Good and timely response

Shahid Anwar is a professional host and has many property among this one. He knows what an Airbnb user would want e.g. things like heating, TV, audio system and even a good table and chair to work on. I felt like I was working from home. Apart from this, the place isn't far from the main islamabad like F10, Centaurus, F7, Kohsar market - the maximum it would take to go on the far end of islamabad is 15 mins drive. This is actually a basement which makes it warmer in winters and colder in summers - a perfect place to reside in. Many food places in 5 mins drive, laundry and cleaning can be done through him however, inform him first. Huge living area so you can call a few people and sit around however, I would suggest to take permission beforehand. In short, out of many places in different countries, it's worth paying for this place specially if you're with your partner.

This place is a must-stay! With our toddler we spent there 3 months and it was just a pleasure! This apartment is very spacious, well furnished, and equipped, very clean, and with a helpful, friendly housekeeper. Contrary to many Pakistani apartments, it is full of light, as it has many windows. The area is quiet, there are two supermarkets nearby and three small parks/playgrounds. Very well communicated with the rest of the city. There is hot water available and using the gas water heater is not complicated. In December, as it gets colder, it is good to double-check if it keeps the flame but it was not an issue. Two comfortable bedrooms with AC, two separate bathrooms. Mr Ameen, the housekeeper is very helpful and the house owner is always available to respond to any questions. It was the best place we could be at in Islamabad! I highly recommend it and hope to be able to come back.

I had a very pleasant stay here. Place is surrounded by greenery and in a peaceful neighborhood. Room was clean, as well as the bathroom. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen had utensils and required items. Various popular restaurants nearby on walking distance. Will surely stay at this place again. Recommended!

My experience at the Airbnb was great. The flat was neat and clean, the interior was appealing, and the host was very nice.

Happy with our stay once again. Check in and out process is smooth. The onsite manager is very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at Khayam’s place for 6 days to attend a wedding near by. Khayam was always responsive and extremely helpful before and during our stay. We had some minor challenges with the quality of amenities, utensils and house keeping however Khayam went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and did everything he can to rectify all minor challenges. He was gracious to allow us early checkin and flexible checkout to align with our flight schedule. The house is located close to margala hills and the view of the mountains from the roof top is very relaxing at sunrise and sunset. It was convenient to us as our wedding function was in E11. It is a new sector half built and is a little far from main Islamabad sectors such as F or blue area. Main roads are built and traffic is minimal so the drive into town is not bad. Over all khayam ensured our stay was comfortable and he is truly a 5 star host focused on customer satisfaction, we loved that the most about our stay.
