The house is beautiful! It was spotless upon arrival. It is fully furnished with dishes, utensils, bowls and nice towels! Nice clean furniture, nicely decorated. Michele was lovely to work with. I have family in the area and will definitely stay here every time I come to town! Love it!!!

We love staying at Heidi’s homes! She is always so wonderful! It will be an annual thing as long as we can book.

Place was really nice. Very big and spacious. The pool and hottub were great and we enjoyed them everyday. Beds are comfortable. Had a good stay just a little expensive and i dont really like every place having a check in at 4pm or later and then a check out at 10am. Basically the 1st day is over and have to rush to get out when leaving.

Darcy’s place was wonderful! From the location, to the amenities, we loved our stay. The beds were wonderful to sleep, the bathrooms were modern and clean, living room was spacious, and our favorite part was the sunroom and outdoor pool area! Darcy’s instructions were very clear and easy to follow. From the moment you walk in here you felt like you were home! Definitely recommend Darcy’s for your next stay.

Love the house, set up was great for my kids. They loved the pool we enjoyed swimming and the toys they provided for the pool. The house was clean, beds were comfy and plenty of extra blankets, towels! Kitchen was stocked with supplies for cooking. We again absolutely loved the outdoor space, lounging chairs and the back covered screened porch were favorites! Highly recommended, host was wonderful with communication!

We had a fantastic stay. Property was as described. Clean with a lot of privacy. Check-in and check-out were both easy. The pool, playground, and outdoor seating enhanced our family stay. Host was friendly and was easy to communicate with. Would stay again.

Great stay, responsive host - would highly recommend and stay again

This was the perfect house for our teams needs! Extremely responsive and insane amount of detail went in to every stay. From extra towels, manual for every question we may have had, SO many dishes, tons of random needs, spices, plastic silverware, Rubbermaid’s for left overs, plenty of towels and wash clothes. I was extra prepared after the past 3 homes we’ve rented we ran in to a lot of “oh crap we don’t have that”, and none of it got used because the house was fully stocked with everything and more you could think of a home needing! The grilling utensils were amazing, the fire pit, everything was just on point! Thank you for an amazing, easy stay! We will absolutely stay again if ever in the area again!

We had an excellent stay in this home and would definitely book again. The house was clean and had welcoming decor. The location to the beach and Flagger Avenue was great, we hardly used our car. Diego was excellent with communicating with us when we had small issue.

Unless you want to be on the beach side of New Smyrna, this is a great location. Downtown is nearby, plus the neighborhood is beautiful and good for dog walking. Susan and Jim are enjoyable people and excellent hosts who went out of their way to help me when I got in a fix. A previous guest commented that they didn't have enough privacy. Well, there are 2 separate but adjacent living spaces on the property--lots more privacy than many places I've stayed. Loved sitting on the patio reading when I had the chance.

Great place in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of room with four bedrooms. Two have their own full bath and the other two share one. Good sized kitchen and living areas and back yard for a big group! Host was very attentive. I definitely recommend this!

Absolutely amazing place! Clean, well stocked kitchen, spacious and beautiful. Most importantly, the beds were comfortable! We will definitely book again.

My family and I were in town for a bike race I had. Chris was friendly, proactive, and responsive. Instructions were clear, beds comfortable, convenient that you’re able to adjust temp as needed too. Spacious comfortable common areas and perfect for what we needed for a weekend getaway. Safe and close to all the fun things in main area of Daytona. Nice to haves we were looking for were laundry, parking, and kitchen, this worked out great! Nice to be able to walk to the beach and restaurants nearby. BTW this spot is wonderful if you’re looking to attend the Daytona convention center, it’s right across from it. We just so happened to book the same weekend as the Slammedenuff car show - a little rowdy one night with the cars revving their engines on a Saturday night until around midnight, but it was only 1 day, all the other nights were peaceful! This is by no means anyone’s fault, just a heads up you might want to check what is happening at DCC if you have any to avoid the car show.

Would absolutely stay here again....Super clean and spacious for our family, and has everything you will need, even in the kitchen. It is well water, so bring bottled drinking water and, as listed, no WiFi... We were here for a nearby wedding at the Honey Acres Ranch (which is a great venue) and it is within 5 minutes away. Stores are "in town" about 10 minutes away, and the property surrounding the home feels like you are in the country, and you are...beautiful country. We had privacy and felt very safe. Plenty of parking. We had 10 people staying with 6 cars and a couple of wedding guests stopped by for a short visit with their cars, and it never felt crowded. Love the huge dining table where we could all sit together. It was just a beautiful stay....just what you want from an airbnb. If you have a large group and are going to the races in Daytona or a nearby wedding, this is the place for y'all.

Was a great home in a nice quiet location set back away from the busy streets. Very nice home with room to spread out. Great option for us only a short drive to the Daytona Beach area, with plenty of local things to do near-by as well.

It was a lovely stay with my family my mother in law enjoyed the second unit in the back and my kids enjoyed everything about the house !!

This was our second time staying here and we enjoyed it just as much as the first! The amenities make it feel like home, if not better, in some instances! It’s clean, quiet, and a great entertaining space. We appreciate the hospitality!

Nice solid rental close to everything with lots of room to relax in a residential neighborhood that is quiet and peaceful. House is large and spacious and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I would stay again when I am going to be in the area

My family and I had an incredible stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Ormond Beach over Christmas! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that no detail had been overlooked. The house was not only spacious but also impeccably decorated, creating a cozy yet luxurious atmosphere perfect for the holiday season. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to prepare festive meals, and the open-plan living area was ideal for relaxing with family. The amenities were outstanding, especially the beach, which was just a short walk away. The property also featured a well-maintained outdoor space, complete with comfy lounge chairs and a fire pit for chilly nights. Dory went above and beyond, providing thoughtful touches like holiday decorations, Dory even had a lovely plate of Christmas cookies waiting for us as to welcome us. She was responsive, helpful, and genuinely made sure we had everything we needed for a memorable stay. We loved it and might be back!!!😊
