The cottage is located in the woods. Completely restored, independent house in a farmhouse. Close to La Flèche Zoo. 25 km south of the 24 H of Le Mans circuit. For 2024 : 24 hours from Le Mans Auto from June 10 to 16, and Olympic Games from July 26 to August 11. 1.5 hours from PARIS by TGV, we can provide transportation to Le Mans train station. Superb garden , a swing for all, a small shared swimming pool (heated) open from May to the end of August, not to mention the "hut at the bottom of the garden"
