Apartment holiday rentals in Vomero, Naples

Gennaro was a very nice and approachable host. The apartment, clean and well organized, is suitable for those traveling to Naples with family or more people since it has two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a large living room. Also, unlike other facilities, Gennaro offers a parking space. The location is excellent, it is not located in the center of Naples but both the promenade and the center are easily accessible by public transport, a 5-minute walk away. The Fuorigrotta neighborhood, where the property is located, still has several options among restaurants, pubs and bars for those who do not want to spend a day or evening away from the most touristy areas.

Great location, walking distance to everything, but also spacious and quiet. The host was very helpful with local recommendations. The quirks of being in a historic building (tiny gate, ancient staircase, pay lift) just add to the charm of the stay

Large accommodation with 7 beds and air conditioning just steps from the central station. The house is tidy and clean, the bathroom is acceptable, plenty of space for 7 people, balcony with a view from the fourth floor. Antonio was accurate and available both before and during our stay

This was a fantastic little apartment in Vomero. A great area! Walking distance to so many restaurants, bakeries, great shopping and bars. Also walking distance to 2 funiculars, a taxi stand and the Metropolitana! There is a beautiful old staircase right next to the building that takes you down to the city. We walked down (a LOT of stairs) through the Spanish Quarter, the Maradonna memorial, famous churches and piazzas - had an authentic and amazing lunch and then walked to the funicular for a ride back up the mountain. The expansive view from the apartment was spectacular! to Sorrento and Capri! The host was great and provided us with restaurant and pizzeria recommendations that were very good. You can really just walk down to the busy downtown of Vomero and find so many options!

We enjoyed the stay in the apartment again. Very practical and modernly furnished. The apartment is clean and everything you need is available. The bed is super comfortable. A highlight is of course the breathtaking view from the roof terrace. Fantastic views of Vesuvius over the rooftops of Naples. You should certainly be good on foot to get up the stairs, but arrived there, you are compensated for the effort with this wonderful apartment and the view. This was our first time to Naples, so we didn't know what to expect. We travel as a pack of 6-8, and finding accommodations together is sometimes hard. Not so with Raffa's home. From library and bookstore recommendations (she obviously read my profile and that was a lovely touch) to tiny things like healthy plants and umbrellas by the door, our stay at Raffa's home was impeccable. I've never left a place and thought: "I'm going to miss these beds," but oh they were comfortable. And the view! THE TERRACE ALONE IS WORTH IT! It is sooooo gorgeous. From the multitude of bathrooms, bedrooms and space, we loved our stay, and if I ever return to Naples, I know exactly where to go.

The apartment was better than in the photos. Spacious and extra clean. Very close to the train station. Easy to find and a happy and friendly host greeted us. She even carried our suitcases up for both of us, we appreciated it very much. There was juice, milk and water in the fridge, was a nice surprise. The host's recommended pizzeria Pellone was amazing, we ate the best pizzas of our lives. We highly recommend this apartment.

Excellent apartment, very spacious, as for a whole family, full kitchen. Close to several restaurants and pizzerias on a busy avenue. Don't hesitate to go!

We (one single, one couple) chose Fabio's place because we wanted to stay somewhere outside of Naples, that had car parking, and was within easy reach of Pompeii, Herculaneum, Sorento. We also wanted to stay in a building and neighbourhood with character, so that we felt we had a real Italian experience. Fabio's place ticked all the boxes. It was also close to the Leopardi train station that connects with the Naples metro, as well as Sorento which meant we didn't have to drive everywhere. We weren't disappointed. Fabio lives in an amazing historic building, and is renovating his apartment to reflect the area's heritage. We enjoyed coffee and Sfogliatelle in the cafe opposite, 50cm pizza at La Bruna just down the road, travelled into Naples on the light rail, and enjoyed views of Vesuvius and the coastline from our terrace in the evening. Fabio gave us lots of local information and checked in with us daily to make sure all was well. An interesting stay, in a very unique location.

Germana let me book and meet her super last minute (literally within an hour) after the Airbnb I was at had issues. What a relief. Her place was centrally located, super clean, and had great amenities. It was the first spot to have a dual washer and dryer unit during my 30 days around Europe…so nice. The bed was comfortable and it was great to be able to open the balcony doors up to the outside. The heat worked well when I needed it and it was nice to have two units, one in the bedroom and one in kitchen/living area. If you are sensitive to noise, I recommend some earplugs for sleeping since the road has motorbikes passing by often. I really enjoyed staying here and recommend it especially for how responsive Germana was. Thanks!

We travel to Italy often, yet our first time in Naples. This selection was outstanding. The service from our host, the location, the fun exciting vibe, the room itself and views from balconies exceeded our expectations. Thank you for a truly memorable stay.

The accommodation was very clean and very well located next to a lot of means of transport metro, funicular and bus. But the biggest positive point is the owner who for me is more than a host, he gave us lots of advice and information on places and good restaurants, and he regularly asked us for news and offered us his help. Naples is beautiful but its inhabitants make it even more interesting. Thank you Genario !

The stay in Michele's apartment was beautiful. Michele was kind and helpful. Great location, a stone's throw from Via Toledo and the subways that connect the whole city. The new apartment, well renovated, well-kept and clean. The hot tub is very nice for a moment of relaxation. We'll definitely be back.

Small studio apartment with good enough setup to stay 2 or 3 days. The location is near the castle ovo. The only issue was sometimes the neighbor across would play their loud television with open window, otherwise everything else worked out.

Perfect accommodation, great location, you can visit everything. Cozy house in a beautiful condominium. Excellent cleanliness, communication with the host and the services offered by him. Extremely satisfied and recommended.
