Holiday rentals with a patio in Waitsfield

We had a very comfortable stay. The setting on the river was quite peaceful, and the home was comfortable. It was a quick drive to Norwich University to watch hockey and visit our daughter, also a quick drive into Montpelier. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking meals in, and we enjoyed setting the puzzle. We will definitely stay again when we come back for another visit.

Tanner was the ultimate host. His property was pristine and worked out great for two couples. He had labeled all the cabinets in the kitchen so that it was easy to find whatever you were looking for! The lockable outside shed for our bikes was a huge plus. The stairs to the 2nd floor apt were a bit steeper than normal but were still easy to navigate. The living room had multiple seating options. Beds were very comfortable. Showers had plenty of hot water and ample towels were available. Would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be returning!

We really enjoyed our stay at Mac's! The loft was cosy, super well decorated, filled with light and well equipped. Mac was reactive, we will come back, that's for sure!

Andrew’s place was super clean, well decorated, and quiet! Communication was great and we felt very comfortable there. The view from the house was beautiful and the neighborhood and nearby roads were very nice! I enjoyed a long peaceful walk. In warmer weather, it would be excellent for going for a long bike ride! We enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this Airbnb.

Chez Loubier feels like a comfortable home. Kitchen is the MOST well equipped of any Airbnb, VRBO, or rental unit we’ve used. Included were a “starter” set of provisions so you didn’t have to run out to the grocery store. A pretty good set of spices are available with every appliance you’d need. The sun room is particularly inviting. My wife curls up with her book while the morning sun warms the space (our stay is Dec-Jan). The neighbor is a nice setting and adjacent to our grand children’s school.

I had a wonderful stay at Cheryl's. Her space was comfortable, blissfully quiet, and spotlessly clean. To top it off, Cheryl was warm and welcoming. She brought down homemade cranberry nut bread on my arrival and offered homemade toll-house cookies the morning I left. I've found a little slice of paradise in Thetford, Vermont! I would especially recommend the space to solo travelers, as the area is very safe.

Place was exactly as described and exactly what we needed for our overnight ski trip at Sugarbush.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Michael’s place while returning my daughter for her spring semester at Plattsburgh. The space was warm and cozy, making it easy to feel comfortable and right at home. We truly enjoyed our time and would love to visit again in the future.

We had a great 3 night stay for a family ski trip to Stowe. The place was much nicer than the pictures give it credit for! Felt pretty updated and we loved the art/decor. The 2 br and 2 full baths are on the 2nd floor. Our kids stayed in the br with 2 smaller twins (beds perfect for smaller kids & fit our middle schooler, but beds likely not big enough for taller adults/teens!). AirBNB was stocked with games, and we didn't have time for the pool/hot tub, but was a quick drive through the parking lot. We bought food at the organic grocery a few minutes away for snacks/breakfasts, but had lunch/dinner out. Piecasso and Idyletime were both great meals and only a few minute drive away. We ended up driving to the mountain and (paid) parking wasn't an issue in the mornings, but over the holidays, parking filled up at the main lots by afternoon. The shuttle bus is a close walk, but parking at the resort was surprisingly easy. Thank you!! Would definitely recommend!!

We very much enjoyed our New Year's stay at Neal's house. We loved the proximity to the Craftsbury Outdoor center, the quiet and peaceful surroundings while not being far to a couple of towns as well as Neal's responsiveness during out stay. We would absolutely recommend this Airbnb to others and are excited about the prospect of staying here again in the future.

Our group of 8 had a lovely stay at Nick and Sara's home. It was spacious and clean - and even had a lighted holiday tree to brighten out evenings. Plenty of room for our group to cook, exchange gifts and play games. Easy access to Morrisville for shopping and pizza! We'd stay here again winter or summer.

Extremely comfortable home with great location to Burlington and Shelburne. Enjoyed several snow days. Very efficient kitchen and the Christmas cookies turned out perfect. Rob was right, despite cold temperatures outside the heaters set at 66 kept us toasty warm.

This was a great spot to stay for a long weekend in Burlington. Well positioned between Downtown and southern breweries in town. Two large bedrooms and very comfortable beds and a nice fenced in yard. We would definitely stay here again.

I traveled from out of state to stay and host a small team retreat during the workday hours with Carla's approval. Her home worked perfectly for our goals and needs. It created a wonderful environment to be able to cook breakfast and lunch for the team and to have the space for sub groups to break out for discussions. The dining room, where we met primarily, was incredibly bright and spacious, and the large table accommodated a small group interaction perfectly. Carla was very responsive to questions and solutions were quickly at hand. Thank you!

Sherry's cottage was the perfect place for our family to view the eclipse from! The place was well-equipped with everything we needed and spotless. Would definitely stay again!

Great location in Burlington - close to the highway and several breweries and bagel shops. Close to downtown as well. Was exactly what we needed for a small group stay over a long weekend.

I had a wonderful stay at this cozy condo in the skiing resort! The location was unbeatable – just a short walking distance to the slopes, making it incredibly convenient for skiing. Waking up to the breathtaking view of the mountain through the window was an absolute treat and set the perfect tone for the day. The condo itself was warm and inviting, with a functioning fireplace that became our favorite spot to relax after a day out in the snow. The kitchen was impressively well-stocked with all the pots, pans, and utensils you could need, and even included some pantry basics, which made cooking a breeze. The host was incredibly cooperative and went above and beyond when I had trouble with the internet. She spent a lot of time helping me resolve the issue, which I truly appreciated. Overall, this condo was the perfect base for a ski getaway, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent hospitality. Thank you for a fantastic stay!

Easy to find and easy access to the slopes. Liked that we were near the slopes. Made it super easy for us to go out in the AM and to go back for a quick break whenever needed. Eric was always super responsive and helpful.

The location was great for quickness to Killington Ski Resort and restaurants. The condo was clean, nicely decorated and perfect for our family of 5. Angela was quick to respond with communication and recommendations. Our family loved the pool and hot tub, and the workers there were very friendly. We will definitely book again for a future visit.

Highly recommend! Great location! Excellent communication! Wonderful to be able to walk to good restaurants without driving in addition to skiing right to the lift. Place was super clean and cozy! Next time we need to stay longer!

The condo was conveniently located. We appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped so we can prepare quick meals, breakfast, etc for those days we did not want to eat out. The 1.5 bathrooms were clean and it was nice to have the option for a family of 4. We appreciated it very much that it was pet friendly. It was very walkable to the supermarket, Stowe Recreation Path, and Grants (restaurant) and Green Mountain Inn. The daily drive to the mountain was easy. Thank you.
