i will definitely be returning! the location is great and in a safe area my car felt super safe in the parking garage a beautiful view out of the window everything’s new and modern super clean checking in was super easy they show you every step on how to get in !

This was such a great place to stay in downtown Detroit and very cozy and quiet. I would recommend staying here to anyone who is looking for a place to stay while exploring the city of detroit! Thank you Rachael!

Great location, loved that it was so walkable as we didn't have a car. Place was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need to be comfortable. The view was amazing and the host was very responsive!

My stay at Carole’s Motown Oasis was wonderful, choked full of amenities and plenty space to stretch out. It was clean and ready for a peaceful stay. Perfectly equipped for a short or long stay. Plenty of desk space for work and tv equipped in every room. It has a nice walk out patio perfect sunbathing or morning breakfast. All around great stay and better host cant wait to visit again.

Auntie Blondie (as she told me to call her) was an awesome host. She was very thorough giving me a tour of the property and was a phone call away when I needed anything. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again. The home was nicely decorated and furnished. We walked to everything that we came to Detroit to do. Communication was great excellent!

My brother in law was in town and needed a place to stay for the night as everything was booked. Gohso was super quick to accept his stay and was understanding of my brother in law needing a place to stay for the night. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a nice private room!

Amazing views and cool downtown location! Excellent communication from the hosts and located conveniently just a few blocks down from downtown restaurants and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second time staying at Ian’s and once again he was amazing. We enjoy ourselves every time we stay here, the jacuzzi is always our favorite part.. along with the kitchen and decor of the place. Ian is also always very communicative and responsive. Thanks Ian,

The condo is very nice and Sequoyah has added the extras that made my stay great. The bedding was really soft and comfortable and the bed was adjustable!! I thought the phone charger cords for any kind of cell phone was a thoughtful touch and I appreciated the small refrigerator in the room. I only wish I had brought the sign-in information for the TV apps I subscribe to to use on Roku. This place was not far from my event and near shopping and restaurants. At first, I was not sure about going upstairs, but it wasn’t a big flight or difficult. Sequoyah met me outside and helped me carry my stuff. I thought that was considerate. The price was very reasonable and would, definitely, stay here again.

We enjoyed our visit. Very clean. Definitely would love to return again. Highly recommend this place. 😊

FANTASTIC place to stay if you are an intern, as you really only need your clothes and toiletries at a minimum. You get your own room and bathroom, and Ruth is the opposite of bothersome—but caring, kind, and respectful. Ruth actively communicates all necessary information, is open to conversation, and even asks how you are doing from time to time. You might even get the chance to hear her sing to herself in passing! Great summer stay, thanks Ruth!

We stayed at this property little over 2 weeks , the house was "cozy" and it had everything you could ever want in a house. But what made the stay a success is Eric..he always checked on us made sure we are not missing anything, he always asked if we needed anything or if he can help us in anyway...the house if a rare catch and Eric made it too good to miss out.

Lovely home! Very comfortable living room furniture. The two full bathrooms are a big help. Less than a 20 min drive to all Detroit sport stadiums.

Really appreciated Eva and all she helped us with over our two week stay in Her well appointed home. Be sure and check the pantry before you grocery shop if you intend to cook bc the pantry is very well stocked, as was the entire home. We’ve never stayed in a home that so completely anticipated our needs. A really wonderful experience start to finish. Thanks Eva.
