Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Wakulla County

A gem of a spot! Mary's lil place was just as it had been represented and I really enjoyed my stay. the "village" which this unit resides is cozy and welcoming and everyone I met was beyond friendly. Mary provided excellent directions and was able to find it easily. There was one minor unforeseeable issue, but Mary and Nancy were quick to rectify the situation....highly recommend this host and property...Thank you!

Our family really enjoyed staying at Melodie’s place! We absolutely loved staying above the horse barn and getting to see, pet and give treats to the horses. The setting is so peaceful and quiet. The house had such a neat western feel and was very cozy and comfortable. We felt right at home and had access to anything we needed for sleeping and meals. The local area had lots of outdoor activities, beautiful forests, rivers and beaches. It truly is a hidden gem. Melodie was so friendly, very welcoming and responsive to any of our questions or needs. We would love to come back and stay again sometime!

What a phenomenal view! Such a great place for a family vacation with kids! We caught fish in the back yard every day. We also got to see stingrays, horse shoe crabs, blue crabs, and a thousand fiddler crabs. Best back porch view of any place that we’ve ever stayed. And the house is very close to two of the best seafood restaurants around, Trident and Angelo’s. If you want a very unique and exciting outdoor experience, this is the place to go. You can truly get back to the basics and enjoy life at this place! The house is very comfortable and cozy with a decent sized kitchen and plenty of space for hanging out downstairs as well. The back porch was our favorite place to be every morning and evening. Can’t wait to come back!

The hosts were very helpful and the house information was very descriptive. There was information in the house that could help us. The bathroom, kitchen and house are very clean. The market is very close. The location of the house is quiet. It's a great house to relax. We stayed for two nights, but we will come back to stay much longer. Thank you very much for everything🌸🙏

Sassy & Wim were amazing! They were very responsive and helpful. From dealing with the snow and a power outage they were quick to help out and get us up with a generator. Best host you can ask for! Can’t wait to book again next year 🩷

Hands down one of the best places we have enjoyed with our family!!! Truly felt like a second home with all of the amenities. Perfect for any sized family to have a peaceful vacation! We can’t wait to make this a regular vacation spot to continue to make beautiful memories with our family!!!

My stay at Frans was wonderful! It was Valentine's Day and she left a rose on the pillows and sprinkled rose petals on the bed! She was wonderful and so was her little beach bungalow! Very much worth the money!

My husband and I stayed with our two pups and my mother came down with her two dogs. There was plenty of room for everyone and we appreciated the fully fenced yard. The hot tub was amazing. Beautiful views of the sky and pretty private backyard. Withing walking distance of everything you'd need. Furnished kitchen. It was the best Christmas we've ever had!
