Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Wainscott

Wonderful host! Was very responsive and quick to share some local restaurants and places. The short walk to the beach was great, and I would definitely recommend this spot to anyone looking for a quick getaway!

Terrific stay at Ellen’s lovely cottage. The house is warmly decorated and cozy. Amazing patio with outdoor fireplace and big gas grill. Fully equipped kitchen for gourmet cooking. The bathrooms are new and very clean. Lots of delightful and thoughtful little touches. A great base for exploring the North Fork!

Really liked this house - quiet and secluded with the family. Good amenities, lovely back yard, and peaceful surroundings. About 20 mins to the beach by the time you park and walk across. A 10-15 min walk to a little dock with a playground for young kids. Thanks for the stay!

What a lovely place! Kitchen was a pleasure to use. Location was great for wineries and Greenport restaurants/bars. Spacious.

We had an INCREDIBLE stay! We went for my sisters bachelorette party and it was perfect. It made me want to book again in the summer! I was initially worried about space, but everyone fit perfectly. Paula was very accessible and easy to work with:) 10/10 recommend.

We spent a beautiful family Christmas at Paul’s place meeting there, Christmas Day with Son, toddler grandson, and 100 pound dog. We arrived an hour early (coming from four states away with the hound) and there was a little tension about getting the code to get into the property but got in at check in time and were greeted by a beautifully kitted out pristine and cozy home at which to spend our Christmas together. The grandson loved toddling around and the dog meandered happily in the fenced in yard. Paul advised us to turn on the gas fireplace, which we did and a lovely time was had by all. There was nothing lacking in the place, bedding and beds were very comfortable, and we are definitely planning to come back for another visit someday. I can’t say enough about Southold in the entire North Fork area. It’s charming, has lots of farms and vineyards and cute boutiques and such but it’s not over built like so many other areas.

Terence reached out to me before I left for NY. Everything was as he described it and I know he would have been happy to answer any further questions I might have. Nice place, great location!

We had a wonderful time at Viviana’s place and would definitely stay here again!

There are not enough stars to give to Nancy and her air b&b. This was our first experience with the app. The room was better than advertised. But what made this even more special was Nancy herself. What a sweet, kind woman. We plan on going back often. Not only to explore the Hampton area. But to make sure we have a drink around the fire pit with Nancy and her husband. Thank you again Nancy. You were awesome.

We had a wonderful Valentine's day Weekend at Deborah's. The loft was so cozy and so cute. She allowed us to bring our cat (who also had a blast sleeping in the cozy beds). The hot tub was also super relaxing and Deborah was nice enough to put an orange tarp on top of the tub so it can be a bit covered from the snow (which by the way, super unserious suggestion, a roof over the tub would be amazing). We also enjoyed how close it was to Sag Harbor and some other Vineyards we were able to visit. The property itself was also super peaceful, it was an overall relaxing weekend. Thank you for being such a great host!

This was my second time staying here at Erica’s place and I will be choosing this airbnb every time I come to Long Island! It’s truly SO cozy and feels like my home away from home. Checking in is very simple and Erica will respond quickly every time you reach out. The place is always spotless, smells amazing and I always get the best sleep here! Had such a wonderful getaway at Clare's place in Montauk. Wanted to get out of the city and it was perfect. Clare was so friendly and communicative. Very quick with a recommendation (needed because we went in the office season). Felt right at home and the location was so close to the lighthouse and a beautiful beach across the street. Very affordable and very accommodating to our dogs. We will definitely be visiting again.

We had a fabulous time! Can't wait to come back. Was equally perfect for two toddlers as it was for four adults! Beautiful property, amazing hot tub, comfortable beds, great kitchen... everything was lovely.

Quick and easy check in! Place was exactly as described and pictured. Host was very friendly and communicative. Many amenities and everything you could think of needing on a getaway was available within the place. Would definitely return.
