perfect than we could have imagined. The kitchen/living space/dining table is all of one space for great flow. And the office/auxiliary room was ideal for giving the kids (and us!) some privacy. Oh, and the hot tub is fantastic. Bobby is incredibly responsive. Would highly recommend!

A lovely bungalow, in a great location. Walmer, Deal and Dover Castle well worth a visit. Will highly recommend to family and friends.

A great stay to celebrate Christmas with the family, by the fireplace, around a beautiful tree and nice little gifts as soon as we arrive! Nikitia was very attentive to us and even recommended several Christmas activities in the area...

We had a very peaceful and enjoyable stay at this lovely cottage. The design is beautiful, and it’s well-equipped with everything we needed. The hosts were excellent—responsive, accommodating, and helpful. The garden, which extends into a large secure meadow, was perfect for our dog. We also enjoyed a trip to Botany Bay, which was a definite highlight. Overall, a great spot for a relaxing break.

Great house to spend time with friends for a 50th. Very close to Canterbury which has lots of great shops, bars and restaurants. Also close to Chapel down and a couple of stellar pub do lunch out dinner. The house was everything we needed it to be and the pool was perfect!

Had a brilliant holiday at the lighthouse - great location with sea and walks in the doorstep. The house was perfect for us really interesting , inspiring and quirky with everything you could need. Comfy beds, clean, private and quiet. Maggie was a lovely host to communicate with. Great views too! Want to return in the summer to use the pool! Thank you :)

We had an amazing short break at Alan and Bill’s place. I cannot recommend it enough! the house is beautiful with full sea view (just across the road), very well equipped, and they have thought of everything you might need. While the swimming pool wasn’t heated during our stay in late October, the house offered plenty more, including a hot tub, sauna, and dedicated BBQ area. The enclosed garden was perfect for our dog to play comfortably. In addition to the beautiful house, Alan and Bill were the most amazing hosts we've experienced in nearly a decade of Airbnb stays. They truly went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time, responding promptly to all our questions from booking through our stay and accommodating our requests to the best they could. We’re already considering our next trip!

Booked a last min getaway at Nikki’s place and it was fabulous. Was able to get an early check in to make the most of time. House was beautifully decorated as really well located. I will definitely be booking again

Was very happy with our stay at Peter’s place…the location couldn’t have been better, easy walking to the sea and the shops, beautifully clean and well equipped with great communication from Peter and cleaning staff. Parking is the only slight issue but you can find somewhere and just keep an eye out for spaces as they appear! Would def recommend and highly likely to return for longer I suspect! Thanks again 😃

I cannot speak highly enough of this place- there was a large group of us and we all said it was one of the best Airbnb’s we have ever stayed at. It has a lovely fully equipped gym, a roomy and warm hot tub, spacious kitchen which was wonderful to cook a huge Christmas lunch, and a cosy living room to chill and watch movies. Lisa was a fantastic host who was always really responsive, helpful & very kind, and she even left us some Christmas treats and decorated with a Christmas tree 🎄 We couldn’t haven’t asked for a warmer host or house for our Christmas so we are so thankful & happy we chose to stay here! Thank you Lisa! We definitely would love to stay again!

This is a beautiful house, exactly as shown in the photos - fresh, clean, and equipped with every possible amenity. The heating is excellent, making winter evenings cozy and enjoyable. Sharon, the host, was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. Highly recommended!

What an amazing place, Seasalter Cabin provided us with a “home” to stay for 4 days. There were lots of options if you want to eat out, or cook! We love your kitchen and that dining table. Feeling energised and chilled afterwards. Thank you!

Absolutely beautiful barn providing the opportunity for a perfect couples getaway. Spent my husbands birthday weekend here and it was very peaceful. The interior of the barn was beautifully decorated and very spacious, it had a fully functional kitchen with all the utensils you could ever need and had smart TV's which allowed us to watch whatever our hearts desired. Diewertje left us a little goody basket which we used for breakfast. This barn had many outlets, which is a great feature if you plan to work while away. The only issue we faced was that we got unlucky with cold and rainy weather so the barn was a little cold. However, Diewertje was very hospitable and accommodating by giving us extra firewood, heaters and also came in to check our heating was working. Location was great, 10 minute drive to Tesco for groceries and very quiet at night which was perfect. Overall I would really recommend staying here and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

The house was spotless, nicely decorated and well maintained, in a quiet area. Travel cot and high chair provided were good quality and clean, and kitchen was stocked with enough equipment for a short break. Stefanie was responsive to queries and altogether a great host.

We had a lovely stay at St Davids. The house is absolutely stunning. We visited with family over Christmas and arrived to a lovely decorated house. We even received a Christmas hamper on arrival which was a lovely extra touch. Hien was contactable throughout our stay with prompt responses to our queries. We would definitely stay again.

My one night stay at Alana’s met all our needs …it is close to the station, a clean and tidy house with a lovely en suite off the main bedroom. Alana was quick to respond to messages and gave local recommendations for places to eat. Thank you Alana.

Perfect house, had everything we needed for a family of 4 over Christmas, even a Christmas tree, crackers and chocolate! Host was responsive and very friendly, house was clean and had ample space. It was toddler proof and felt comfortable and safe. Hosts appreciated and listened to feedback. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back. Thank you!

Great stay and very accommodating host

we absolutely loved staying here, a beautiful house with an incredible beach side location. Strolling through the back garden and straight on to the sand dunes was a real treat. The interior of the house is incredible and hugely relaxing and it had everything you needed for a lovely stay. would love to come back one day again.

We had a lovely family gathering here. Loved the close proximity of the beach and had some lovely walks from the door with the dogs. We ate in and the kitchen was very well equipped for larger numbers. The two lounges worked well for us we used one as a playroom. The rooms were spacious, larger than in the photos and lovely and warm. Jo was a very good host, with clear and warm communication.

Perfect house for our family of 5 - just a gorgeous little place! Just a stones throw away from the beach, so it was a great location, comfortable beds and had everything needed for our short break. Cute little puzzle game with prizes and lots of board games, with so many extra things to make the stay more enjoyable and to make you feel at home. From the marshmallow bbq toasting kit, Ice poles, milk in the fridge and some welcome snacks - just really thoughtful touches. Mehtab was super helpful and responsive and was very accommodating when we asked for an earlier check in time. We loved our stay and will definitely visit again. 100% recommend Mehtab’s place!
