Ramiro is an excellent host, everything as the publication, very accessible with check-in and the additional service of picking us up and leaving us at the terminal, excellent and above all very friendly. I would definitely go back to family

Great place with lots of space and plenty of sleeping arrangements for our family. Good location close to all of the Banos activities and we all enjoyed using the small private pool and cold plunge after being out for the day. Well stocked kitchen had everything we needed and also several restaurants within walking distance. Host was very responsive and place was clean. The only item I’d mention is it can be noisy at night with neighbourhood dogs barking and motorbikes going by…but otherwise house was great.

Very good place, a spectacular view, Baños lends itself to ESO. We went with a large family (14 people, 6 children included) and were fascinated by beautiful gardens and very friendly animals. However, I think the division of the bedrooms and general layout of the house is not ideal. That is, it is a very but very spacious place. Overall, we really liked it.

Everything was very nice and with many amenities, only the pool and whirlpool should have a little maintenance, because if it was a little dirty, and the space was not totally fenced, it was inconvenient since a lot of dogs got in all the time and also the workers entered, even on the last day they were at 10am to clean before the check out time, I didn't like that since we were still in the pool we went out in towels and like the guests' privacy was not very much respected. But the rest was good from there, the environment is very quiet, we received instructions from places to walk and eat on our arrival, and there was everything we needed, we had a very nice time in our stay, it was cold but we were given enough blankets to warm up, and the environment is actually too quiet and safe.

The stay at this property was very pleasant, the guests were always ready to help us at all times regardless of the time, the house is very spacious, clean and tidy. I totally recommend it, you can reach all the places on foot by 15 minute tours, a very central and beautiful house

We absoluteIy enjoyed our stay at Gedeon's place. It was comfortable, spacious and spotless clean. The apartment is exactly as described in the pictures. It's located in the heart of the city close to everything at walking distance. I highly recommend it.
