I'll definitely go back to Carmelo. He was very kind and helpful, the house is beautiful. The sea view is breathtaking.

We highly recommend! Just outside of Lipari, the mountain up in peace and nature, small, very nice apartment. We barely heard the neighbor guests. Huge sun terrace – NO traffic noise! Only birds, the wind, the view of the sea, the sunrise. Claudio and his brothers all three make a great service, are very warm, friendly and constantly and quickly accessible with all wishes and plans. We rented a scooter from you and were also only on foot and bus for two days. You can also. Bus stop (and supermarket) only 700 meters away on foot. But does not drive up after 7 pm. But it's also fine :-) You can walk down to the town for less than an hour. We would come back back.

A great stay at a super nice place with great hosts :) would love to go again

The Case Vacance is a picturesque location, right next to the Lipari harbor. Restaurants and a grocery store are a very easy walk away. Even the remarkable Archeological Museum and the superb Filippino restaurant are less than 5 minutes further up the hill. The apartment was welcoming, clean, and very comfortable. The electronic key system, a first for me, is amazingly efficient. It also has the best wifi connection I’ve experienced in Sicily. But Marco was the best find on Lipari. He’s personable, professional, always helpful, all done with a sunny enthusiasm. Upon my arrival, he met me at the ferry, then walked me to the apartment with my luggage, only to reverse it all when I left. I would most assuredly stay at Marco’s again.

We had a wonderful stay at Maria Rosa’s beautiful, traditional Sicilian home! The house is full of charm and character, capturing the authentic feel of Sicily with its old-world details and cozy atmosphere. Located in a quiet, scenic area, it was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Maria Rosa was a fantastic host, making sure we had everything we needed. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt so at home here. Highly recommend for anyone looking to experience the real Sicily!

the property of Proppro Srl plus the beautiful balcony gives ample space for two people, clean, tidy, bright and close to the beach with the beautiful sea of Milazzo where we took a swim. From there we reached Cape Milazzo, beautiful, with the pool of Venus and the employees of the association in charge of offering beautiful videos on diving in the depths; Nebrodi National Park, Capo d 'Orlando, Cefalù. First off I will echo the other reviews and state: do not underestimate the drive down the hill to the house, communicate with Tina about it well before booking! That out of the way, this is one of the most spectacular air bnbs I've ever been to. The place has all you need and is very well done in terms of the facilities, water installations etc.; the SETTING & outdoor area, however, is outstanding: very private, lying at a hill in serene quietness. radiant days in absolute peace (barely any car noise even making it down the hill), a sunset that might move you to tears, followed by a night of stars that humbled us deeply. Fascinating nature around to explore in hikes if you're into it! We cherished the time here so much - thank you Tina for your warm and considerate presence, we wish you only the best :)

The apartment is small, but equipped with all comforts and comforts, ideal for a couple of weeks of vacation. It is one minute from a small private cove that is part of the land of the entire building. Parking is indoor and sheltered, while the terrace and balcony are great spaces to enjoy the sunset and cooler evenings. All rooms were extremely clean. As for the location, on foot or by bike you can reach restaurants, bakeries, small bistros, bars and the small supermarket of the village. Antonio is a great landlord, always available and kind: he recommended several places to eat, provided us with an umbrella to go down to the beach and quickly sent us a forgotten item. Great experience!
