Waterfront holiday rentals in Waikiki Beach

Will rebook Timmy's place again when we go back to Hawaii next year. There's a lot of restaurants that are walking distance. Waikiki beach is about 10-15 mins walk. Its paid to park in the garage but theres free parking spots near the canal (if you get lucky, it gets filled up pretty fast.) There's also plenty of equipments you can use when you go to the beach so you don't need to buy/rent when you get there. The living room area has a stunning view outside and the balcony is a nice place to wind down after a hectic day. We didn't go to the 6th floor but it has the pool, gym, and convenience store. Highly recommended!

We stayed here with our two kiddos and it was a great space. The sofa couch worked out great for our 3 and 6 year old. We had plenty of towels for bathing and the beach. The beach toys and chairs were great to have. Kitchen was great and well stocked. We ate dinner at home most nights. Kyle offered great recommendations for when we rented a car, but we were able to walk to a lot of places too. Thank you Kyle for being flexible with our check-in and check-out times! Really helped make our trip go smoothly with our kiddos. We also loved watching the fireworks from the balcony on our last night!

This place was absolutely the best! Great location, right by the Waikiki beach, you just cross the street. The apartment is gorgeous! Very nice decoration, top-of-the-line everything, from the bed, toilet, coffee machine etc. He provides everything you may need for the beach! And I have to say, there are remodeling but is not bothersome they have some noice from 9 am till 4 pm Monday to Friday. But you probably would not be there. For us was totally fine.

My daughter and I stayed at Jenny’s Cottage Airbnb, and it was absolutely wonderful! We visited Hawaii two years ago and stayed in a one-bedroom apartment, not realizing we had booked a one-bedroom again in the same building! It ended up being the perfect amount of space for the two of us. The place had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. It’s true what they say – it’s only a 5-minute walk to the gym, and everything else is walkable too! Jenny provided us with a spot in the garage and was very responsive whenever we needed anything. The place was clean, and it truly made us feel at home, like we were living the island life. It was my daughter and I’s favorite thing to wake up before sunrise and drink coffee out on the front porch. Be prepared for a beautiful view during both sunsets and sunrises! We did rent a car, and while there is a small fee for parking, we were blessed to have the parking garage! Our entire stay was stress-free, and we can’t wait to book with her.

Our stay in Honolulu was absolutely amazing! The location was perfect to stay away from the craziness of the strip but still close enough to beaches, great restaurants, and all the must-see spots. It’s also walking distance from Ala Moana shopping centre which is a massive plus! The parking was also super convenient as we could park on the same level as the apartment. The host’s thoughtfulness truly made our trip extra special. I mentioned we were celebrating a birthday, and they surprised us with big “Happy Birthday” balloons and a hamper full of snacks, slippers, and local recommendations. It was such a sweet and unexpected touch! The space was spotless, well-equipped, and super comfortable. Both the main bed and the sofa bed were really cozy, making for a great night’s sleep. The host was also so helpful and quick to respond, making our stay even better. We had an unforgettable time and would 100% stay here again!

Kelly's apartment was a well-appointed, compact space with comfortable murphy bed and furniture. Great kitchen facilities if you like to self-cater. We found that there was sufficient space to leave the murphy bed down all the time. Parking in the building was quite easy and convenient. Ala Moana Blvd can get quite noisy a nighttime though.

Elina was one of the most responsive and helpful Airbnb hosts we have ever had! She provided us with an extensive list of recommendations for the island. The view from the Airbnb was breathtaking! We spent many hours watching the waves crash and the boats coming and going in the marina. The location was amazing to walk to restaurants (including the delicious food trucks!), beach front, and local activities. The parking was the icing on the cake. It was easy to find a spot in the parking structure. Having parking that we could rely on allowed us to enjoy our day trips without the stress of finding a spot for the car at night. This was our first trip to Hawaii and we cannot wait to come back to enjoy Elian’s slice of heaven :]

The high rating, general feel of the pics, and reviews of this listing are SPOT ON. What a lovely cottage-y home base for those wanting a safe, private, beautiful, off-the-beaten-on-the-authentic-North-Shore-path vibe. The beach and view of the Pacific Ocean are world-class. 10-minute, beautiful, quiet drive to the charming beaches, shopping, and dining centers dotting the oceanfront highway heading east. Lots of active things to do in the area. Decor and kitchen are high-end. Hosts quick to respond and hospitable. North Shore waters are mostly not for families with small children who want to swim and snorkel, and this spot is no different. Our only wish: upgrade the mattresses. It’s like Goldilocks, but with only two we never got to the “just right” part. ☺️ Whomever snags this reservation, think you’ll be blown away!

Great communication with the hosts. The house was exactly as advertised and we would definitely stay again. Enjoyed our Christmas vacation here.

The whole family loved our time at Nalus place! From the start he was super responsive with any questions I sent over chat about the location and surrounding areas. The home itself was clean, Cozy and stocked with the basics which was great for arrival. One thing to note, the home doesn’t have central air BUT that was not a problem for our group because the home does have a window unit and plenty of fans to keep things cool. We really enjoyed the neighborhood and the home, would totally stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a place to stay in the area.

Hilton Village is easy. Has everything you could need or want so you don’t spend time driving all over in Honolulu traffic! We wanted to arrive and park it! This place allowed us to do just that!!

This home is beautiful and a five minute walk from a beach with clear waters. It is a little remote but if you’re willing to drive a little there are tons of activities in the north shore! Amanda is also a friendly host!

Had a lovely stay when family were in town. There was a minor hiccup with check in times but the issues was quickly rectified and we very much enjoyed our stay. Grateful for all the beach equipment we could use too!

Perfect place for the stay in Waikīkī area ! Alex gave us very detailed instructions how to access beach which is short walk by connecting bridge and hotel . The apartment has everything you need , really feels like home and personal touches to welcome guests. Alex is outstanding host and we hope to come back !

I had a wonderful time in the property, as did my family. There are several activities for kids to enjoy nearby and, of course, a lot of activities for adults too. The beach is a less than five minutes walk away. And the two lanais allow for a lovely breeze through the space. Would definitely book again if I make it to this part of the pacific again! Elle's place is exactly as described but saying Elle generally responds within 20 minutes - while true - does not encompass how truly responsive she was in terms of humor and kindness. And then there's the view - it simply speaks for itself. Gorgeous and constantly entertaining.

Martin’s apartment was clean and has one of the best views of Waikiki. He was very responsive and was kind in accommodating us with a late check-out, as we had a mid-afternoon flight home. Would definitely recommend the stay to future guests.

Loved the apartment. Everything you need , if you want to cook, very good kitchen, good private balcony. Very comfortable beds, and the lounge area, is fine ,just a good size for 2 people. The bathroom is a little dated , with shower screens needing cleaning, and the toilet seat is a bit wobbly, but these things did not spoil anything. I would like some lace curtains or blinds , as I don’t like closing out the great view, but getting changed I felt I needed to close up each time. The location is great, close to all the shops and bars and restaurants, lovely walk to either Diamond Head area or Magic Island, to watch the fireworks on a Friday night. We Would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great stay at Terri’s condo! Traveling with a toddler and infant, we loved having the comfort and flexibility of a home base. The location is quiet and peaceful—right across from Kapi‘olani Park, a short walk to Kaimana Beach, and close to the Waikīkī Aquarium and Zoo. The condo was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with basics like a rice cooker, coffee machine, blender, and kitchenware—perfect for cooking breakfast. The bathroom shower was spacious and relaxing. While not totally childproof (some decorative items and low cabinets), we adjusted things easily for our toddler. The dedicated parking spot was super convenient. Just a heads up—the garage entrance clearance is 6 feet, so larger vehicles may not fit. Highly recommend for a relaxing stay in Waikīkī!

The building (interior and exterior) are a little dated, and could use a refresh. BUT the location is amazing and the view is stunning. We arrived on a there was an annual parade - we had no idea, but there was so much traffic and road closures making it a little hectic getting to the building - but I managed to run out to speak with one of the attendants, and he came and helped us through the traffic to park. From then on, it everything was a breeze. Check in was easy, car valet, they brought up all of our luggage. We got to see the fireworks that evening that was part of the parade celebration from our balcony. The private walkway to the beach was amazing from the hotel and we felt comfortable letting our kids go back and forth on their own. Eating breakfast on the balcony with the amazing views was one of our favourite things. The location is amazing to be able to just walk to the beach in a minute or two, and anything you need is walkable.
