Michele’s home was exactly as described and as lovely as photos show. She was wonderful to communicate with and the process was seamless. The home has everything needed for a lovely vacation! Our family would highly recommend this property!

We had a great experience. One of the cleanest Airbnbs we have stayed at. Lots of attention to detail when they prepare the space for their guests. We not only enjoyed the house, but the neighborhood too. A very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Heidy was very responsive and very clear with directions. I would definitely stay at this house again for another trip to the area.

Jenny was amazing. She always responded quickly and was all over any requests I made. I cannot say enough about how easy it was to work with Jenny. The house was plenty big and fairly well equipped. We had a dog that enjoyed the fenced in yard.

We came to race at volusia and also play around in Orlando and Daytona and it was a great central location! Very spacious and friendly neighbors!

Love the house, set up was great for my kids. They loved the pool we enjoyed swimming and the toys they provided for the pool. The house was clean, beds were comfy and plenty of extra blankets, towels! Kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking. We again absolutely loved the outdoor space, lounging chairs and the back covered screened porch were favorites! Highly recommended, host was wonderful with communication!

We were in town for work, we enjoyed the space. it's a very unique layout, the downstairs is much like a basement. The backyard is nice, my 1 year old loved running around playing with sticks. we made a fire and got in the pool even though it was chilly this time of year. My dog loved the yard, chasing all the stray cats and eating the cat poop. The beds were a bit small so we brought one upstairs to make a giant bed by pushing them together. The upstairs balcony is nice to sit out on top. I fully recommend this place.

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were fantastic — they went above and beyond to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of throughout our visit. The home itself was amazing, beautifully maintained, and surrounded by stunning scenery that made our stay even more special. It was the perfect place to relax and unwind. Great location right across from beach. Heated pool and backyard area was amazing, would recommend!

We had multiple family members meeting together and had plenty of space. Very convenient to beach, groceries, and restaurants. Safe surroundings and all around good stay. Would definitely stay again!

I brought my teenage son and three of his friends. Perfect place for them to relax and a private bedroom for me to escape. They had a great time even made their own burgers on the grill. :). The place was clean and easy to get to the beach and New Smyrna Beach which is where my son went during the days.

We had an excellent stay in this home and would definitely book again. The house was clean and had welcoming decor. The location to the beach and Flagger Avenue was great, we hardly used our car. Diego was excellent with communicating with us when we had small issue.

We absolutely loved staying here. The home was extremely comfortable and warm. The house was updated and had a light, breezy feel. The furniture was comfortable and allowed our group to stretch out and relax. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need and was very well organized. We were in town for a race so didn't use the beach equipment but there was definitely plenty to make your vacation easy. We will absolutely stay here the next time we come to Daytona Beach. Definitely one of my favorite AirBnBs.

Unless you want to be on the beach side of New Smyrna, this is a great location. Downtown is nearby, plus the neighborhood is beautiful and good for dog walking. Susan and Jim are enjoyable people and excellent hosts who went out of their way to help me when I got in a fix. A previous guest commented that they didn't have enough privacy. Well, there are 2 separate but adjacent living spaces on the property--lots more privacy than many places I've stayed. Loved sitting on the patio reading when I had the chance.

Very nice place, big backyard with a basketball court. Grands, age 4-9, had a great time with outdoor activities there. Plenty of bedroom space, and well-organized kitchen and dining area.

My friends and I do an annual kayak road trip and this is the 4th year and we all have to admit this was the nicest house so far and we have stayed in some nice ones. The kitchen was great for our evening meals and the dining areas inside and out are more than roomy enough for eating and for games afterwards. We really enjoyed the large screened in pool area and spent a lot of time out there not being bothered by bugs. We were able to launch our kayaks down by the waterfront (we were on look out for gators) and paddle out to the lake from the house. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and comfortable. Each time I contacted Kahui, she responded back immediately. Thank you for making us feel welcomed and comfortable!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Jim's. It is a very nice house and well worth the money! Yoburt the cat is awesome company and a great host! Will go back again if we need a place to stay.

Would absolutely stay here again....Super clean and spacious for our family, and has everything you will need, even in the kitchen. It is well water, so bring bottled drinking water and, as listed, no WiFi... We were here for a nearby wedding at the Honey Acres Ranch (which is a great venue) and it is within 5 minutes away. Stores are "in town" about 10 minutes away, and the property surrounding the home feels like you are in the country, and you are...beautiful country. We had privacy and felt very safe. Plenty of parking. We had 10 people staying with 6 cars and a couple of wedding guests stopped by for a short visit with their cars, and it never felt crowded. Love the huge dining table where we could all sit together. It was just a beautiful stay....just what you want from an airbnb. If you have a large group and are going to the races in Daytona or a nearby wedding, this is the place for y'all.

Went on vacation in a group of six and this place was an absolute dream stay!! If you are thinking of booking here do it! Dawn was very kind and helpful during our stay. The house has all features pictured and so much more! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and it felt just like a home away from home. The whole atmosphere of the house was amazing and has such beautiful surroundings. This has by far been one of my favorite places to stay in all my travels :) It is in a secluded area but not far from the nearest town. Plenty to do at the house itself with so much provided for you there! If you are looking to go into the bigger cities it’s in the perfect middle spot to check them all out.

Great location for visiting the Merritt Island National Wildlife Refuge. A short drive from Randy's place. We went there each day of our stay.

At first, it was clean and tidy. Upon entering it smelled great also. We cooked on the stove. There were kitchen utensils and pots as well as S&P. Towels and bedding were very comfortable. We highly recommend this. Easy checkin and out!

claritzas home was veryyyy nice and clean and she herself was veryyyy helpful w my air b&b proccess as this was the 1st time i had ever used air b&b and once she was told that she went above and beyond to walk me thru entire proccess from the very 1st mesg to her inquireing about her place. she responds in a very timely manner and fashion and had all the answers i needed or was looking for when asked about the areas ammenities when we coresponded w each other! im looking to book her home again this time next yr as well as 1 of her other propertys on vaca out of the country in fall... thank u clary 4 the awsome stay as well as bein very helpful... i would deff reccomend your home to people!

The home is equipped with just about anything you could possibly need. We had 2 adults, 3 boys (high school and college ages) and 2 dogs. The boys loved having access to a keyboard and guitar while they were away from home. The dogs loved the large fully fenced in yard and pool (the back yard is larger than it appears). Our Golden Retriever especially was in haven here. Not only did he have access to a pool, but Dory had tons of dog toys inside and tons of balls outside waiting for him. She even has the perfect set up to keep the wet dogs in the laundry room while they dry off. Our 2nd dog with us has dementia and doesn't know what he's doing most of the time. That little guy didn't realize there was a pool and fell in a few times. Dory was prepared (because she has thought of everything) and already had 2 dog life vests in the home. We got to meet Dory, and she is an absolute pleasure. So much so that I wish we lived closer so that we could be friends.
